"Good Webmeeting alternative to Webex"

What do you like best?

This is an easy to use/deploy web/phone conferencing system. It allows for one the fly presentations as well as scheduled ones. You can show your entire desktop or selected applications. There is also a web-IM component so participants can IM their questions. The recording feature is nice as well.

What do you dislike?

There used to be an Add In for Outlook to schedule meetings, but it is not currently compatible with O365.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am unclear on pricing, however, it is an easy to use/easy to deploy web presentation facilitator/bridge. Occasionally the service will have lag/timeouts...however that is likely due to internal constraints and not Level3 Directly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication and presentation methods that are web-based and do not require the participants to download anything to access.

"Easy to use web conferencing software"

What do you like best?

Can record meetings and have the recordings automatically saved by the software and available on the dashboard to download/save or take other actions on.

What do you dislike?

It can be annoying/infeasible to have to download software in order to present, would be nice if this could be avoided.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

To use this software, your organizations internet security must allow for pop ups and running/installing downloaded programs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows me to conference and webex with my clients in order to communicate things that cannot be done over email or conference alone. The benefits are improved understanding of our software as a result of showing and talking through issues that our clients have.

"Excellent Broadband Provider"

What do you like best?

The best thing about Level3 is the stability of it's broadband delivery. For the past 4 yrs we've used Level3, our internet access has only been down once and for only 1 minute. Level3 delivers on what they promise as a stable broadband internet service provider.

What do you dislike?

Level3 should offer current customers more competitive discounted pricing at time of service renewal.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend Level3 if you want to go with a stable and affordable broadband provider.
