Flexible and powerful budgeting solution **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024 **What do you like best about Centage?** We have a number of different revenue streams and Centage allows us to create custom calculations and setting as we need them. I also like the variety of reporting options using the Analytics Maestro add on to really get an understanding of our data in order to best plan for the future. The Customer Support team is very responsive and helpful in addressing any issues. **What do you dislike about Centage?** Because the Analytics Maestro is used with Excel, there is a download process to move the data that you need. In order to get the most current actual data this is a two-step process which can take up to 30 minutes. Part of it could be set to run automatically but I prefer to do it as needed. Also, some of the screens have default views for certain elements and it would be better if those could be customized. **What problems is Centage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using an out-of-date program that we were unable to make changes to. The Centage platform is very customizable for individual needs and provides a wide variety of reporting options.
