We go a team of 50 people set up in a couple of weeks. Breathe has some really good features like the self-service for staff members to book holidays and report sickness. The reporting is good and gives you everything you need. **What do you dislike about Breathe?** There are some missing features and you have to put in a feature request if you want anything added and then it goes to a vote. The rota side is lacking but it is new and I am sure it will get better based on the HR side. **What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did have HR software beforehand in this business so everything was on email, spreadsheets or paper. Having it in one system helps and all information is readily available. It has all the essential components that you would require of a HR system at a fraction of the cost that other systems charge. They also have a team of developers who are constantly enhancing the system. If there is ever an issue, there is an online support and also FAQ's section. On the few occasions we've had to reach out to their online support, responses have been quick and resolved the query. **What do you dislike about Breathe?** Although there is a fairly comprehensive set of reports and dashboards, it would be useful to have the ability to build bespoke ones or, at the very least, have more customisation of the default ones. The 'time log' module could be much more in depth and if this was a necessity for our business, we would likely look at a different solution. **What problems is Breathe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has significantly improved the efficiency of employee onboarding as well as sickness / performance management.
