Sofia is a low cost, neuroscience-based cloud and mobile application that captures and organizes experts’ knowledge at extraordinary speed. It uses their expertise to give users the experience of having a NeuroMentor, significantly improving execution of daily operations. The Sofia NeuroMentor reduces fear of making mistakes and gives people the confidence needed to be great at their job. There simply aren’t enough human mentors to do all of the mentoring needed in most organizations. And you don’t want them spending all of their time mentoring anyway. You want them being key contributors. Our neuroscience-based cloud and mobile technology gives you the ability to cost-effectively give a real-time mentoring experience to 10 people who sit next to each other or 10,000 scattered around the world, all very efficiently.
