I like the training and support that was part of the onboarding process. The staff were helpful and made themselves readily available to answer any questions. That kind of support is unique, and I haven't found it in other e-mail service providers I have used in the past. I also appreciated how easy it was to add our branding elements to the templates - such as brand colours, logos, our font...etc. The abilities to align elements, text, and add margins are all great and helpful functions to have as well when creating e-mail templates. More functionalities can be added to make it more effective. For example, image editing directly within Cerkl, or the ability to create columns. Changing the width of an image in percentage is great, but as a designer I would prefer seeing how many pixels an image actually is and have the ability to change the pixel width/height. I would also appreciate the added ability to edit the HTML of individual elements (instead of only being able to change the HTML at the beginning, and for the entire template instead of the elements). We truly appreciate your feedback on editing individual HTML elements and image resizing functionalities and have submitted both suggestions to our Engineering and Product team through the Feature Request Process. Your Account Manager will keep you in the loop on these suggestions as they move through the pipeline.
We often find our customers love the flexibility that each individual element (Image, Text, Divider, Button, Signature, and much more ) provides with the “Layout” tab. There, you can make changes to the element’s background color, padding, alignment, container style, and more. The goal is to provide our clients with easily customizable elements that don’t require high-level knowledge of HTML or CSS. Allowing our internal comms clients to focus their efforts on what they love and do best - communicating.
