We have the web based version so it is cumbersome at times to save files on the web server and then copy them down to our server for emailing and sharing internally but I think this is where most software is going. Personnel level budgeting including hourly rates, health insurance, workers comp categories, vacation plans, etc. allows extremely accurate assessments of the 'people' costs in our organization; these costs account for ~85% of our spend so accuracy in this category allows for a strong budget.
