The audit cheklist forms ate fully customizable, and the Certainty Team gives full support in that.

**What do you dislike about Certainty Software?**

The main menu with the “tiles” is very disturbing, due to its intent to be customizable, but at the end one can not be sure which tile covers exactly what

**What problems is Certainty Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitized audit reporting is its main feature for me. The reports are clear, the scoring, fi ding conclusion as well

  ### 2. Not Very User-Friendly: Easy to Make Access Mistakes in Certainty Admin

Adding photos through the mobile app is easy.

**What do you dislike about Certainty Software?**

Certainty Admin is not very user friendly. It takes a while to figure out and it's very easy to mess something up. Someone can easily remove access to checklists for others. It recently happened with Hermanson and I had to go back in and correct it for my team who was in the field.

**What problems is Certainty Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having checklists for safety audits is beneficial. Once a checklist is in place, it's relatively easy to use.

Repeated login attempts are often tied to how SSO is configured on the identity provider side, and it's something we can usually resolve quickly once we look at the setup together.
