"Streamlined CRM with Room for Enhancement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CentralStationCRM?

I really appreciate the streamlined, no-bloat design of CentralStationCRM. Its clean and uncluttered user interface is built for non-technical trade staff, which makes it easy to navigate. Our marketing new hires can master basic operations within half a day without lengthy formal training. The customizable client tagging tool is tremendously useful for labeling contacts by target region, cooperation level, and product category, allowing for quick segmentation of global buyers. Additionally, the straightforward follow-up reminder function is incredibly valuable for managing cross-timezone international clients, ensuring timely outreach. I am fond of its lightweight order log module and flexible note-taking system, which perfectly fit our import-export daily operations. The order log allows me to attach trade-specific details directly to each buyer’s profile, and the unlimited free-form activity note function lets me keep a comprehensive record of all communications. Lastly, I enjoy its smooth performance on regular office browsers, as it loads quickly even when displaying hundreds of contacts, without any lag or crashing. What do you dislike about CentralStationCRM?

CentralStationCRM has a file attachment capacity limit per customer record, which is frustrating. We often need to save important documents like proforma invoices and customs certificates, but once we hit the storage cap, I have to sort and delete older files manually to upload new ones. Another issue is the lack of built-in multi-currency order calculation tools. Managing payments in different currencies requires manual exchange rate lookups and conversions to USD, which is time-consuming. Also, during the initial setup, there was no built-in import template for bulk data uploads, requiring us to copy records manually. Lastly, there's no native integration with tools like Crewdle, Digital Pigeon, or Outlook 365, making cross-platform data transfer fully manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient for Client Management, Needs Stronger Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CentralStationCRM?

I value CentralStationCRM most for its practical, small-business-oriented design that fits our financial operations perfectly. First, its streamlined client profile layout stands out, focusing entirely on financial records and billing details instead of bloated sales and marketing modules irrelevant to our financial firm. I can swiftly attach signed advisory contracts, customized fee schedules and payment records into corresponding client files without navigating redundant menus, greatly speeding up my monthly reconciliation and document checking work. Besides the tidy profile structure, its customizable tagging and automated reminder tools are essential for our recurring fee collection. I create categorized tags for upcoming invoices and overdue balances, then filter client lists in seconds to arrange daily follow-up tasks. Automated due-date reminders also help us avoid missed billing and stabilize regular company cash flow. Additionally, its compact internal project and note system matches our mid-small team’s collaboration needs well. I split financial audit and consulting projects into detailed tasks, assign responsibilities and log weekly team feedback directly on the platform. Free from overcomplicated advanced functions, this tool keeps our workflow organized without extra learning costs, making it my daily reliable management solution. What do you dislike about CentralStationCRM?

CentralStationCRM's native accounting and direct bank sync functionality is fairly basic and lacks built-in integration with mainstream US small-business financial bookkeeping software, which creates extra manual import work for my month-end closing. For example, I still need to manually open our accounting platform, export the payment spreadsheet, then individually update payment status inside corresponding CRM client profiles. "A clean and intutive CRM which gives up complete clarity of sales activities"
4/5
What do you like best about CentralStationCRM?

The best aspect of this CentralStation CRM is its clean simplicity and clarity of this platform. Their interface is very clean and intuitive as well, which makes the navigation very easy. Their initial setup is also very easy for even non-technical users. This platform also focuses more on the core CRM functionalities like contact management, task tracking and deal organisation without making the platform handling much more complicated. Their built-in email integration and their activity tracking help to maintain a very clear customer interaction in the customer lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CentralStationCRM?

Though this platform is very simple, it feels limited when working on advanced automation or deep customisation in the CRM. And their reporting capabilities are also a bit basic, and their integration with third-party tools is also not that extensive when compared to other CRM platforms. We should rely on other supplementary tools for certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CRM with Room for File Management Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CentralStationCRM?

I appreciate most about CentralStationCRM is its comprehensive contact timeline paired with intuitive lead status tracking, two core features that perfectly fit our daily real estate lead coordination work at Köln Immobilien Service UG. The unified contact timeline is essential for our role, as every interaction with prospects and clients is automatically logged and displayed in chronological order, which helps me understand each client’s needs clearly and respond in a personalized, professional way. I also really value its simple yet practical lead status and tagging system, as it lets me set custom status labels and add custom tags to mark special requirements, making it super easy to filter and sort contacts in bulk. This keeps my daily workload well-organized. Besides these highlights, I also love its user-friendly and lightweight design. The interface is clean and straightforward with no complicated redundant functions, which we mastered within a short time without extra training. It runs smoothly even with hundreds of local prospect profiles, and the loading speed is always stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CentralStationCRM?

The file storage and document management capabilities are limited. In real estate work, we frequently attach property floor plans, rental agreements, property photos and official documents to client profiles. The platform only offers a small amount of built-in storage space, and it restricts the size of single uploaded files. When we try to upload high-resolution images or multi-page contract documents, we often run into upload failures. Also, there is no dedicated folder system to categorize attached files, so all documents are mixed together under each contact. It becomes hard to locate specific files quickly when we need them later. Expanding storage capacity and adding organized file categorization tools would be very helpful for our team. "Simplifies Lead Management with Minimal Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about CentralStationCRM?

I like the single and clean use of CentralStationCRM, which means most users can start working on leads and deals the same day, unlike complex CRMs that feel heavy from day one. The clear sales pipe visibility is fantastic as it makes it very easy to see what’s new, what’s stuck, and what’s about to happen. I find this clarity helpful for both sales executives and managers to make quick decisions. I also appreciate the centralized customer history where every call, note, or interaction stays attached to the customer, allowing someone else to take over a lead and instantly understand the context. The integration with tools through platforms like Zapier expands its capabilities, which is super useful. Lastly, the initial setup of CentralStationCRM is straightforward and quick, ensuring easy adoption for small to mid-sized teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CentralStationCRM?

Here’s a balanced, practical critique of CentralStationCRM—what doesn’t work so well and how it can be improved. 1. Limited advanced automation: Automation rules are basic with no deep workflow logic (if–then branching, complex triggers). Sales teams still need manual effort for repetitive processes. 2. Reporting is functional but shallow: Standard reports are available but there is limited customization for advanced analysis. Managers can’t easily answer questions like 'Why are deals dropping at stage 3?' 3. Fewer third-party integrations: Integrations are not as extensive as Zoho or HubSpot with limited native connections with marketing tools, leading to manual data syncing. 4. Mobile experience could be stronger: Mobile app works but feels basic, with some features smoother on desktop than mobile. 5. Limited industry-specific customization: No ready-made templates for industries like healthcare, pharmacy, education, or real estate. 6. Not ideal for large enterprises: Works best for small to mid-sized teams, scaling to very large teams may feel restrictive. Companies may outgrow it as complexity increases. We are currently still in the testing phase, and so far we are very satisfied. A few small things could certainly be improved. Many features and special customizations can be easily added to suit specific industries. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to move away from an Excel list.
