**What do you like best about Centraleyezer?**

Automates escalation, follow-ups, and reporting, reducing time-to-fix vulnerabilities with customizable dashboards. Furthermore, it is easy import/export of vulnerabilities, user-friendly interface, and resource savings on time and costs.

**What do you dislike about Centraleyezer?**

High complexity in features leads to a learning curve, especially for new users.

**What problems is Centraleyezer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been using Centraleyezer for vulnerability management within my IT security team, and it has transformed how we handle cyber risk. Previously, we struggled with scattered data across multiple scanners and manual pen tests, which led to overlooked vulnerabilities and endless manual tracking. Centraleyezer brings all vulnerability scans, pen test results, and threat feeds together in a single, unified dashboard, cutting through the chaos of siloed tools and fragmented processes. It also automates escalations to the responsible people based on deadlines and assigns follow-ups, which removes delays in prioritization and response. On top of that, the customizable reports and role-based views make it much easier to track progress without drowning in spreadsheets.
