The time saved using Breathe is noticiable. I also since using the system to log and manage my growing teams holidays, absence and other information feel far more confident that I have got it right and that everyones time is allocated appropriately. The interface can be a little tricky to navigate at first however I have found I can now navigate it more easily after speding some dedicated time to explore and try out itsfeatures. The customer support is prompt and effiecient shoudl you need it and Breathe are especially generous to Charities offering a refund which was easy to apply for and completed with ease. The functionality of Breathe has allowed me to eliminate many spreadsheets and streamline processes/policies towards employee self-service. Lots of great functionality and has pretty much everything we need and is easy enough to use. The ability to quickly approve leave and manage 1-2-1s, objectives, etc. is really helpful. It also integrates the Leave calendar into Google Calendar really nicely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
