Moving elements, adding options within an element, and most importantly, a bit of a more effortless flow while planning a form (ref. to plenty UX research tools like Optimal Workshop). Centercode makes it easy to email all our Beta testers and publish information for all of them to see. It also has awesome forum tools where people can submit praise, feedback, or problems and upvote each other. We haven't taken advantage of the Discussions feature yet but I like the idea. Creating surveys in centercode and sending them out is seamless, but creating reports about them is incredibly clunky and takes forever. I do like that you can create a report pulling insights from multiple surveys at once, but the effort to create every single chart is just not worth it when you can just paste a link to a Google form in a Centercode message. Big bummer because the survey and report function in Centercode has a lot of potential. Also, the tool overall has just so many funky UX things that it becomes very confusing and hard to use if you don't have 10 hours of Centercode training. We are managing our large and long-term product Beta in Centercode with 200+ users a month. It has been very helpful to not have to track who is in the Beta manually in Google Sheets, and have an easy way to communicate with all of them at once.
