Moving elements, adding options within an element, and most importantly, a bit of a more effortless flow while planning a form (ref. to plenty UX research tools like Optimal Workshop). It's just more intuitive that way. **What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it to send out forms (research surveys) to customers ### 2. Dense tool with a lot of options; good for forums but not great for surveys or survey reports **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021 **What do you like best about Centercode?** Centercode makes it easy to email all our Beta testers and publish information for all of them to see. It also has awesome forum tools where people can submit praise, feedback, or problems and upvote each other. We haven't taken advantage of the Discussions feature yet but I like the idea. **What do you dislike about Centercode?** Creating surveys in centercode and sending them out is seamless, but creating reports about them is incredibly clunky and takes forever. I do like that you can create a report pulling insights from multiple surveys at once, but the effort to create every single chart is just not worth it when you can just paste a link to a Google form in a Centercode message. Big bummer because the survey and report function in Centercode has a lot of potential. Also, the tool overall has just so many funky UX things that it becomes very confusing and hard to use if you don't have 10 hours of Centercode training. Which is not ideal for busy PMs. **What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are managing our large and long-term product Beta in Centercode with 200+ users a month. It has been very helpful to not have to track who is in the Beta manually in Google Sheets, and have an easy way to communicate with all of them at once. We send weekly and monthly surveys and utilize the forum tools, and the insights have been very beneficial to our product decisions. ### 4. New logins, verification emails and credential that are not synced with the customers existing accounts for the products we offer. It creates a bit of a barrier to entry which often results in less participation from users. **What problems is Centercode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Structured Beta programs to gauge interests on new features, validate bug fixes and test the product. ### 6. Easy for me to manage trialists in how I communicate with them but nothing ground breaking other than that. ### 7.
