It is very easy to quickly learn the system and together with the Customer Success team you always have great and immediate help whenever you need it. There are a lot of buttons everywhere which might confuse one in the beginning but as mentioned earlier, it is quick to learn and the Success team helps. The thing I like most with centra is the high flexibility and dedication to the need of brands. And this is out of the box. Extremely helpful customer success manager when setting up the account. Also fairly priced. Great that they have a fixed price since there is a lot of set-up and communication with developers so a paid-per-hour set-up would be crazy expensive. Also, the platform has a lot of functionality and is compatible with most other systems. I believe Centra is the best in its field. !00% recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Centra? We had some bugs in our test account of Centra. We don't know if it was because of Centra or it might have been us but it caused some extra work. If you do not have a lot of experience in similar systems I recommend that you really try to from the start understand what everything means, how it connects and why you are setting it up as you are.
