Ceros is easy to use for anyone who is familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop. UX from those platforms to Ceros is pretty seamless and because of that it's so easy to work on and create beautiful and interactive experiences. When you need help, the Ceros Support is always quick to answer sometimes within only an hour! At first, I was a little annoyed at a few missing features from Photoshop I've grown accustomed to but Ceros is updated frequently and on the support forums they're taking suggestions for new updates from users. Adding just a few 20-30 second videos could turn your smooth and fast loading lookbook into a clunky and slow loading disappointment. Be mindful when developing. Working through technical issues embedding the Ceros code into our domain. There was back and forth between the Ceros tech team and our web team for about a month, resolving issues with load time, flickering of animations, mobile compatibility. Recommendations to others considering Ceros: I think there's a lot of opportunity with Ceros, but there needs to be a more seamless way to technically integrate their product with their client's web platforms. I'd love to scale these projects globally, but I don't feel comfortable expanding with our global partners until we've worked out the kinks to resolve technical issues. What I like best about Ceros was the company themselves and the employees. After a visit to their office and calls and emails, the support can't be beat. As an animator, you want as much control as possible in every movement and action. While a lot of variety of actions and movements is offered, it's limited.
