**What do you like best about Cemex HRM?**

i like how it can be customized with the required functionalities for the organization. And the quick support. And also the notifications integrated with the business email for people t notify about absence. And also out of office logs also can be summed up with the in and out duration 

**What do you dislike about Cemex HRM?**

Sometimes it takes a lot time to sync the approved leave or out of office request to the calendar.  

**Recommendations to others considering Cemex HRM:**

it is a easy to use but there still some issues like not synchronizing properly. 

**What problems is Cemex HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using as the sole management system for human resources to apply leaves and to maintain employee records including in and out times and out office logs, expense claims and all HR related functionalities
