II like the ease and ability being able to build quick missions for learning. Helps build engagement for the learners. The simulations are not my favorite. They function more like a "Choose your own adventure" book vs an actual simulation. We have been able to build missions focused around regulatory issues that associates can miss and reinforce the correct processes and procedures. We have been able to build call flows that will help guide the learner through the correct process. Quizzes have been built to ensure the associate has learned the material. The support from the team, specially from Sierra Bromley which is always there for us. The platform is extremely easy to use, and is always working as expected. The only downsides I can think about is the fact that most of the reports are static and does not allow much room to play with the data as needed (custom reports will increase our monthly bill and would still only be static), as well as the fact that we cannot process username changes which is tedious having to wait sometimes even a week to have someone's user updatesd. It is very beneficial to have a warehousing tool that acts at the same time as the user interface, showcasing the data to all users on a very digestable way, and promoting self-awarness and of course adding the gamification to the platform increases the employee engagement and satisfaction with the company tools. Centrical has helped our company increase engagement in a work-from-home environment. It's keeping our colleagues connected through featured content, encouraged through the use of Kudos, and updated on company communication. Reporting has been challenging. Looking at reports in the system does show our time zone; however, when reports are downloaded, they come out as UTC. The time zone differences have caused some issues, one being budget impacting to our processes, but it has since been worked out. It would have been nice to fully understand the time zone differences in the reporting from the beginning.
