"Celoxis: Feature-Rich Portfolio Management with Strong Planning and Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I like most about the Celoxis is Is that it feels like a serious feature rich portfolio management platform, rather than a basic task tool with strong planning, resource management and reporting that helps teams keep complex initiatives under control It supports structured workloads team collaboration and real time tracking while offering good value for money for medium to large organisations that need a single source of truthful projects and resources. Its performance is good enough for a user like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

It can be intimidating at first. The interface is dense. Setup takes effort and nontechnical or casual users may find it a bit harder to navigate compared to the lighter tools Pricing and licencing also required some planning for smaller teams. And while the system is powerful, it sometimes feels like more complexity than you need for simple projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Detailed Project Tracking with Useful Gantt Charts and Solid Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

honestly the project tracking is super detailed, like u can see resource allocation, budgets and timelines all in one dashboard, the gantt charts are actually useful unlike some other tools ive tried, reporting is pretty solid too, and to talk about the UI its a bit dense, but we get used to it. It also integrates with google slack and jira, performance is generally smooth, no major crashes, pricing feels fair for what we are getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Onboarding is rough, to be honest. It took us a while to get the whole team up to speed, and I really wish there were more interactive tutorials to guide you through. Support response time is okay-ish overall, but there are no AI features, which feels outdated in 2024. Some competitors are already way ahead in that department. "All-in-One PM Powerhouse with Real Gantt Charts and Strong Value"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What stands out most is that it's genuinely all-in-one — proper Gantt charts, resource management, time tracking, expense tracking, and client portals in a single tool, instead of stitching together three subscriptions. The Gantt is the real deal: inter-project dependencies, critical path, baselines — things most "modern" PM tools quietly skip.

Resource workload view is a big win — you can actually see who's overloaded before committing to deadlines, not after. Custom reporting and dashboards are surprisingly deep for the price; you can slice project financials, margins, and utilization the way management actually asks for them.

Speaking of price — the value-for-money is hard to beat. You get near-enterprise functionality (think MS Project territory) at a mid-market price, with a one-time purchase option for on-premise if you want it.

And the client portal means clients see status without me building weekly update decks. That alone saves hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The interface is the main gripe — it's powerful but feels a generation behind. Dense screens, lots of clicks to get anywhere, and new team members need real onboarding time before they're comfortable. It's not a tool you just drop on people.

Mobile is weak. The app covers basics but anything serious sends you back to desktop.

No built-in chat or real collaboration layer — comments exist, but you'll still live in Slack or Teams alongside it, and the integrations there are thinner than I'd like. The integration ecosystem overall is limited compared to competitors; expect to lean on Zapier or the API for anything non-standard.

Setup takes effort. The flexibility means lots of configuration up front — custom fields, workflows, permissions — before it feels tailored. Small teams wanting something that works out of the box will find it heavy.

And a few odd gaps: no free plan at all, and things like recurring tasks and some agile features feel less polished than the classic waterfall/Gantt side. It's clearly built by and for traditional PM thinking — fine for me, but the agile experience is an afterthought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Streamlines Multi-Project Planning with Clear, At-a-Glance Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis offers a well-structured approach to project management from an IT perspective. It works well for planning tasks, managing resources, and tracking timelines all in one place. The dashboards provide a clear, at-a-glance view of project progress, which helps me make quick decisions. I also find it especially useful when I’m handling multiple projects at the same time.

As a software engineer, I appreciate how Celoxis brings everything related to project execution into one centralized platform. It helps our team manage sprint planning, task assignments, project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation without relying on multiple tools. The Gantt charts make task dependencies easy to understand, and the customizable dashboards give a real-time overview of progress. I also find the reporting features extremely valuable because they make it simple to share accurate updates with product managers and stakeholders. Having complete visibility into ongoing work has improved collaboration across developers, QA engineers, and project managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The interface can feel a bit complex at times, especially for new users, and it takes some time to fully understand all the features. I also think the customization options and integrations could be more flexible, so they better match specific workflow needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Effective Platform for Better Project Control"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

What I like most about Celoxis is how it brings project management, resource planning, time tracking, budgeting, and reporting together in one platform. And it has the strong customization options and the powerful dashboards, which give teams real-time visibility into project progress and support more informed decision-making. Overall, its emphasis on improving collaboration and operational efficiency makes it a valuable solution for organizations that manage complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

It has more features, which means a new person may need some time to understand it and start using it effectively. Also, the integration with third-party applications like Slack and others could include more detailed, step-by-step instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Centralizes Project Data with Informative Dashboards and Powerful Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

As a Data Analyst, I appreciate how Celoxis brings project data, resource planning, and performance tracking together in one centralized platform. It makes it much easier to monitor project progress, analyze workloads, and generate meaningful reports without having to switch between multiple tools. The dashboards are informative, and the reporting features offer clear visibility into project status, resource utilization, budgets, and timelines. I also like the customizable views, automation options, and real-time updates, which help keep the data accurate, current, and easy to access when needed. The interface is well organized, and once you get familiar with it, moving between different modules feels smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Overall, my experience has been very positive. Since I often work with reports and analytics, I feel the platform would benefit from more advanced data-visualization options and added flexibility when building custom dashboards. A slightly more streamlined onboarding process for new users would also make it easier for them to grasp the platform’s extensive capabilities sooner. Aside from these suggestions, I haven’t encountered any significant issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Delivers Powerful Project Management, Reporting, and Resource Planning"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

As a Business Analyst, I find Celoxis’s standout strengths to be its comprehensive project management, reporting, and resource planning capabilities. It brings together information across multiple projects tasks, timelines, and resources within a single platform, which makes it straightforward to evaluate a project’s real status with clarity. The custom dashboards, real-time reports, and Gantt charts provide quick access to the data needed for decision-making, helping improve coordination and alignment across teams.

In my experience, the platform performs quickly and remains stable and reliable, supporting smooth workflows even on large-scale projects. The onboarding process is well structured, enabling new teams to adopt the system without much friction. Support is consistently professional and responsive when assistance is needed. Overall, the ROI relative to the pricing is impressive: better planning, time savings, and more efficient resource utilization translate into a tangible boost in organizational productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Overall, my experience has been very positive. If there’s any room for improvement, it would be in making advanced reporting and custom dashboard configuration more intuitive. During the initial setup, tailoring certain reports to meet complex business requirements can take a bit of extra time.

That said, once the platform is configured to the organization’s needs, it works extremely well and continues to get better with regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Brings Structure, Visibility, and Smooth Cross-Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

We’ve been using Celoxis for several months, and it has brought much more structure to how we manage projects. I appreciate that project planning, task management, resource allocation, timesheets, and budgeting are all in one place, so we don’t have to switch between multiple tools.

The dashboards give a fast, clear view of project progress, upcoming deadlines, and overall team workload, which makes day-to-day planning much easier. Reporting has also been a major benefit, since it lets us put together project updates without spending hours manually gathering and consolidating data.

Overall, Celoxis has improved visibility across our projects and made collaboration between different teams noticeably smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The platform includes a wide range of features, which is great, but it also comes with a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Some of the more advanced reporting tools and workflow customization options take time to fully understand, especially if you’re new to project management software. I also feel that a few areas of the interface could be simplified so navigation is quicker and more intuitive. That said, once everything is set up and configured, the overall experience is reliable and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celoxis Unifies Support Tickets and Deployment Projects with Powerful Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

As a Support Engineer, what I like most about Celoxis is that it lets us manage both day-to-day ticket queues and larger application deployment projects in one place. We can create custom workflows that automate how bugs are escalated from support to development, which helps ensure high-priority production incidents don’t slip through the cracks. The real-time dashboards also provide immediate visibility into open hotfixes and SLA status, without needing third-party monitoring plugins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

What I dislike most is the steep learning curve for team members who aren’t traditional project managers. The UI can also feel dense and a bit cluttered, especially when you just want to make a quick update to an incident ticket. On top of that, for an engineering team, the lack of deeper native integrations with developer tools like Jira or GitHub means we end up relying heavily on webhooks or manual updates to keep our support queues aligned with development sprints. "Fast, Stable Project Management with Excellent ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis’s standout features are its comprehensive project management and resource planning capabilities. AI/ML projects involve many parallel activities—such as data preparation, model development, testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring—and Celoxis helps keep all of these organized in one centralized platform. Its Gantt charts, task dependencies, resource allocation tools, and real-time dashboards give clear visibility into team progress and make it easier to spot potential risks early.

The platform has remained consistently fast and stable, which makes it straightforward to manage even large, complex projects. Onboarding is streamlined, so new teams don’t take long to understand the workflow, and the support team provides timely technical assistance when needed. Overall, the ROI relative to the pricing has been excellent: better planning, more efficient resource utilization, and timely delivery have contributed to a noticeable boost in organizational productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

If there’s room for improvement, it would be in providing more advanced analytics and deeper machine learning workflow integrations tailored specifically for AI/ML teams. During the initial setup, configuring some of the more complex reports and custom dashboards can take a bit of extra time.

That said, once the platform is set up to match the organization’s needs, it performs very effectively and keeps getting better through regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
