Kudos, being able to show appreciation every week is a great asset. I also really enjoy how versatile it is to make custom engagement activities. Nothing really is a pain point for us or me specifically. It would be nice if there were more games available. Right now, there are three games (katana fruit, pinball, and blocks), along with making custom puzzles from images we upload. Centrical allows you to create microlearning, we can provide very important information to the users and they will be able to retain everything because of the different formats we can use like slides, simulations, or even SCORM files.
