One feature that is quite unique about Celoxis is its ability to centralize all aspects of a project into one platform. Rather than toggling from one app to another to manage various aspects of a project, everything can be managed using one tool.
Another feature of Celoxis that is particularly useful in practical situations is its data-driven nature. With its customizable dashboards and reporting capabilities, it becomes easy for teams to gain insights on project status and resource management without having to sift through large Excel files. One weakness that I have observed while working with Celoxis is that in terms of configuration and getting used to it, it may take some time. This is due to the reason that it is a feature-rich application designed to be used by organizations. The configuration process may require some effort from the organization's members who are new to portfolio management software applications.
Another issue is the complexity of the user interface. Despite being a strong application, sometimes the user interface may seem a little complex to some extent, especially when it comes to more advanced functions such as resource management and finance tracking.
