What do you like best about Center?

We love the flexibility with the software and the continual efforts by Center team to make the software even better. I have had a great experience with our account rep. She has been very helpful through the entire process getting our staff comfortable with using a new software as well as updates and tweaks we have needed along the way.

What do you like best about Center?

Center is seamless to use from both the spender perspective and from the back-end accounting standpoint. It checked every box that we were looking for in a company credit card. The practical interface and app allows spenders to effectively submit their receipts in a timely manner, and customizable workflows allow us to set up required fields and approval flows to fit our policies. It integrates with our accounting software saving a lot of time for accounting. The customer service was phenomenal every step of the way working through the set-up process. What do you dislike about Center?

We are waiting on an enhancement that will get the integration flow into our accounting software perfected. Right now it is better than where we were in having one, but there are some set-up back-end tweaks that need to be made in Center's capabilities to take out the manual work that needs to be done once the import into the accounting system happens. What problems is Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our former company credit card platform through our local bank was not user friendly or robust enough to handle our diversified operations and needs. It caused much frustration amongst cardholders as the receipt submission was overly burdensome before, but now it is a simple few clicks and there is no duplication. Similarly, on accounting's end the task of getting the data out of the bank's expense reporting platform into our system was time-consuming and overly complicated. What do you like best about Center?

We like the robust rules and datapoints that our employees need to utilize in their expense reporting. We require several key datapoints, really not terribly complex ones either, before our EEs can submit expenses for review. The customizable rules have allowed for us to gather all the needed info for our accounting system to have a super accruate job cost system with pretty minimal maintenance month to month. Seeing the live updates with pending charges helps us to get ahead of any potential problems as well. It's easy to use from both an administrator and basic user standpoint. What do you dislike about Center?

Obviously the downside of having a robust system is it sometimes has taken a little legwork to get a new rule, or new set of cost codes set up to flow properly in our accounting system. But this up front legwork is entirely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Center?

Center is amazing. The first thing - their people go above and beyond. We probably had the most drawn-out implementation in history due to some staffing changes we had but they were no pressure. They just really made it so easy for us. Speaking of easy, their website is so easy to use. The platform is so user-friendly and you have so many options to integrate it into your workflow. We haven't had many issues but when we do have to reach out to customer support they are right on it! We've almost always been able to resolve an issue with just one short call. We also use the mobile app and just love it. We have a lot of employees who are never in the office so being able to submit everything on a daily basis and having the office get the information in real time, and being able to see receipts so quickly, is such a big thing for us. We can download information every day if we want, or as needed. Approvals are also quick and easy so we don't have to wait and catch up later. This was such a great solution for us! What do you dislike about Center?

What do you like best about Center?

I also really like how Center automatically generates reports for expense management. It provides us with its real time spending insights, helping us to manage our budgets better. It’s easy to create expenses categories and set up workflow approvals that keep everything compliant and on time. The setup was a bit tricky for a large team like ours, but center is great. We expected it to take more time to set up workflows to meet our needs. What do you like best about Center?

The thing I absolutely love about Center is the detailed analytics and reporting functionality. The biggest downside with Center for me is the first little barrier you have to overcome. It’s got a lot of functions, but it requires getting used to its tricky interface. Some things I would not have initially considered intuitive and it did take some trial and error to get used to. But once you get the hang of it, it is much more manageable and powerful. What do you like best about Center?

The one I prefer the most is tracking expenses in real time as it helps so much to keep track of the financial situation. It seamlessly integrated with our current accounting software so it was easy to track, sort and report all expenses. The user interface is easy to understand, plus, the application contains automation options which saved much of our time instead of doing everything ourselves, as well as minimized the number of mistakes made in accounting. What do you dislike about Center?

There is one weakness to Center and that is that the reporting options of Centre feel limited and aren’t as customizable as I would need them to be for other, more specific, analysis of a given project. We are therefore not able to get detailed insights, and we must use external tools to refine the analysis of data. By featuring real time tracking and auto categorization Center simplifies our expense management by eliminating manual data entry. Having done this has permitted our team to skip the end of month rush and improve overall financial accuracy. What do you like best about Center?

The thing I like the most about Center is that it brings all our project management elements under one roof. Quick adoption is fostered by this user friendly interface. What I like about it is its capability of being integrated to others tools, like Slack and Google Drive and the way it can maintain fluid communication and sharing files. What do you dislike about Center?

A big downside to Center is the limited reporting features it offers. It offers some useful metrics but to really get to the detailed insights we need to actually perform the in depth analysis, it can be difficult. Sometimes this shortcoming prevents us reaching a decision when we need to share data with stakeholders. What’s more, the lack of customization available for dashboards makes our ability to effectively show the progress of the project limited, which becomes problematic in terms of communication with the team. Center has been of immense help in improving our project management activities. Previous to its employment, schedule work across the various departments was uncoordinated, but presently, the whole operation is arranged on this platform. It has certainly changed the way we are able to work together by tracking deadlines or assigning tasks. This has in return improved interaction between colleagues and thus not forgetting set due dates. on the whole it has enhanced its flexibility and efficiency of work, which has allowed us to better concentrate on the work for the clients. What do you like best about Center?

In my opinion Center has the simplest task management feature among all it has to offer. It effectively allows the members of our team to easily generate tasks as well as assign them, which in return helps us to access overall organization and compliance. I also like that the dashboard is changeable, and I can sort all the assignments by the dates and their importance. What do you dislike about Center?

A major disadvantage of Center is its restricted reporting facilities. Even though it does project some analytic capacities, it lacks the depth needed for analyzing team and project efficiencies. This has made it difficult for us to assess how efficient we have been on completing our tasks as well as how well we have complied with predetermined deadlines. Another disadvantage I have seen is that as project is organized and one has to deal with several at a go, activities can become tiresome, which sometimes causes Interference. Center recognizes the disorderliness in handling of tasks. Before, the team members had issues with remembering who was assigned to do what so people missed their deadlines and there was confusion. Now, it has a formal method of mapping out the work that needs to be done and overseeing it. It has improved clarity which has increased efficiency as everyone was aware of duties as performed. What do you like best about Center?

We've been using GetCenter for our corporate card needs, and it has truly transformed the way we manage business expenses. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to issue and manage cards for employees with ease. One of the standout features is the ability to set custom spending limits and track transactions in real-time, which has greatly improved our expense control and budgeting accuracy.

What do you like best about Center?

One thing I appreciate about Center is that it provides one platform where we crunch all data and share information. It makes project management easier when integrated with the other tools we use, including the CRM and marketing platforms. It is also important to note how the interface in the app makes it easy to chase progress concerning given tasks and keep the team well oriented. There is one problem that I have found rather troubling in Center – it works perfectly with project management, but when it comes to working with big data sets, it feels kind of sluggish. At times the interface is slow particularly, during report access or when the team is multitasking. Lack of variations of some of the options is another constraint since it means we must bring the software’s working pattern into line with our business processes instead of the tool being developed to suit the firm’s needs.
