## Centercode Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Results and Feedback Submission

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Marc P. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

It's incredibly simple to view the results, and testers find it very straightforward to submit their feedback.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The onboarding process was somewhat confusing, and I found the user interface to be less than aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, there is no dark mode available.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm looking for a way to manage and monitor which testers have been authenticated. Keeping track of authenticated testers is important to ensure that only authorized individuals have access during the testing process.

  ### 2. The most comprehensive customer engagement and feedback platform...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Sr Principle Engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode is infinitely configurable - I've never had a situation where I couldn't achieve what I needed to engage our customer base for pre-release validation, in almost 15 years' of daily use. Excellent customer support and integration capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Until the most recent version, initial onboarding for new project managers could have a very steep learning curve but that's to be expected for such a capable platform. The most recent Delta release has addressed many of these issues though.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centercode allows us to provide our very varied set of products at an ealry pre-releae stage in a secure manner & then guide customers through a range of test activities, collect feedback & generate metrics to help us better understand release readiness. It provides comprehensive tools for recruiting, communicating with, & guiding very large numbers of participants through the whole prototype/usability/functional testing phases along with survey/reporting tools to enable user research studies.

We couldn't confidently release our many disparate products without the knowledge & insights we gain through using Centercode.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Your input on Centercode means the world to us, Chris. Thank you for taking the time to share, and we're ecstatic that you're enjoying our platform.

  ### 3. Ever Improving Feedback Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dzevad K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

First and foremost it's their incredible support team. You can actually get ahold of them, they're knowledgeable and they get you unblocked quickly.

Other key things I like best about Centercode is they are always improving the platform, taking in feedback and addressing problems. Obviously you'd expect them to do so as a feedback platform but I still find it impressive.

I also appreciate the ease of use and automation features that were added along with the new pricing tiers. It makes it easier to get started with Centercode with just a credit card. This is so important for new startups that can't justify the larger enterprise expense yet but still need a tool to manager their testing community.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I do think the pricing tiers still need a little massaging. Primarily because I'm in the startup space and a management tool becomes more helpful the larger the group we are managing. When it's really small it's hard to justify the additional yearly costs for certain key features.

I do think the Tester Engagement Director is great but can use some tweaking on follow up emails. It can get to be a bit much. Also would be great if it included reminders about how to access the product in the case of software tests.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our external testing community.

Somewhere for them to sign agreements, get resources for the test, and submit feedback (bug reports, ideas, and praise)

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Dvezad - Your insights into Centercode are a great source of inspiration. We appreciate your feedback and are so happy to hear you're having a positive experience with our platform!

  ### 4. Centercode Makes Product Testing Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John C. | Advisory Board Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I have been a user of the Centercode platform for 10 years, first as an end-user and then as an administrator. Centercode makes it easy to create a community around your unique product or service based on your needs. You can identify testers that meet your needs based on product features, product robustness, or anything important to your organization. When you couple that with the feedback tools, you have a platform that makes beta-testing better. The icing on the cake is their personalized service. Their team is there to answer any question along the way and shares a genuine enthusiasm for their customers.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I don't think there is anything specific that I dislike about the platform. It is really about what you make of it. If you do the homework at the beginning, you will set yourself up for years of successful testing.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centercode gets you off of using spreadsheets and brings tools that streamline the entire process. From recruiting, communication, assignments, collecting feedback, and then reporting on it Centercode bring a one-stop shop to manage everything around testing.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> John - We can't thank you enough for sharing your thoughts about Centercode. Your review is cherished, and we're thrilled that you're finding our software to be a positive experience.

  ### 5. The best and most flexible beta management tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | Engineering Project Manager (Senior Program Manager Beta), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I have been a user of Centercode for roughly 8 years now and have been impressed with the platform's product offerrings and relative ease of use. The platform provides a comprehensive feedback and community management system with a degree of structure that makes it easy for new users, or very customizable for expert users. It offers great collaboration tools between your user segment and solid analytics and reporting for stakeholder readouts. Additionally, the benefits of their integrations (Slack, Jira, etc.) allow teams to be more efficient and send data to internal tools, rather than keeping everything within Centercode. Centercode itself is extremely responsive with customer support and even have a chat built into the platform for live assistance

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Encouraging testers to use the platform effectively takes some additional effort that can be mitigated internally and while it seems obvious if you use it regularly, it can be intimidating for testers to effectively figure how to leverage all the platform offers and provide feedback in the form team's are looking for

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running beta testing without a dedicated platform can be challenging to manage and organize, Centercode solves this with a comprehensive tool that addresses most aspects of the Beta lifecycle. It empowers my team to centralize and gather/structure feedback quickly in one place, making it easier to analyze trends and provide reccomendations to engineering. My team and I benefit from increased efficiency and producitivity without needing additional vendors to assist us and allows us to customize the platform to met our company's specific needs. The outputs result in a more effective product deveopment process and better user experiences for our end consumers

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Ryan - We extend our heartfelt thanks for your detailed feedback on Centercode! Your input is much appreciated, and we're thrilled to know you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 6. A great core platform on which to build your user testing community

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode is great at providing a flexible and scalable platform for building and growing a user testing community at your company. The platform creates a ton of efficiency for test managers by centralizing all of the data coming in during the test period, and then organizing it in digestible dashboards and custom reports. It also makes it relatively easy to create highly automated user onboarding processes that enable you to sort and filter applicants automatically, and batch actions like user promotions with emails and API calls to even further reduce the amount of manual work needed to get a user started. We anticipate rolling multiple testing tools and products into our program in the future, but Centercode will always be the core platform where we build and maintain the community. Additionally, if you have access to their chat support, the team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. Use them and profit.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Centercode is still very much a web-based tool in an increasingly mobile world. While a mobile app exists, it's still not very polished, and it doesn't carry any custom branding for your site and it's not very intuitive for users to set up and gain access to their projects.

There are also some daily issues with server load that can cause delays with report building and refreshing. Minor bugs occur here and there throughout the site, mostly in places that are visible to test managers but don't overly affect the tester experience. I also still think that the Test Engagement bot, TED, is too aggressive in emailing users on weekends and outside of business hours, and this is (as of this writing) still something you can't configure or modify.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centercode gives our users a branded, centralized, consistent experience when participating in user testing projects. It enables my team to scale our testing process with the business, creating templates and using Centercode's efficiency-enabling tool set to drastically reduce the amount of manual effort required to organize and run an alpha/beta project.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Alex - Thank you so much for taking the time to share your unique thoughts about Centercode! We appreciate your detailed feedback and are thrilled to know you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 7. Centercode C17 AutoCAD Customer Council Beta Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bud S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

We have been using Centercode for a long time now and it's a great tool to run our Alpha/Beta programs. It's pretty much one stop shopping, we can create surveys, invite new prospects, and engage with existing long time members.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Not really anything, we are trying to transition to the new Feedback forums, and I would like to see some improvements in the WISYWIG editing, right now it's lacking what we would expect. But it's not a dislike, it's a feature request for the near future.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to get early feedback in Alpha and Beta products, while customers are under NDA. We can create reports, collect Problem Reports and move them directly to our internal defect tracking tool, and also ask for Feature Requests for new and existing features.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Bud - We're so grateful for your insightful feedback on the Centercode platform! Your thoughts are truly valued, and we're delighted to know you're having a positive experience with us.

  ### 8. Amazing platform for engaging with your customers and impacting their success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

1. The platform serves our needs as a software provider for early adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement
2. The Centercode team have been amazing partners, hearing our needs and improving their platform.
3. We can use the platform for all sizes of engagements, both early concept work and large beta trials.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

1. Adding new customers needs to be near instant and frictionless. In my experience, this is not always the case.
2. The UI styling has received a welcome update in recent times. I would welcome seeing even more focus on this, with an eye towards no hesitation for new customers to join our programs.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, we use Centercode to engage our customers with early "insider" engagements. This can be early concept reviews or late betas, and everything in between.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Pete - Thank you for taking your valuable time to express your thoughts about Centercode! Your feedback is so important to us, and we truly value it. We are so happy to hear you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 9. Centercode Allows me to Manage Entire Beta Testing Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode gives me a one stop shop to properly manage an entire beta program. Our community has over 30,000 members in it and this is all easily managed with Centercode. It basically has every feature I need - surveys, feedback tools, reporting, email capabilities, etc.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The only downside that springs to mind is that it can take a bit of time to learn how to poperly use it. That said, they have recently come out with a feature that basically runs your beta projects for you which has lessened the barrier to entry.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centercode basically enables my company to get the best possible feedback on our products before we launch them (and even after launch) to ensure that the products our customers are receiving are top notch and that we are successful.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> We're genuinely appreciative of your feedback on Centercode, Travis. Your input is invaluable, and we're so happy to hear that you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 10. Centercode: A Beta Manager's Dream

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The Centercode support team provices consistent and positive support. If I don't know why something isn't working, they are only a chatbox away from diving in and assisting with my issue. They are also sure to teach my why I ran into the issue so that I can grow as a user of the platform. They also have great resources for learning the tools at your disposal.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Certain platform designs for our specific usecases have required creative project arrangment. We run our betas as a "continuous beta" where users are added dynamically instead of all from the initial "beta" launch date. Centercode is oriented more towards testing sprints (or "Phases") aimed at a specific launch date.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to consolidate all data in one place. When you run beta, you have internal and external softwares and dependencies, and being able to have a "hub" where that information is found helps communications between teams. We also have hard data on who is testing, how many users have tested a feature, and direct ways to email users that have not completed assignments.

**Official Response from Austin Meyer:**

> Awesome to hear that our support team has been helpful, and that you've had a stellar experience with the platform. We hear you on the continuous beta challenge – we're taking a closer look! Thank you for the specific feedback and your continued partnership. Happy testing!

  ### 11. Centercode satisfies all requirements for power users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Easily the best part of Centercode are the advanced integrations. Having a great API to use in conjunction with external systems allows Centercode to be a full input/output for my beta programs.

Of course, the other features within the platform (especially user management) make running a beta program as efficient as possible as well, and the customer service has always been easy to work with and very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I think the areas of improvement for Centercode is ease of deployment and use. There has been good efforts to improve the UI and in-platform user education, but particularly the onboarding flows are confusing.

While Centercode has good documentation "outside" of your program/projects, having better 'tooltips' would be a major improvement.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User management and distribution of software. The major benefits are the consolidation of communication within a single platform and an easy way to distribute and track software releases to the testers.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Your thorough feedback on Centercode is very appreciated! We really value your thoughtful insights and are thrilled that you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 12. Great Community Building and Assessment Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill G. | Principal/Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode provides a great way to central all the feedback from product testers. It helps you to identify bugs or fixes before launching and it was an invaluable tool. The support we recieved from their team was exceptional. it was very easy to use and to implement a project.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The only downide I would mention was that some of the functionality we were looking for was only available in their higher license levels. The tool was great and we are able to get what we need, but it required more manual manipulation of data an insights what you have the Delta edition.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gave us an easy way to centralize and act on feedback in a real time way. It also helped us to prioritize issues and opportunities for our product roadmap for the future.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Bill - Your feedback on Centercode is music to our ears! We appreciate your insights and are thrilled that you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 13. Very extensive platform which is easy to use. Some features are too much and some are missing.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Very convenient to use espacially for managing a larger number of users. Lots of things can be automated and the layout/structure of the platform is clear, not overloaded and appealing (on browser). Also the chat bot and the help-articles are helpful and even there is a large time difference between California and Europe, the support-team replies quickly (in their working hours of course) and are friendly and helpful.
It is also great how much you can customize to give the users a sense of beloinging to our company and our products.
I also like that you can make a Jira integration which is very helpful for some projects.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

For very agile projects where you need quick responses and often ping-pong with users it is not ideal. Firstly there is still a barrier for users to login, especially on the browser as the app doesn't seem to be liked and used very much. Also when asking users about more details about a feedback it dues longer till the users replies as it would be in a chat.
Coming to the Frequency of Use: The platform is build upon that users log in very frequently, but our experience is that f.e. without sending out a mail nobody submits the available survey.
Lastly, as the servers are mostly in the USA, the platform has still some latency.
Implementation was easy exept of the language change which took a while and it was not always obvious in the string sets what is user-facing and what is only visible for project managers (it may changed now)

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to interact wiht a larger number of users but on an individual level. It makes our processes more efficient and also increases the engagement of the users

  ### 14. Centercode is very user friendly and flexible for our needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpith J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

How easly we can set up projects and reports within it and also to receive feedback.

Very easy to integrate with other platforms like SFDC and SAP for automation.

Multiple features to help teams to gather lot of data points.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

It can improve on providing project level data at community level.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us host mutiple product beta testing on single platform and gather data across products to compare testing behaviour and patterns.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Arpith - We're sincerely grateful for your insights regarding Centercode. Your feedback is highly valuable, and we're overjoyed to learn that you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 15. No better way to keep your connected hardware tests organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Todays products can be super complex. Connected devices need to have apps and websites added into the testing plan, and Centercode is flexible and easy enough to use that it doesn't get confusing.

It's ability to integrate in to other systems is a time and life saver for small teams.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I do wish there was a slightly easier way for testers to switch between projects for different companies instead of different logins.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a small team centercode helps us communicate to large test groups with ease.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> We're extending our gratitude for your insights on Centercode. Your review is invaluable, and we're elated to know you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 16. Centercode Usage for Testers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The most helpful thing about Centercode is being able to export information to be able to provide to other teams or LOB. It is easy to integrate new users and teammates into the program and is easily teachable.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I dislike having to log in everytime I use the tool.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of having to record results in several different places in which we have to allow different accesses to different people. It is helpful because everyone who has centercode can be added to a project and have all the information they need.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Your thoughts on Centercode are truly valued. Thank you for sharing, and we're happy to hear about your positive experience with our platform.

  ### 17. Great tool to manage internal and external testing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I loved using Centercode! It was really great at creating and managing a community of testers and facilitating programs. It was very robust in its ability to manage programs, gate and segment testers and run successful programs.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I didn't feel like I knew much about the tool and what's it's fully capabilities were. The team I worked on was very familiar with the tool and they were able to setup templates, notices chains etc but I don't believe there were enough resources on how to leverage Centercode to its full capacity to a new user.

Also, the limits on licenses (based on what we chose to pay for as a company) was a bit frustrating at times.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A one stop shop for managing testing.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Your perspective on Centercode is highly valuable to us. Thank you for sharing, and we're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our platform.

  ### 18. Great system for Data Collection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Being able to gather so much data (via profiles, reporting, feedback forms, distributed values) makes it less daunting when asked to split everything into meaningful buckets.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I would still like there to be more options on creating teams. For example, using usernames instead of email addresses would remove a step in getting rid of PII before sharing with more stakeholders or those without Centercode access in my org.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of data being housed in a platform instead of excel sheets.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Your thoughts on Centercode are a source of motivation and inspiration for our team! Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, and we're delighted to hear that you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 19. Great tool for beta testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

All encompassing-- I have a place to "store" my testers, can easily communicate with them, track bugs/suggestions, produce surveys, and much more

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

A lot of components = a lot of time to set up

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A huge benefit is a way to communicate with testers outside of Outlook/gmail. It's also helpful to give testers a one-stop-shop for all their instructions and bug/suggestion management. The reporting tool is also super helpful to show stakeholders the value of tests.

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful input about Centercode. We highly value your feedback and are delighted to learn that you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 20. Full package for managing a testing program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

There are so many tools to deliver information to testers, collect feedback from testers, manage a testing population, and produce reports based on data gathered.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Building reports can be challenging and is not extermely user-friendly, however this is improving each month with the Centercode updates and reases

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps all feedback in one place and makes delivering information to testers and gathering feedback from testsers extremely user friendly

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts about Centercode! We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to know you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 21. the must have tool for any product owner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nitin b. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

the step by step processes, the simplicity, multiple integrations to all systems that matter, the rigor, and the thorough attention to detail along with an amazing team

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

yet to come across something in 10+ years of being a customer

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

building prime-time ready products

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Nitin - Your input on Centercode means the world to us. Thank you for taking the time to share, and we're ecstatic that you're enjoying our platform.

  ### 22. Centercode makes my job easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode allows me to create both basic and extensive reports for stakeholders on multiple teams I work with.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Updates to the user interface take an adjustment period

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centercode enables us to keep everything we need in one place

**Official Response from Kelsey Towfiq:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts about Centercode! We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to know you're having a positive experience with our platform.

  ### 23. The interface is not engaging enough for the testers, good data collection

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The ability to collect gathered data into excel chart

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

First C17 is a big step forward, we will start a delta project next week, fingers crossed it will be better.

This comenta reflect my experience so far creating the delta project and manging projects with the previous version
In general there are not enough tools that can be used to engage the teaters

It start with a UI that looks old, and not enough ui/ux tools to engage the testers
Many things are co-depend, like the onboarding process, teams, etc making it a long process to move responsibility between people over a centercode project
The inteface use enless amount of menus, and still it feels that many things are not even possible to modify to our specific needs.
It should be far more simple imo.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Make sure you are recorce ready to start a centercode project, make someone learn it with a demo version if possible, than see if will fit your beta project gaols.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If a product is very bad, our testers will probably tell us. They are very valuable in that way.

  ### 24. Centercode for Test Users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor S. | Associate Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

It is a great platform to help organize and get the best out of your alpha and beta testers. Their new Delta Testing feature is awesome to help understand how well your product is going.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

At times the product can be hard to navigate. Once you understand how it is organized, it gets a little better, but can be hard to find where some things are, overall it is good.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this to organized all the different projects that we have coming through our company. We use it to fix organizing projects that were coming into our group.

  ### 25. Weird UI but the platform does the job

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I like that there are surveys and reports to quantify information. The support tickets and issue tracking are pretty good too. It's also secure and keeps testers anonymous.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The UI is not very intuitive sometimes. You can click on resources and support articles you write but can't edit there. You have to go to a different tab to edit the article, which is strange. Same for the surveys and some other content. Building reports was also a weird process. Overall you need someone to walk you through basic actions, which good UI shouldn't require.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alpha and beta testing was the problem I was trying to solve. Benefits are surveys and reports to quantify information, support tickets and issue tracking, and being a secure place to keep testers anonymous.

  ### 26. Excellent feedback loop and product gut-check before launch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vlad G. | Director of Product Development - Lifestyle Division, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The Centercode team and their experience, feedback, and recommendations make the difference between an extensive catalog of data and honest insights on what to do with the tested products. Leveraging their collective wisdom on past tests has helped Klipsch curate the best questions, categorization, and reports leading to the launch of world-class products.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The steep learning curve to mastering the platform. Being able to manipulate data the same way as a Centercode Project Manager is not immediately intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Whatever feedback you may be gathering about your product and features, there's a very high likelihood that Centercode has done it in the past and has a list of lessons learned. Use that knowledge to learn from your customers and accomplish your objectives. Centercode's one of the only external resources we've ever leveraged that immediately hit the ground running and knew what to do and how to do it.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are opening up a dialog with end-users and vetting product features and their value. We are getting immediate confirmation of how our product is preceived and how to improve it ahead of launch.

  ### 27. Very new to using this software but am already very impressed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

All of the many features surrounding how easy it is to collect surveys from our customers and then the ability to best translate this data.It is for these specific reasons I love this tool!

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I feel as though there is still some room improvement on the sid eof it being a little bit more user-friendly and intuitive. While it is still relatively easy to navigate it could use a little more improvement.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting and sending surveys to our customers and then the ability to best translate this data. The ability to integrate with our database hub has also been a great benefit to us.

  ### 28. The all in one Beta Program management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myriam H. | Customer Validation manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

As a Beta Program Coordinator I was used to managing multiple tools at the same time: Sharepoint, Teams, Google Forms, Emails... Centercode makes my life easy. I no longer need to keep multiple spreadsheets to follow up on tester participation. I don't waste time building PowerPoint reports. This portal checks all the boxes!

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

At first, it is not the most accessible tool. It took me a while to get familiar with all of the features, and I sometimes found myself frustrated trying to implement changes through the wrong menus.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with my testers is smoother. Automatic reminders are a plus.
Centercode helps me track user engagement.
It helps me create 'the Community feeling'.

  ### 29. Excellent tool for helping us keep a pulse on our customer's needs!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode is a powerful tool that allows our organization to easily and effectively run beta tests with our customers for several of our software products. Our customers are able to quickly share valuable feedback and communicate suggestions to us which gives us direction we need to improve our products and solve the right problems for our customer base. I also love the fact that our customers can easily interact with the Centercode product and find answers to many of their questions using the content we have published there.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

There can be a bit of a learning curve in order to get a good handle on using the admin interface, especially when starting new projects from scratch. However, there template feature is very nice and the in-product chat support is extremely responsive to any questions you may have which has significantly helped our teams learn and become proficient at using the Centercode product.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

I am very pleased with Centercode and would recommend them to anyone looking for a powerful solution to effectively conduct and manage user testing of their products.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to quickly and easily manage the beta testing effort for several of our software products. Without this wonderful tool, it would be significantly more difficult for our organization to manage this process for all of our products as well as receive such detailed feedback from our customers.

  ### 30. Makes Testing Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

It's easy to manage multiple projects through Centercode's platform. We're able to provide a customized experience for all of our testers.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The learning curve to using the site (for both testers and project managers). I've had to spend a lot of time reading articles and watching videos to learn how to use the tool effectively.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Centercode to run Beta projects and it works as a fairly simplified spot to host all of our necessary documentation, videos, learning tools, and tasks for customers. Overall it is a great tool for keeping everything together.

  ### 31. Great product, but harder to customize than we would have liked.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

For our beta testing, the following features proved really useful:
Filtering and grouping users, submitting issues that could be funneled into Jira, Survey reminders.
All the user data and feedback lives in one place making it really easy to analyze.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Our beta project was a bit unusual for the way Centercode is set up. Because we didn't easily fit the typical flow for our recruitment and testing process it became clunky for our support team. Testing followed a very specific user timeline and as a result, was not as easy of a tester experience as we had hoped. The platform works great for recruiting from a wider pool, and for betas with longer lead times. Unfortunately, we were operating with very specific user requirements and needed a quick turnaround.
Another struggle was with most of our users trying to access the platform on mobile and surveys or feedback forms not always showing up correctly. I'd love to see a mobile app for this platform. I think this would make it easier to keep testers actively involved throughout the entirety of the testing.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Spinning up a new project that doesn't fall into the standard flow they have provided takes time. giving yourself plenty of lead time for implementation is absolutely necessary.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Centercode we had a dozen spreadsheets to track different beta cohorts and their feedback. Keeping track of and analyzing the feedback was difficult. Centercode allowed us to keep all of that information in one place and compare feedback across cohorts based on specific filters.

  ### 32. Centercode for WS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I appreciate the ability to make project templates that can be used for future projects.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I think it would be nice to have the ability to edit sections while viewing the actual section, rather than trying to decipher it from the main menu.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use CenterCode to help user interact with a product during Alpha/Beta testing. We have received good feedback from our users.

  ### 33. A great platform for companies to test with and for testers to help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** R S. | Technical Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Having a central location for organizing and managing the testing of products is excellent to help with scheduling and keeping track of activities and suggestions

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Luckily there is not much to dislike about the platform other than for testers once you log in, the general opportunities are not the main page, so there is a bit of extra navigation

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows an organised and professional way to allows testers to review items and provide feedback.

  ### 34. I love the customization and quick support but this is not an intuitive platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gwendolyn E. | Social Media Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

- Easy to customize
- Versatile
- Opening and closing applications is easy
- The support team is quick, effective, and friendly
- The reporting structure is fantastic
- The customized permission levels and teams are incredibly useful
- The ability to view what feedback has been addressed keeps things from slipping between cracks
- The ability to integrate with Jira saves my team an incredible amount of time
- There are different pay tiers for how much help you want setting up your platform and being trained
- It is easy to work with the team to add more resources (projects and users) if you need to
- Emailing testers in bulk is simple
- Email templates saved across areas are a life saver
- Selecting testers based on different qualifications is simple
- Filtering is well-done and easy to customize and save for later
- Surveys are well-supported and there are many options for different formats

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

- Not always intuitive
- Settings scattered making it easy to miss updating areas
- Steep learning curve for Product Managers
- Challenging to get set up initially though easier to maintain
- Default view cannot be saved to more users
- When selecting applicants, I have to save changes before moving pages because selections are not saved when changing pages
- Much of the support content had not been transitioned to their new platform as of the last time I used it
- Dead links from the previous support pages found on Google do not route to the updated content
- There is less socialization with how the platform is designed than on alternatives like Facebook groups

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Be prepared for high value but also a heavy workload. It is best to have at least one person with deep understanding of the platform that can answer questions. Training everyone to that level can be challenging.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use Facebook and this led to a lot of missed feedback and frustrated testers that felt ignored when it was really a trick of the algorithm or their report sinking below more active topics. Centercode has leveled up our testing, reduced the amount of time we have to run a test due to efficiency, and allowed us to select the best testers for each round. The reporting features available allow us to share information easily with people less directly involved with testing and quantitative data is easier to generate.

  ### 35. Centercode has improved our early development insights flow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Community of testers, allows to collaborate and creates transparency on focus areas. Drives engagement and extends into our internal development tools.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

UI needs improvement as the current UI looks outdated.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Onboarding of the entire development teams if used in a development process, so that you can understand if the tool fits your exact purpose.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement and visibility of feedbacks within the development programs.

  ### 36. Every Company Should Have A Customer Validation Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joy T. | Beta and Usability Testing Associate – Connected Home, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I like how Centercode is the juggernaut of customer validation. Their platform encompasses everything a company needs in order to foster a healthy and fruitful ongoing feedback loop for their new or current products.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Mainly some of the platforms integrations for templatizing tests. For example, having to re-copy links for each topic along with lacking some abilities to auto populate text fields based on test name or topic title. I also wish Centercode had a test plan page where I could put in every piece of necessary information for a test and they autopopulate the test space with the correct verbiage, links, logos, etc. This way I only need to send testers emails, add to teams, and maintain the test space during the test.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Onboarding can be remote, 3 days onsite was probably not the most efficient. I would also onboard after the pilot beta has been run so the Admin gets more of a flavor of how tests are conducted and can apply that to onboarding + have questions ready. I would also LOVE a test plan form where it auto generates a full test space with links, logos, content, etc.!

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company is solving the problem of launching products without confidence in bugs and customer feedback. The benefits are immense, ranging from drafting customer support documentation, fixing bugs, marketing materials, and future product spec implementations.

  ### 37. Not my favorite

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I wasn't impressed with the insights gathered.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

It provided little to no value towards my development efforts

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Don't

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My problem is with centercode itself. I did not realize any benefits. It would have been nice to have a service dedicated to the overall development efforts. I would not have chosen centercode .

**Official Response from Maria Kapitan:**

> Thanks for leaving your feedback - I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t get the results you were anticipating when using our platform. We’d like to see how we can improve the platform and our processes so you get more value towards your development efforts. Please send us an email at info@centercode.com - we’re looking forward to hearing from you.

  ### 38. The Tool for Running your Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dzevad K. | Customer Insights, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The amazing support of the company. They are very responsive, helpful, and can provide as much or as little support as you need.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The old editor system. It's a bit finicky and needs an update. Luckily they're working on that now!

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used Centercode as many startups now to ensure product success. Using it to find good field testers, send surveys, manage user profiles, and much more.

  ### 39. Could be more user friendly

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The ease with which I can create a form.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

I wish it would be more user-friendly. Moving elements, adding options within an element, and most importantly, a bit of a more effortless flow while planning a form (ref. to plenty UX research tools like Optimal Workshop). It's just more intuitive that way.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it to send out forms (research surveys) to customers

  ### 40. Difficult to navigate for added testers

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

How easily i can add testers. It is very easy

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Difficult to navigate for added testers. It is very difficult

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beta testing. It is easy to add testers, but difficult to view the links

**Official Response from Maria Kapitan:**

> Thank you for your feedback. I'm happy to hear you had an easy time adding testers, but sorry to hear that you had trouble viewing links. We'd like to hear your feedback about the new platform UI changes we're making and see if it will be easier to navigate. Please email us at info@centercode.com so we can set up a chat!

  ### 41. Centercode Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilla M. | Beta Product Marketing Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2021

  ### 42. Dense tool with a lot of options; good for forums but not great for surveys or survey reports

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode makes it easy to email all our Beta testers and publish information for all of them to see. It also has awesome forum tools where people can submit praise, feedback, or problems and upvote each other. We haven't taken advantage of the Discussions feature yet but I like the idea.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Creating surveys in centercode and sending them out is seamless, but creating reports about them is incredibly clunky and takes forever. I do like that you can create a report pulling insights from multiple surveys at once, but the effort to create every single chart is just not worth it when you can just paste a link to a Google form in a Centercode message. Big bummer because the survey and report function in Centercode has a lot of potential.
Also, the tool overall has just so many funky UX things that it becomes very confusing and hard to use if you don't have 10 hours of Centercode training. Which is not ideal for busy PMs.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are managing our large and long-term product Beta in Centercode with 200+ users a month. It has been very helpful to not have to track who is in the Beta manually in Google Sheets, and have an easy way to communicate with all of them at once. We send weekly and monthly surveys and utilize the forum tools, and the insights have been very beneficial to our product decisions.

  ### 43. Great platform to get an insights before going to market.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander K. | Director of Mac Consumer Suites, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Opportunity to use the Centercode user base to test my product. Reporting and interface also work fine for us.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Even though the user base is big enough but anyway you should not expect more than 5% of it being super active. It is not possible to make a targeted group due to the low amount of active users.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Start with a small project to see how it works for you. Define a dedicated person who will be managing the Centercode platform. Depends on the project but it might take from 20% up to 100% of working time.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Centercode as an additional quality assurance step due to the lack of internal QA people. We also able to check the product in a wild and this gives sometimes interesting findings.
The main benefit would be to have ready to go group who is ready to help.

  ### 44. Lifesaver for Product Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Senior Director of Product Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The ability to manage large and complex tests all in one system makes life so much easier. The feedback engine makes tracking issues and ideas much easier, and with Jira integration, allows me to directly pass bugs to the dev team. This reduces the amount of time required to track issues and makes it easier to see the signal through the noise.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

The UX is a bit outdated and there are opportunities to automate/simplify the experience a bit. Doing so would reduce the learning curve and hopefully make it easier for onboarding new team members.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Centercode product testing took a ton of manpower and wasn't well organized. Centercode has provided us a clear structure which has improved the quality of our tests and made it easier to run many at the same time.

  ### 45. Want to run a beta program? Look no further

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JHo . | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Overall, the platform is easy to navigate and you can make templates to use for future programs. The ability to onboard testers, run a test, and synthesize information for stake holders, really makes my job easier. It helps us gather a large group of testers to down select from and as we have more tests in flight, it will be easier to kick off programs. Additionally, we have had some positive feedback, from bother internal and external testers, on the overall ease of the space, when they are testing products.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

There are just some small elements that take getting use to and some actions/tools can be a little bit more user friendly. There is a slight learning curve, when setting up reports, setting tester groups, or the overall onboarding flow. Additionally, survey creation can be frustrating at times, depending on the element(s) you are looking to add.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Overall, I think Centercode leads the field when it comes to selecting a platform to run a beta test

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems my company is tackling, normally focuses on the overall usability and quality of the hardware, from a user perspective. There have been many times, that issues or feedback wasn't anticipated by the core team, but helped guide or decision making process, moving forward. Other benefits include the interactive surveys, which makes drilling down into data much easier and helpful when I need to complete a weekly readout report. Also, having pre-made graphs and visual elements are helpful as well, as they help provide a more productive story to stakeholders.

  ### 46. allows my clients to have a voice and vote regarding the decisions we make in our company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

It has a quite simple and easy-to-use interface that allows my clients to have a say in the decisions we make in our company regarding the sales part, as it allows us to know the clients' opinions about the process and the final product in a quite easy and simple way, the customer service team is quite quick in responding to any doubts or questions that may arise.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Despite having the option to view the representation of analysis and data reporting information, this option could be a bit more user-friendly as it is very cumbersome to use and understand when we want to use the data for further analysis.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, it has helped me give my clients a voice and vote by providing them with a space to listen to their opinions and suggestions about my products and services offered in a much simpler and easier way.

  ### 47. Survey power is great, could use some UX improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I like the ability to survey customers, but finding all the settings to manage things is not always intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

There could be some better UI / UX patterns (for usability, not "pretty"), to make it easier to find settings. Getting to know the interface was easy at first, but got very complicated trying to work the tools to do things like moving people between lists or even manually adding a user to the beta testing program. Also, I would REALLY appreciate the ability to send calendar invitations out through the site. We can send announcements but no files or calendar invitations for testing events.

Additionally, this current survey is very poorly designed. It does not represent the quality of surveys I was getting used to from Centercode. Under the "ease of admin" rating question, you actually ask two questions, which obscures my ability to interpret what that scale references.

The "grading" on the survey created a negative emotional experience. A customer filling out your survey provides YOU with valuable feedback. I'm not looking for a performance grade. It made me feel like maybe I should spend my time doing something else if I'm going to be graded on giving feedback. Also, I don't have time to take screenshots and "prove" to you that I'm a user. I'm sure there are a myriad of other ways that a company can verify a current user of their system.

Lastly, this survey is VERY long and I do NOT know the answers to some of the questions because you did not preface that I had to be involved with the implementation of Centercode before asking me to take this survey. So, you will have some inaccurate data around that. You may need a better way of finding the right participants for your surveys.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

- Add ability to integrate with calendars / send calendar invites through the site
- Add ability to "opt out" of email notifications (e.g. when a mass communication goes out, our team gets flooded with out of office replies". If I could have a setting to turn off email notifications for a few hours after an announcement, that would help the team.
- Improve clarity / ease of use with actions around groups (adding, moving, etc)
- Link or connect surveys with reports
- Improve controls around reporting for a higher level of intuitiveness

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to manage different customers in beta and communicate to them en masse.

  ### 48. Great software for Beta

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

I love Centercode's intuitive features, Customer-centric support team, and ever-expanding body of whitepapers and articles. I really do think the company makes a concerted effort to create an excellent product.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Sometimes features seem a little half baked.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our team's Betas with Centercode. We solve the issue of having Beta onboarding, feedback, and bug filing all in one easy place for testers. I don't know what we would do without Centercode.

  ### 49. A comprehensive yet simple to use platform for all-things beta-testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

Centercode's interface is very user-oriented and can be learned in no time. It is really easy to create your own project, screen testers, program tasks, and surveys. Also, integration with industry-standard tools like Slack or Zendesk is provided right on.

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Not that I really disliked anything, but the reports building part can enjoy some update.

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

A very good tool for running beta-tests for consumer software and services. License is configurable depending on the number of projects you need to run, quite intuitive UI, good experience overall.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are running beta-projects of our new products or updates to existing. Centercode helps us manage betas effectively, assess feedback, nail-down bugs, explore user insights.

  ### 50. Excellent control for field trials and beta testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Centercode?**

The ability to pull in multiple forms of data and track not just but subject, but by user, and rate based on successes (being more objective about who should continue in future with other trials)

**What do you dislike about Centercode?**

Sometimes the options are confusing about what they can do. It's such a BIG program, some of the components are hard to determine

**Recommendations to others considering Centercode:**

Really spend time going through their learning material for the support staff. it's worth it.

**What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to easily execute a 500+ person trial which by hand would have been a living nightmare. But with the help of Centercode, was one of our more successful trials.
