"All-in-One Project Management with Customizable, Real-Time Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

brings project planning, resource management, time tracking, and reporting together in one platform. The dashboards are easy to customize, making it simple to track project progress, budgets, and team workload in real time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

At first, it took me some time to get comfortable with the platform because there are a lot of features and menus to explore. A few tasks that seem simple can require multiple clicks, and customizing reports isn't always as intuitive as I'd like. Once you get used to it, it works well, but the initial learning experience could definitely be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good visibility into projects without making planning complicated"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I enjoy most is that I can quickly understand the status of a project without asking everyone for updates. The dashboards provide a clear snapshot of deadlines, task progress, and team workload, which makes weekly planning meetings much more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

There are plenty of customization options, but finding the right settings can take some time when you're new to the platform. I also think a few portfolio reports could be easier to tailor for executive presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very helpful practical project management platform that keeps everything organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

I use Celoxis to manage multiple client projects and one thing I really like is how much information it brings together in one place. Resource planning project tracking budgeting and reporting are connected so I do not have to jump between different tools. The dashboards make it easy to understand project status and identify issues before they become bigger problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The platform has a lot of features which is great once you are comfortable with it but it can feel overwhelming at first. New users usually need some time to learn where everything is and how different modules connect together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Time Tracking Makes Team Effort and Productivity Crystal Clear"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

I found Celoxis’s built-in time-tracking system the most useful feature. It can be hard to tell which tasks are consuming the most team time across a project, but the time logs in Celoxis make that much clearer. This visibility helps managers pinpoint which activities require the most effort and where processes could be optimized. I also appreciated that the time data is directly tied to project reports, which makes productivity analysis easier and more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

In terms of drawbacks, time tracking only works well when the whole team stays disciplined. If team members don’t consistently update their time entries, the resulting reports can be less accurate. Also, some users may find logging time every day a bit repetitive, particularly when their work is split across many smaller tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for keeping large projects under control"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I ended up appreciating most is how much visibility Celoxis gives once several projects start running together. Instead of checking updates from different places I can open one dashboard and immediately understand task status deadlines and resource allocation. It helps especially when priorities change quickly because adjustments are easier to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The learning curve is noticeable in the beginning because there are many features available.

A few interface areas still feel crowded when handling larger project portfolios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Helpful Project management system for handling multiple client projects efficiently"

What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I like most about Celoxis is how organized project management became after moving our workflows into the platform. We manage several projects across different departments and the centralized dashboard makes it much easier to track deadlines budgets workloads and progress updates without depending on spreadsheets or constant follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The platform offers many advanced features which is good long term but it can feel complex for new users during onboarding. Some configuration menus and reporting sections require time to fully understand especially for non technical teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized project tracking that improves visibility and coordination"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis has been very useful for bringing project planning, resource management, and reporting into a single platform. I particularly like the ability to track multiple projects while maintaining visibility into team workloads and deadlines. The dashboards provide a clear overview of progress, making it easier to identify risks and keep stakeholders informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Because the platform is feature-rich, new users may need some time to become comfortable with all of its capabilities. Certain advanced reporting and configuration options can also require a bit of setup before they deliver their full value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable with Powerful Reporting and Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

One thing I genuinely like about Celoxis is how customizable it is. You can tailor dashboards, workflows, and reports to fit your project needs, which is a big plus when you’re dealing with different types of projects Agile, hybrid, and so on.

The reporting and analytics are also genuinely powerful. They provide clear insights into resource allocation, deadlines, and bottlenecks, which helps a lot when you’re managing multiple tasks or teams.

The integration capabilities are decent as well. Connecting with tools like Jira or other tracking systems helps keep everything in sync without requiring too much manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The biggest drawback, honestly, is the UI/UX. It feels a bit outdated and not as smooth or intuitive as many modern tools, so new users may need some time to get comfortable with it.

Another challenge is the learning curve. Because it’s feature rich, it can feel overwhelming at first especially for someone who just wants a simple task tracker and doesn’t need all the extra options right away.

Performance wise, I’ve also noticed that it can be a bit slow at times, particularly when handling large datasets or generating more complex reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful project visibility and reporting, but a steep learning curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project data and lack of visibility across teams by bringing everything—tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and communication—into one centralized platform.

This benefits me by giving a clear, real-time view of project progress, so I can quickly identify delays, manage workloads efficiently, and make better decisions. It also reduces manual work through automation and detailed reporting, which saves time and improves overall productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

What I dislike about Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for new users, especially those who are not familiar with advanced project management tools. The learning curve is higher compared to simpler platforms. Also, some features require time to properly configure, and the mobile experience is not as smooth or fully featured as the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
