CEODash answers the four decisions that run a B2B company — will the cash hold, how much to sell, what price to keep, and what to tell the bank or the board — every Monday, from the company's own books. It is built for owners of companies with 30–300 people who do not have a finance director. The accountant uploads the files they already produce (P&L, bank statements, payroll) or connects read-only sources such as HubSpot or a PostgreSQL database; first figures appear in minutes and the company is fully connected in about a day. Every number ends in a source line — file, connection and date — and opens down to the row it came from. Decisions arrive with options and their cost, an owner, a date, and a later check on whether they worked. A 13-week cash forecast shows the low point before it arrives. Verify before you pay: a two-week protocol on your own data reconciles every headline figure against your ledger. Everything CEODash reads is read-only; uploads and connection tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
