"Celoxis: Comprehensive, Customizable Project Management That Scales"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis has given our team a comprehensive platform for managing projects from initiation through completion. It brings project planning, task management, resource allocation, budgeting, timesheets, and reporting together in a single, well-organized workspace. A standout feature for us is the highly customizable dashboards, which offer real-time visibility into project progress, resource utilization, financial performance, and potential risks. Its workflow automation has helped reduce repetitive manual work, and the reporting engine produces detailed insights that support better decision-making. Overall, the platform is flexible enough to accommodate different project methodologies and it scales effectively as our business requirements grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Although Celoxis is packed with powerful functionality, its broad feature set creates a learning curve for first-time users. Configuring advanced workflows, dashboards, and reports takes planning and a solid understanding of the platform. Some parts of the interface could feel more modern and intuitive, particularly when you’re working through complex settings and configurations. Also, if an organization only has basic project management needs, it may not end up using many of the advanced capabilities included. That said, once the initial implementation is complete, the experience becomes much smoother overall, and the productivity gains are clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Boosts Productivity with Custom Dashboards and Powerful Analytics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis offers a great combination of project planning, resource management, and reporting in a single platform. I especially like the customizable dashboards, automated workflows, and detailed analytics, which make it easy to monitor project progress and keep the team aligned. The interface is well organized, and it has helped improve productivity and visibility across projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

While Celoxis is feature-rich, it can take some time to learn, especially for new users. Some advanced settings are not very intuitive, and customizing certain reports requires extra effort. The mobile experience could also be improved to make project updates more convenient on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Streamlines Complex Projects with Real-Time Visibility and Strong Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

As a software engineer, what stands out most about Celoxis is how it manages complex projects in a streamlined, transparent way. The platform brings task management, project timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies together in one place, which improves coordination across different teams. Its dashboards and reporting tools also make it straightforward to monitor progress in real time and spot potential bottlenecks early. In my experience, the workload management and collaboration features have been especially valuable for building stronger synergy between engineering, QA, and product teams, leading to more organized and efficient project execution overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Celoxis is a comprehensive, feature-rich platform, so fully taking advantage of its advanced capabilities may require some upfront time and training. In the early stages, features like custom reporting, workflow configuration, and resource planning can feel a bit complex for new users. Also, for startups and smaller organizations with tighter budgets, the premium plans can increase overall costs. That said, given the strong visibility, automation, and operational control the platform provides, the return on investment can justify the added expense. Once the team is comfortable with Celoxis, there’s a noticeable boost in long-term productivity and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralised Visibility and Custom Dashboards That Boost Teamwork and Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Centralised project visibility has been one of the biggest advantages for us. It helps teams across multiple departments collaborate more smoothly because everyone is working from the same set of data. I particularly value the customisable dashboards, which make it straightforward to monitor project status, outstanding tasks, and key milestones at a glance. The reporting tools are also excellent, giving managers the up-to-date information they need to make well-informed decisions. Now that workloads are easier to measure accurately, resource allocation has become more efficient too. Overall, the platform has strengthened our operational efficiency, accountability, and teamwork across the organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

In my experience, there aren’t many negative aspects. However, for users who are unfamiliar with enterprise project management software, it can take some time to fully understand the more advanced capabilities. During the initial setup, it also took some effort to configure different routines, but once everything was in place, the system worked well. Pricing isn’t extremely high, but I still don’t find the pricing fully satisfying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, Fast Technical Hiring with High-Quality Screening"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

As an IT Support Executive, what impresses me most about Celoxis is its streamlined, results-oriented recruitment process. The platform has greatly simplified technical hiring by enabling us to quickly identify and select qualified candidates. Their screening is especially effective, ensuring that only high-quality, technically competent professionals enter the pipeline. This saves our team valuable time and reduces unnecessary effort throughout the hiring process.

Another standout for me is Celoxis’s rapid delivery capability. Whenever we needed immediate resources for a specific technical role, they were able to provide suitable talent within a very short timeframe. This helped us bridge operational gaps and keep our support services running without interruption. Overall, the platform has made recruitment more reliable, faster, and clearly focused on business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

If there’s any area that could be improved, it’s the cost of their premium staffing plans. For smaller organizations or startups with tighter budgets, the overall expense of using advanced recruitment services can feel fairly high—especially when you’re hiring for multiple roles at the same time.

That said, in most situations the extra investment is justified. With high-quality candidates, lower hiring risk, quicker onboarding, and stronger long-term productivity, the return on investment (ROI) tends to be solid. In that sense, it’s less a true drawback and more a question of weighing cost against value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Resource Tracking and Custom Field Analytics for IT Admins"
4/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

The application can process heavy interdependency issues between projects flawlessly without being slow. I like to create the custom IF/THEN logical expressions via the database formula fields for our project metrics. The fine-grained permissions control allows me to limit access to particular financial data fields . to outside users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The user interface looks quite old-school and gives rise to a high learning curve for those team members who are not tech-savvy. To create the reports, one needs to have the admin knowledge of how the database joins and filter work to get some meaningful data dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Holistic Project Management Solution That Instills Order And Transparency In Complex Operations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

I work with numerous departments, stakeholders, and project teams, so having clear visibility into project progress is absolutely crucial. Celoxis has been a huge help for our business by centralizing project planning, resource allocation, and reporting, which makes it much more efficient to manage complicated initiatives. It has also greatly improved collaboration and brought more transparency across projects.

What I like about Celoxis, compared with other project management platforms I’ve used, is the depth of project insights it provides without making day-to-day management overly difficult. The software brings project planning, resource management, budgeting, workflow automation, and reporting together in one environment. This allows me to capture business needs, track project progress, and give stakeholders accurate updates without relying on a bunch of disconnected tools.

One of my favorite features is the reporting and dashboard functionality. As a Business Analyst, access to real-time project data helps me identify risks, monitor timelines, and support better decision-making. The customizable dashboards make it easy to present meaningful information to both project teams and senior management. I also appreciate the resource management capabilities, which help ensure effort is balanced across teams. Having everything in a single platform lets us monitor milestones, budgets, and dependencies, improving efficiency and accountability across the business. Overall, Celoxis provides the visibility and control needed to successfully manage complex business work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

There’s very little to dislike about the platform. When you’re first getting started, some of the more advanced features can take a bit of time to fully understand, especially if you’re new to enterprise project management software. A few configuration options also require some upfront setup, but once everything is tailored to your business needs, the platform becomes highly effective and straightforward to work with. "Celoxis Makes Project Planning Effortless and Transparent"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

I really appreciate how Celoxis automatically flags overloads on team calendars across multiple projects, and how it suggests smart workload adjustments with simple drag-and-drop changes. It also highlights milestone risks with probability scores early, before deadlines are put at risk by client changes. The Gantt views tie tasks to actual hours logged, track ongoing costs, show dependencies between teams, and even update external milestones dynamically. As a result, planning feels realistic and reliable not just optimistic every time I review it.

The client portals are another huge help. They let sponsors view live progress updates, download customized reports whenever they need them, leave targeted comments on specific items, and request clarifications, all without me constantly forwarding PDFs or sending manual status updates.

One aspect of Celoxis I’ve found especially valuable is its financial and budget tracking. While many project management platforms focus mainly on tasks and timelines, Celoxis gives deeper visibility into the financial side of execution. Being able to monitor project costs, compare actual spending against planned budgets, and review profitability metrics in the same platform has been extremely useful. It’s helped our team make better business decisions and maintain stronger control over project performance beyond just task completion.

I also like how the platform brings operational and financial data together, so project managers, department heads, and leadership teams can access relevant information without relying on multiple disconnected systems. This level of visibility has improved reporting accuracy and reduced the effort required to prepare project reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Although the platform offers extensive functionality, some financial and analytical features need to be set up correctly to deliver their full value. Organizations that are new to structured project management may need some time to configure workflows and reporting so they align with their business requirements. Once everything is established, though, the platform becomes much easier to use and manage on a day-to-day basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Delivers Complete Project and Resource Visibility in One Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is how it delivers a complete view of project execution, resource utilization, and business priorities in one platform. As organizations grow and begin managing multiple initiatives at the same time, it becomes harder to maintain clear visibility across projects. Celoxis helps solve this by bringing planning, scheduling, collaboration, budgeting, and reporting into a single, centralized environment. As a result, project managers get the insights they need to make informed decisions, while teams stay aligned on priorities, deadlines, and day-to-day execution.

Resource management has been especially valuable for me. When capacity and workload information is scattered across different systems, it’s difficult to understand team availability or forecast what’s coming next. Celoxis makes it easier to spot resource constraints, balance workloads, and allocate people more effectively. Its reporting capabilities also stand out, providing useful insights into project health, timelines, and performance metrics without requiring a lot of manual effort. Overall, this has improved visibility for both project teams and leadership stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The platform provides a comprehensive set of features, which is one of its biggest strengths, but it can also introduce a learning curve for first-time users. Teams may need some upfront onboarding and a bit of process refinement before they can fully take advantage of everything that’s available. Also, while the standard dashboards are informative, adding more industry-specific templates and additional visualization options could further improve the experience for organizations with specialized reporting needs. The initial setup of Celoxis was straightforward and relatively easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
