I haven’t personally found things I dislike. I’m not an administrator but if there is ever a problem or something that needs fixed it gets done. Requests I have made to alter our charting in Cerner have been completed if approved by management. Hey do have a lot of updates that cause downtime but that is pretty standard I’m sure. I like the power plan function and the preloaded plans uploaded by my hospital that make common order sets accessible. I find the fusion mobile app easy to use and fast for on the go lookup of information

I have used Cerner for the majority of my nursing career and the ease of using it feels like home. I especially like that there are only 1-2 ways to get to a specific area of the chart rather than endless options that can leave you feeling confused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cerner does have room for improvement because the user finds themselves clicking and clicking to get to one area of the chart. It would be more convenient to reach an area of the chart with one to two clicks.
