Easy retrieval of creatives built in the platform and porting over to Adserver is a straight forward process - leading to quicker turnaround in trafficking of ad tags. Reliance on API connection - so if there is a break in the connection, then the tool doesn't work very well in porting over creatives to Adserver/Platforms. Some confusing setup is required in order to access different elements of the platform and the multi login screens makes it also confusing. Syncing of information between the platform and Adserver Platform could be quicker - sometimes what is reflected in the platform, does not translate to the Adserver. You should only have to log in once however depending on the Projects/Campaigns a user is working on, they may have to be granted access which is done for security purposes. The reporting tool can really be improved. Some metrics/dimensions cannot be combined in a single report which makes it a nuisance to pull multiple reports to access holistic data for the campaign. The Celtra macros are also confusing and a little difficult to implement when a third-party trackers are implemented so it would be great to have an automation process to replace these macros values automatically.
