What do you like best about CentralSquare Public Safety & Justice?

This system software has got no drawback.It only requires the user to have sufficient storage space for the installation of this software so as to access it's services and the availability of the Internet connection for it's update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CentralSquare Public Safety & Justice solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the use of this software I am able to work positively in my law enforcement department without the existence of difficulty since this system has been able to aid me in the management of cases, investigation, crime scenes and the gathered evidences thus reducing large workload at work. What do you like best about CentralSquare Public Safety & Justice?

I would say that it is user friendly, though some of my coworkers may disagree. I like the call taking screen's format. We have gone through other vendors recently, and I strongly prefer this vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CentralSquare Public Safety & Justice?

There are too many different boxes for 1 application. It is too customizable, and I wish it was all able to fit in one screen instead of 3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CentralSquare Public Safety & Justice:

Pretty sure it's about to be absorbed by another company, so I'd hold off any contract negotiations until they are done. Who knows what kind of product they will have by the end of the merger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CentralSquare Public Safety & Justice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some users enjoy the customization, it gives each of us the ability to organize the screens how we process it best, which lends to efficiency. The process to get a call queued is extremely easy. toggling between screens is a pain. also if you start a call and ends up being a dud you can't cancel the call you have to complete and save and it messes with your statistics. if another operator opens your call while you're still getting information and they hit save it deletes your information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used this system daily and would recommend it to others for storing and entering data. The information is stored for a lifetime and managing the information is ongoing. Each entity that implements this system can tailor it for their own specification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
