"All-in-One Project Tracking with Powerful Dashboards in Celoxis"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

The best part about Celoxis for me has been how everything is centralized. Managing projects, tracking time, and monitoring progress all in one place makes things much easier compared to juggling multiple tools. I especially like the reporting and dashboard features, they give a clear view of project status and help in making quicker decisions. It also helps with resource planning, so it’s easier to see who’s overloaded and who has bandwidth. Overall, it has made project tracking more structured and less chaotic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

One downside I’ve noticed with Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you’re new to project management tools. There are a lot of features, which is great, but it takes some time to get fully comfortable with where everything is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Project Management with Data-Driven Dashboards"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

One feature that is quite unique about Celoxis is its ability to centralize all aspects of a project into one platform. Rather than toggling from one app to another to manage various aspects of a project, everything can be managed using one tool.

Another feature of Celoxis that is particularly useful in practical situations is its data-driven nature. With its customizable dashboards and reporting capabilities, it becomes easy for teams to gain insights on project status and resource management without having to sift through large Excel files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

One weakness that I have observed while working with Celoxis is that in terms of configuration and getting used to it, it may take some time. This is due to the reason that it is a feature-rich application designed to be used by organizations. The configuration process may require some effort from the organization's members who are new to portfolio management software applications.

Another issue is the complexity of the user interface. Despite being a strong application, sometimes the user interface may seem a little complex to some extent, especially when it comes to more advanced functions such as resource management and finance tracking. "Easy to keep projects structured even with multiple teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis has been useful for keeping project activities organized without needing several separate tools. I can manage schedules follow task progress and monitor team workloads from one place. The dependency tracking is one of the features I use most because it helps identify how delays in one area affect the overall timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The amount of available settings can feel heavy for new users.

Some interface sections could be more modern and easier to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stands out to me about Celoxis is how it gives a clearer overview of ongoing work across teams. "Enterprise-Grade Scheduling, Resources, and Reporting in One Affordable Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

It provides an all-in-one platform that strikes a strong balance between advanced scheduling, resource management, and financial tracking. Users especially appreciate the deep customization options and the robust reporting, which deliver enterprise-grade capabilities at a more affordable price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

I find the steep learning curve and the cluttered interface a bit overwhelming, especially when I just want to complete simple tasks quickly. I also feel somewhat limited by the mobile app, since it doesn’t quite match the desktop version’s power when it comes to managing more complex projects while I’m on the go. "All-in-One Tool for Managing Complex Projects"
5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

Celoxis brings all of my requirements onto a single platform, which greatly simplifies the management of various projects. The dashboard views are very clear and easy to use, they provide a clear picture of workload, progress, and deadlines. Another main benefit is resource allocation, which enables us to better plan and prevent team members from being worked more. I also value how adaptable the system is, fields, workflows, reports, and other features can all be customised to fit the needs of our team. All things considered, it seems like a tool designed for practical project requirements and its very useful for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

The platform is so vast, it initially took me some time to become familiar with every feature. It can take some trial and error to set up custom workflows, and some UI elements feel a little out of date in comparison to more recent tools. It’s definitely powerful, but it would be great if a few things were more beginner-friendly right out of the box. So it will be handy to use for new candidates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"First tool my team actually adopted properly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celoxis?

The thing that surprised me most was how quickly my team adopted it without any pressure from me. Previous tools required constant reminders to update and the data was always stale by the time anyone looked at it. Celoxis became something people actually wanted to use because the information they got back from it was immediately useful to them personally not just to management. When a tool starts serving the people using it rather than just the people watching them everything about adoption changes and that is what happened here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celoxis?

Exporting data into formats our finance team can use without additional reformatting still requires more manual steps than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
