Its clean and easy-to-use interface means the set-up of the service is relatively quick and painless, with solid reporting options to report and measure what our user base is doing and accessing. The service is backed by a fantastic support group - nothing has been too much trouble when we have asked for help. All in all, it is a great value / high-performing product that does what it says on the tin - really well! **What do you dislike about TrustLayer Web Security?** Nothing too concerning at the moment - we continue exploring its capabilities and learning the product's ins and outs. This is a question to answer in a few months when we have a fuller view. **What problems is TrustLayer Web Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** Censornet Web Security has helped to simplify the way we control web access, has reduced the very painful management of rules on our firewalls, and allows us to be more agile with the access to and flow of web traffic in and out of our business. ### 2. It's the type of product that you can work your way around pretty easily. The GUI is mostly clean, clear and simplistic. The support team is excellent and is very responsive to any questions you may have. They have an excellent knowledge of their product. **What do you dislike about TrustLayer Web Security?** I feel like there are a lot of manual entries at times to avoid false negatives. It's not an issue as such with Censornet, but you can end up with quite a big list of custom allowed URL's **What problems is TrustLayer Web Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Censornet Web Security to provide a safe and secure web browsing experience to both staff and students in the Education sector and to fall in line with safeguarding practices. ### 4. Allow reporting on individual users/groups/devices where necessary and scheduled reports for the safeguarding team. ### 5.
