Cernor is decision intelligence for hiring. It converts a job description into explicit requirements, and the hiring team approves that bar before a single application is read. Cernor then reads every application in full against the same bar, weighs each claim against the evidence behind it, and keeps what is proven, what is only claimed and what is still open separate. Where a gap could change a recommendation, Cernor asks the candidate a targeted question, reads the answer against the same requirements and updates its reasoning. The hiring team receives a Decision Packet: who to interview and why, what remains unresolved, and a complete record of how each recommendation was reached and what changes if the requirements change. Cernor works alongside the applicant tracking system, and people make every hiring decision.
