You can export your information to other systems. **What do you dislike about Certa?** Infrastructure limitations have become increasingly evident. The scalability of the solution is problematic, impacting our ability to efficiently expand and manage growth. Their AI game is behind other solutions and when integrating with internal system or other vendors we have received multiple negative feedback on the documentation and maturity. Dashboard and reporting customization is limited, despite real-time refresh capabilities. The integration with Tableau is beneficial but does not fully compensate for the basic built-in reporting functionality. **What problems is Certa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dashboards and reporting - we have shared a product roadmap addressing our needs for reporting. It will allow us to take more informed decisions. Single-threaded development - they enable the creation of copies of the main application instance so we can have multiple projects being developed at a single time.
