Cendyn is very user friendly, particularly in the email marketing design tools. The drag and drop editor is very easy to use for marketing emails and trigger campaigns.
What do you dislike?
We've had some struggles with their Service side in the loyalty platform we have built with our hotel brand but nothing huge. Just some bumps and pricing issues for reporting.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our email program and revenues have expanded largely since moving to Cendyn from Navis. We are gaining additional insight on re-marketing and ad displays via their reporting, and additional resources. Having a central CVRM for all of our properties is extremely important to us.
