## Celoxis Reviews
 ### 1. Celoxis Unifies Resource Workloads and Real-Time Project Financials

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna K. | Assistant System Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I find most helpful about Celoxis is how it perfectly blends resource management with real-time project financials all in one place. The resource workload view is a lifesaver for seeing exactly who is overbooked across multiple projects, making it easy to rebalance tasks before team members burn out. I also love the dynamic Gantt charts because if a client changes a deadline, the downstream task dependencies adjust automatically. This automation, combined with a powerful reporting dashboard that replaces tedious manual Excel updates, gives us excellent visibility into our project profit margins and timelines.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The primary downside of Celoxis is that the user interface feels a bit dated and traditional compared to the sleeker, more modern project management tools available today. Navigating between deep sub-tasks, reports, and team allocations requires a lot of repetitive clicking, which can slow down daily workflows when you just want to make a fast update. Additionally, onboarding team members takes longer than expected because the platform is so massive, and the lack of a dedicated, highly polished mobile app makes it frustrating to check task statuses or log hours when away from a desktop terminal.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis addresses a major pain point for us: fragmented communication and scattered tracking across large, multi-layered project portfolios. Before we started using it, staying on top of interconnected task dependencies, shifting deadlines, and actual resource utilization often meant constantly hosting status meetings or chasing down manual updates from different people.

Now, the platform brings everything into a single source of truth. Task allocations, automatic schedule shifting, and built-in timesheet logging work together smoothly, so we can keep plans and execution aligned without extra overhead. As a result, we’ve removed administrative bottlenecks, given the management team real-time visibility into overall project health without interrupting day-to-day work, and ultimately made delivery of complex deliverables far more predictable.

 ### 2. Intuitive UI and Custom Dashboards That Streamline Tracking and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreyas N. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is its intuitive UI/UX. The learning curve is surprisingly flat, which made onboarding incredibly smooth. The customizable dashboards and drag-and-drop Gantt charts have noticeably improved our workflow, saving me hours of manual tracking each week. An unexpected benefit has been how easily I can generate dynamic reports to keep everyone on the same page

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

For smaller teams or lighter projects, the pricing can feel a bit steep, making the ROI harder to justify unless you are utilizing every single advanced enterprise feature it offers. Another pain point is that the mobile experience doesn't quite match the robust functionality of the desktop version, which can slow down quick, on-the-go status updates. Offering a more modular pricing structure and bringing the mobile app up to par would greatly enhance the overall value

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Celoxis, we struggled with a fragmented toolstack that caused major performance bottlenecks during our weekly reporting. But now, we can rely on Celoxis's seamless integrations to pull all our cross-departmental data into one place without any platform lag. This high-performance centralization has resulted in saving roughly 10 to 15 hours a week that we previously spent manually tracking down project statuses, leading to much faster delivery times

 ### 3. Celoxis Keeps Projects Organized with All-in-One Planning, Resources, and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I’ve been using Celoxis to manage projects and track tasks, and it has made it much easier for me to stay organized. What I appreciate most is how it brings project planning, task management, resource allocation, and reporting into one place, so I’m not constantly switching between multiple tools to get everything done. Also Ai features are cool to use

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It wasn’t very easy to use on my first try; it needs to be more intuitive.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped me keep projects, tasks, timelines, and team workloads organized in one place, rather than juggling everything across multiple tools or spreadsheets. Having that centralized view makes it much easier to monitor progress, spot potential delays early, and prioritize work more effectively. Also easily integrable with google workspace

 ### 4. Perfect for Complex Project Hierarchies, On-Prem Compliance, and Custom Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

It handles complex multi stage project hierarchy perfectly. Like when we coordinate engineering schedule across mutilple os like ubuntu, kali linux and windows the workload tracking ensures resources are not over allocated. Since it supports on-premise solution managing workflow that touches highly sensitive infrastructure like custom root ca integration or any public ca data entirely stored on our own database thats a compliance advantage. Also using it's dashboard and reporting engine we can able to create custom risk matrices and data pivot to track specific technical milestone and project health.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It is a heavy enterprise grade PPM tool because of that the interface is incredibly dense. Navigation the features, menu and specific data will be difficult for new user who wants to update their simple task status. Initial deployment of this product requires significant administrative lifting. Also we observes that the mobile version of this application is quite basic compared to the desktop web interface version.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a highly capable project portfolio management tool that excels as resource tracking and customizable reporting. It is well suited for our IT resources and infrastructure projects and it's on-premise hosting solution is suitable for our secure environments. We can able to track the resource management of our vm environment and also we cam able to track the on going project and status with the priorities.

 ### 5. Celoxis Makes Capacity Planning and Resource Allocation Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramesh M. | Senior Cloud Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

As a cloud infrastructure manager, my biggest challenge is deploying the right technical resources to the right projects at the right time. Celoxis’s capacity planning and resource allocation framework is genuinely impressive. It lets us map our team’s job roles ahead of time, which helps ensure we’re making the best use of our internal talent pool.

When an operational gap comes up during infrastructure deployments or migration projects, Celoxis’s quick turnaround and real-time demand-to-capacity visualization help us respond fast and build solid backup plans. The platform’s performance is also very consistent—there’s no lag, even when loading large data volumes or working with complex Gantt charts. On top of that, the modern UI/UX makes it easy for our architects and engineers to follow and manage complicated project timelines without hassle.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Its extensive customization capabilities can sometimes feel complex for new teams, and the initial learning curve is a bit steep. It may take some time for new users to fully grasp the advanced reporting engine and workflow automation features. In addition, the platform’s initial setup and onboarding process could be simplified or streamlined with ready-to-use templates, which would help reduce administrative overhead from day one of deployment. That said, since this is largely a one-time setup effort, it isn’t a major issue overall.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has completely eliminated the problem of scattered data and siloed work within our organization. Before we introduced it, cloud budgeting, infrastructure cost tracking, and resource scheduling were spread across multiple tools, which made accurate forecasting nearly impossible. With Celoxis’ centralized dashboard, we can now see live portfolio health, budget margins, and resource utilization all in one place on a single screen.

This capability directly strengthens our pricing and ROI because we can prevent unnecessary cloud infrastructure overspending in real time. In addition, their Customer Support team is extremely proactive and consistently available to help resolve technical issues when they come up. Overall, the tool has significantly improved our operational efficiency and helps ensure our critical cloud projects are completed on time and within budget.

 ### 6. Comprehensive Project Visibility and Resource Management That Keeps Teams on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mahender R. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I find that Celoxis’s biggest strengths are its comprehensive project visibility and strong resource management capabilities. In data science projects, you’re often juggling multiple models, experiments, data pipelines, and cross-functional teams, so having clear task prioritization and well-managed timelines is essential. Celoxis’s interactive dashboards, Gantt charts, resource planning tools, and real-time reporting make it straightforward to track progress across each project. As a result, it’s much easier to balance the team’s workload, spot potential risks early, and provide management with accurate, up-to-date progress reports. Its centralized approach also helps improve collaboration between data science, engineering, and business teams.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is an extremely powerful, feature-rich platform, but it does take some upfront time to use all of its advanced capabilities effectively. Tools such as custom dashboards, advanced reporting, and workflow configuration can take a while to fully grasp, especially for new users. In addition, some of the higher-tier plans may feel relatively expensive for smaller organizations or teams with tighter budgets. That said, once teams start working with the platform, the gains in project control, transparency, and time savings can justify both the initial learning curve and the investment.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has significantly simplified one of our data science team’s biggest challenges: managing multiple projects, experiments, and resources at the same time. Before using Celoxis, information about project progress, model development, team capacity, and timelines was scattered across different tools, which made coordination and decision-making difficult.

Celoxis has brought much-needed structure by combining project planning, task tracking, resource allocation, timesheet management, and performance reporting in one platform. As a Data Science Manager, I can now monitor team productivity, project status, and potential risks in real time, which supports better resource utilization, faster and more informed decisions, and more accurate execution.

As a result, collaboration across teams has strengthened, on-time delivery has improved, and overall operational efficiency has increased significantly.

 ### 7. Celoxis Delivers Reliable, Up-to-Date Project Insights with Custom Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jatin C. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

For me, the most important aspect of any project management platform is the reliability and availability of data, and Celoxis exceeded my expectations in this area. The platform presents data from different projects in a systematic way, which makes it easy to review and analyze key statistics such as performance indicators (KPIs), resource availability, budget utilization, and timelines. Its custom reporting and interactive dashboard features deliver the insights I need without requiring extra data processing. Best of all, the information is consistently up to date, so I can trust the accuracy of the data when preparing reports and help management make decisions more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

In my experience, Celoxis offers very extensive functionality, so it can take new users some time to fully understand all of its analytics and configuration options. If an organization only needs basic project tracking, the platform’s depth may feel overwhelming at first. However, once users start taking advantage of its reporting, filtering, and data analysis capabilities, it becomes clear that these additional features provide real business value and help make day-to-day operations more effective.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis eliminated our biggest challenge: scattered project data across multiple sources and limited reporting capabilities. Before, doing a comprehensive analysis of a project’s progress, team productivity, budget utilization, or resource availability meant juggling multiple spreadsheets and other disconnected tools. Now that all critical data is available in a single platform, the analysis process is much simpler and faster.

As a Data Analyst, I can provide management with more accurate, actionable insights by using its advanced dashboards, filters, reporting, and trend analysis features. This has sped up decision-making, helped us identify potential risks earlier, and enabled project performance to be monitored more effectively than before. Overall, Celoxis has strengthened our ability to make data-driven decisions and has clearly improved operational efficiency.

Celoxis brings Project Planning, Task Management, and resource tracking together in one platform, making it easier to manage multiple projects without switching between different tools. The dashboard and reports provide clear visible project progress and team utilization, helping in planning and decision making. I also like the rule-based security controls and the ability to customise workflows. The interface is well organised once you get familiar with it, and the platform integrates well with our workflow. From a pricing perspective, by reducing manual tracking and improving project visibility. Whenever we needed assistance, the customer support team responded from clay and help result issues efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

While Celoxis is feature rich, the interface can feel overwhelming for new user, and there is a noticeable learning curve before teams can use it efficiently. Some advanced reports and dashboard required additional customisation, and a few integrations could be easier to configure. The onboarding experience could include more guided tutorial to help me users get started faster. Once configured, the platform works well, but the initial set of take some time.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps centralise project planning, task tracking, collaboration, and reporting in one place, which reduces the need to manage work across multiple tools. It has improved visibility into project status, team workload, and key deadlines, making it easier to prioritise tasks and keep projects on track. Overall, it has improved coordination, performance, reduced confusion, and made project execution more efficient.

 ### 9. Enterprise-Level Power with Room for Usability Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varshini M. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I appreciate Celoxis for its predictive analytics combined with resource management, which shifts project management from firefighting to foresight. I also like how Celoxis reveals unseen bottlenecks and misaligned resources, turning project management into a strategic advantage. Additionally, I enjoy that Celoxis is designed to integrate with a wide range of tools, making it well-suited for enterprise environments. The tool offers portfolio-level visibility, predictive analytics, and integrated financials, allowing me to manage the entire business of projects rather than just tasks. Even though the setup isn't easy, it's worth the upfront effort for the powerful hub it becomes.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis excels in enterprise-level management, but its complexity and lack of entry-level options make it less appealing for smaller or less mature teams. It's a tool that rewards investment in training and setup, but without that, it can feel heavy-handed. Celoxis is built for scale, but with a few usability tweaks—like simplified onboarding and modular access—it could become friendlier to smaller teams while still retaining its enterprise-grade power. The setup isn't easy in the casual sense, but it's worth the upfront effort if your organization needs portfolio-level control.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis prevents chaos in multi-project environments, providing a single source of truth for strategy and operations. It enables predictive analytics and visibility into bottlenecks, shifting management from constant firefighting to strategic advantage.

 ### 10. All-in-One Project Management: Intuitive UI, Robust Planning & Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi V. | Senior Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I liked most about Celoxis is its all-in-one project management platform. It provides excellent project planning, task management, resource allocation, time tracking, and reporting in a single place. The customizable dashboards, Gantt charts, and workflow automation make it easy to track project progress and improve team collaboration. The interface is intuitive, and the reporting features provide valuable insights for project monitoring and decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has a slight learning curve for new users, especially when using advanced features. The initial setup and customization can take time, and the mobile app offers fewer features than the web version. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered when managing large or complex projects.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My overall experience with Celoxis has been positive. It is a reliable project management tool with strong planning, tracking, and reporting features. It helps improve team collaboration and keeps projects organized, making it a good choice for managing projects efficiently.

 ### 11. Easy Custom Reports & Real-Time Dashboards That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan S. | junior software developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how easy it is to create custom reports and dashboards without needing help from IT or a dedicated admin. We mainly use it for project and task tracking, and the ability to slice the data exactly the way I want—by project, by team member, or by status—makes it much easier to share quick updates without digging through spreadsheets. The dashboards provide a clear, real-time view of where things stand, which has genuinely reduced the back-and-forth of chasing people for status updates. Overall, it’s saved me a good amount of time, especially during busy weeks.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The main thing I’d flag is the learning curve. Celoxis packs in a lot of functionality, and it can take new team members a little while to feel comfortable navigating everything. The interface can also feel a bit busy at first, with lots of options packed into each screen, so it isn’t always obvious where to find a specific setting until you’ve spent some time using it. Once you’re past that initial ramp-up, it’s fine, but a more guided onboarding flow—or a simpler “quick start” view for new users—would help shorten the adjustment period. It doesn’t really affect day-to-day use once you’re familiar with it; it’s mainly those first few weeks.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Celoxis, our project and task tracking was scattered across spreadsheets and status-update emails. That made it difficult to get a real-time picture of where things stood without having to chase people down one by one. Now everything lives in one place—tasks, progress, and status are all visible in the dashboards—so I can pull up a report and see exactly where a project stands without waiting for someone else to update me.

As a result, we’ve cut down significantly on the time we used to spend on manual status check-ins and on consolidating updates from different team members. The custom reporting also makes it much easier to share clear, consistent updates with stakeholders, instead of putting together ad hoc summaries every time someone asks.

 ### 12. Celoxis: All-in-One Project Management with Clear Dashboards and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed Zeeshan A. | Co-Founder & CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is that it brings project management, resource planning, time tracking, and reporting into a single platform. I use it daily to monitor project progress, assign work, and track resource utilization. The dashboards and reports provide a clear overview of project status, making it easier to identify bottlenecks and keep projects on schedule.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform offers a wide range of features, which can make the initial learning curve a bit steep for new users. Some reports and dashboards require customization to match specific business needs, and a few advanced settings take time to become familiar with. Once configured, however, the platform works efficiently for day-to-day project management.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps centralize project planning, resource allocation, time tracking, and reporting in one place. Before using it, tracking project progress across multiple spreadsheets and tools was time consuming. With Celoxis, project information is easier to manage, reporting is more accurate, and resource planning is more transparent. This has improved team coordination, reduced manual effort, and made project delivery more predictable.

 ### 13. Celoxis: Comprehensive, Customizable Project Management That Scales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riyansh S. | Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has given our team a comprehensive platform for managing projects from initiation through completion. It brings project planning, task management, resource allocation, budgeting, timesheets, and reporting together in a single, well-organized workspace. A standout feature for us is the highly customizable dashboards, which offer real-time visibility into project progress, resource utilization, financial performance, and potential risks. Its workflow automation has helped reduce repetitive manual work, and the reporting engine produces detailed insights that support better decision-making. Overall, the platform is flexible enough to accommodate different project methodologies and it scales effectively as our business requirements grow.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Although Celoxis is packed with powerful functionality, its broad feature set creates a learning curve for first-time users. Configuring advanced workflows, dashboards, and reports takes planning and a solid understanding of the platform. Some parts of the interface could feel more modern and intuitive, particularly when you’re working through complex settings and configurations. Also, if an organization only has basic project management needs, it may not end up using many of the advanced capabilities included. That said, once the initial implementation is complete, the experience becomes much smoother overall, and the productivity gains are clear.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Celoxis, our project data was scattered across multiple spreadsheets and disconnected tools. That made it hard to monitor progress, balance workloads, and produce accurate reports. Celoxis addressed these issues by centralizing everything in one platform, where planning, execution, resource management, budgeting, and reporting work together smoothly.

We now have real-time visibility into project status, stronger forecasting, and better control over deadlines and resource allocation. Automated reporting has reduced manual effort, and improved collaboration has sped up decision-making across teams. Overall, Celoxis has boosted operational efficiency, increased project transparency, strengthened accountability, and helped us consistently deliver projects on time and within budget.

 ### 14. Celoxis Boosts Productivity with Custom Dashboards and Powerful Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parul J. | Summer Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis offers a great combination of project planning, resource management, and reporting in a single platform. I especially like the customizable dashboards, automated workflows, and detailed analytics, which make it easy to monitor project progress and keep the team aligned. The interface is well organized, and it has helped improve productivity and visibility across projects.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

While Celoxis is feature-rich, it can take some time to learn, especially for new users. Some advanced settings are not very intuitive, and customizing certain reports requires extra effort. The mobile experience could also be improved to make project updates more convenient on the go.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps us keep projects organized by bringing tasks, timelines, resources, and reporting into one platform. It improves visibility across projects, reduces manual tracking, and makes it easier to monitor deadlines and team workloads. As a result, project planning is more efficient and collaboration is much smoother.

 ### 15. Celoxis Streamlines Complex Projects with Real-Time Visibility and Strong Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tannu S. | Junior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

As a software engineer, what stands out most about Celoxis is how it manages complex projects in a streamlined, transparent way. The platform brings task management, project timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies together in one place, which improves coordination across different teams. Its dashboards and reporting tools also make it straightforward to monitor progress in real time and spot potential bottlenecks early. In my experience, the workload management and collaboration features have been especially valuable for building stronger synergy between engineering, QA, and product teams, leading to more organized and efficient project execution overall.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is a comprehensive, feature-rich platform, so fully taking advantage of its advanced capabilities may require some upfront time and training. In the early stages, features like custom reporting, workflow configuration, and resource planning can feel a bit complex for new users. Also, for startups and smaller organizations with tighter budgets, the premium plans can increase overall costs. That said, given the strong visibility, automation, and operational control the platform provides, the return on investment can justify the added expense. Once the team is comfortable with Celoxis, there’s a noticeable boost in long-term productivity and efficiency.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our engineering team used multiple disparate tools to manage tasks, timelines, and resources. This created fragmented information and made it difficult to maintain a clear, up-to-date overview of project status. Celoxis has addressed that problem by bringing project planning, milestone tracking, timesheet management, and reporting together in one unified system.

As a software engineer, I’ve found it easier to prioritize my work, keep a closer eye on dependencies, and collaborate more effectively with different teams. The real-time dashboards give a clear view of project progress, and the resource management features help balance workloads and reduce the risk of delays. Overall, our team’s productivity has improved, delivery has become more predictable, and cross-department collaboration is much stronger than it was before.

 ### 16. Centralised Visibility and Custom Dashboards That Boost Teamwork and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yesh P. | Sales Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Centralised project visibility has been one of the biggest advantages for us. It helps teams across multiple departments collaborate more smoothly because everyone is working from the same set of data. I particularly value the customisable dashboards, which make it straightforward to monitor project status, outstanding tasks, and key milestones at a glance. The reporting tools are also excellent, giving managers the up-to-date information they need to make well-informed decisions. Now that workloads are easier to measure accurately, resource allocation has become more efficient too. Overall, the platform has strengthened our operational efficiency, accountability, and teamwork across the organisation.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

In my experience, there aren’t many negative aspects. However, for users who are unfamiliar with enterprise project management software, it can take some time to fully understand the more advanced capabilities. During the initial setup, it also took some effort to configure different routines, but once everything was in place, the system worked well. Pricing isn’t extremely high, but I still don’t find the pricing fully satisfying.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without the proper tools, coordinating multiple projects, client demands, production schedules, and internal teams can quickly become challenging in a chemical manufacturing company. Since implementing Celoxis, our project workflows have gained much-needed structure and visibility, making it easier to manage resources, keep stakeholders informed, and stay on top of shifting priorities. As a result, project execution has become far more organised and predictable.

One of the biggest benefits for us has been centralised project visibility. It helps teams across different departments collaborate more effectively because everyone is working from the same set of data. I also really value the customisable dashboards, which make it straightforward to monitor project status, outstanding tasks, and key milestones at a glance. The reporting features are strong as well, allowing managers to make well-informed decisions using current project information. With workloads now easier to measure accurately, resource allocation has become more efficient. Overall, the platform has improved our organisation’s operational efficiency, accountability, and teamwork.

 ### 17. Streamlined, Fast Technical Hiring with High-Quality Screening

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mishti S. | IT Support Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

As an IT Support Executive, what impresses me most about Celoxis is its streamlined, results-oriented recruitment process. The platform has greatly simplified technical hiring by enabling us to quickly identify and select qualified candidates. Their screening is especially effective, ensuring that only high-quality, technically competent professionals enter the pipeline. This saves our team valuable time and reduces unnecessary effort throughout the hiring process.

Another standout for me is Celoxis’s rapid delivery capability. Whenever we needed immediate resources for a specific technical role, they were able to provide suitable talent within a very short timeframe. This helped us bridge operational gaps and keep our support services running without interruption. Overall, the platform has made recruitment more reliable, faster, and clearly focused on business needs.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

If there’s any area that could be improved, it’s the cost of their premium staffing plans. For smaller organizations or startups with tighter budgets, the overall expense of using advanced recruitment services can feel fairly high—especially when you’re hiring for multiple roles at the same time.

That said, in most situations the extra investment is justified. With high-quality candidates, lower hiring risk, quicker onboarding, and stronger long-term productivity, the return on investment (ROI) tends to be solid. In that sense, it’s less a true drawback and more a question of weighing cost against value.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped us resolve several operational challenges in our recruitment process. In the past, tasks like candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and final selection were extremely time-consuming, and critical technical roles often stayed vacant for long periods. That, in turn, affected team efficiency and service delivery.

Since adopting Celoxis, our hiring pipeline has become largely automated. This has streamlined candidate evaluation and selection and reduced our overall time-to-hire by about 40%. Most importantly, the platform has made it possible for us to scale the team quickly when needed, supporting full operational scalability. As a result, our IT Support team now runs more efficiently, disruptions from resource shortages have decreased, and it’s much easier to manage the business’s growing needs than it was before.

 ### 18. A Holistic Project Management Solution That Instills Order And Transparency In Complex Operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preet P. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I work with numerous departments, stakeholders, and project teams, so having clear visibility into project progress is absolutely crucial. Celoxis has been a huge help for our business by centralizing project planning, resource allocation, and reporting, which makes it much more efficient to manage complicated initiatives. It has also greatly improved collaboration and brought more transparency across projects.

What I like about Celoxis, compared with other project management platforms I’ve used, is the depth of project insights it provides without making day-to-day management overly difficult. The software brings project planning, resource management, budgeting, workflow automation, and reporting together in one environment. This allows me to capture business needs, track project progress, and give stakeholders accurate updates without relying on a bunch of disconnected tools.

One of my favorite features is the reporting and dashboard functionality. As a Business Analyst, access to real-time project data helps me identify risks, monitor timelines, and support better decision-making. The customizable dashboards make it easy to present meaningful information to both project teams and senior management. I also appreciate the resource management capabilities, which help ensure effort is balanced across teams. Having everything in a single platform lets us monitor milestones, budgets, and dependencies, improving efficiency and accountability across the business. Overall, Celoxis provides the visibility and control needed to successfully manage complex business work.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

There’s very little to dislike about the platform. When you’re first getting started, some of the more advanced features can take a bit of time to fully understand, especially if you’re new to enterprise project management software. A few configuration options also require some upfront setup, but once everything is tailored to your business needs, the platform becomes highly effective and straightforward to work with.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

“I would definitely recommend Celoxis to organizations that need strong project governance, resource planning, and business reporting. It has enabled our teams to improve project execution, gain better visibility, and make more informed decisions across the project life cycle.” Celoxis also provides great value for the Business Analyst who relies on accurate data and thorough reporting. For us, it has become an indispensable tool for managing projects and supporting our strategic corporate goals.

 ### 19. Celoxis Makes Project Planning Effortless and Transparent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saloni P. | CRM Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I really appreciate how Celoxis automatically flags overloads on team calendars across multiple projects, and how it suggests smart workload adjustments with simple drag-and-drop changes. It also highlights milestone risks with probability scores early, before deadlines are put at risk by client changes. The Gantt views tie tasks to actual hours logged, track ongoing costs, show dependencies between teams, and even update external milestones dynamically. As a result, planning feels realistic and reliable not just optimistic every time I review it.

The client portals are another huge help. They let sponsors view live progress updates, download customized reports whenever they need them, leave targeted comments on specific items, and request clarifications, all without me constantly forwarding PDFs or sending manual status updates.

One aspect of Celoxis I’ve found especially valuable is its financial and budget tracking. While many project management platforms focus mainly on tasks and timelines, Celoxis gives deeper visibility into the financial side of execution. Being able to monitor project costs, compare actual spending against planned budgets, and review profitability metrics in the same platform has been extremely useful. It’s helped our team make better business decisions and maintain stronger control over project performance beyond just task completion.

I also like how the platform brings operational and financial data together, so project managers, department heads, and leadership teams can access relevant information without relying on multiple disconnected systems. This level of visibility has improved reporting accuracy and reduced the effort required to prepare project reviews.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Although the platform offers extensive functionality, some financial and analytical features need to be set up correctly to deliver their full value. Organizations that are new to structured project management may need some time to configure workflows and reporting so they align with their business requirements. Once everything is established, though, the platform becomes much easier to use and manage on a day-to-day basis.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Celoxis, one of our biggest challenges was understanding the financial health of projects while they were still in progress. We could track completed tasks and milestones, but getting accurate visibility into budgets, costs, and resource expenses often meant relying on manual calculations and separate reporting tools. Because of that, it was hard to spot potential budget overruns early enough to take corrective action.

Celoxis helped address this by centralizing project financial information alongside day-to-day execution data. It allowed us to monitor spending trends, assess project profitability, and surface cost-related risks much earlier in the project lifecycle. This strengthened financial accountability across teams and supported more proactive budget management. As a result, our reporting became more accurate, financial planning improved, and decision-makers gained clearer visibility into project performance from both an operational and business perspective.

 ### 20. Planning projects is easier when everything stays connected

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin M. | Resource Optimization Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The feature that surprised me the most was the way Celoxis connects planning, execution, and reporting without making me jump between different screens all the time. I usually begin my day by checking the project dashboard, and within a few minutes I know which milestones are on schedule, which tasks need attention, and whether any resource conflicts have appeared.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some advanced portfolio management features require a bit of practice before they become comfortable to use.
I also think navigation between certain reporting sections could be simplified.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often struggled with project reviews because every department tracked progress differently. By the time reports were prepared, some information was already outdated. Celoxis solved that by giving everyone a common workspace where updates happen continuously. Meetings are now focused on decisions rather than collecting status updates, and project planning feels much more predictable.

 ### 21. Celoxis Delivers Complete Project and Resource Visibility in One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** YASH S. | Sales Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is how it delivers a complete view of project execution, resource utilization, and business priorities in one platform. As organizations grow and begin managing multiple initiatives at the same time, it becomes harder to maintain clear visibility across projects. Celoxis helps solve this by bringing planning, scheduling, collaboration, budgeting, and reporting into a single, centralized environment. As a result, project managers get the insights they need to make informed decisions, while teams stay aligned on priorities, deadlines, and day-to-day execution.

Resource management has been especially valuable for me. When capacity and workload information is scattered across different systems, it’s difficult to understand team availability or forecast what’s coming next. Celoxis makes it easier to spot resource constraints, balance workloads, and allocate people more effectively. Its reporting capabilities also stand out, providing useful insights into project health, timelines, and performance metrics without requiring a lot of manual effort. Overall, this has improved visibility for both project teams and leadership stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform provides a comprehensive set of features, which is one of its biggest strengths, but it can also introduce a learning curve for first-time users. Teams may need some upfront onboarding and a bit of process refinement before they can fully take advantage of everything that’s available. Also, while the standard dashboards are informative, adding more industry-specific templates and additional visualization options could further improve the experience for organizations with specialized reporting needs.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Celoxis, our project management approach depended on a mix of spreadsheets, recurring status meetings, and various disconnected tools. As a result, it was hard to maintain accurate visibility into project progress, resource allocation, and delivery risks. Preparing for project reviews often took substantial manual effort to gather and reconcile information, and spotting potential issues early was difficult without centralized, consistent data.

Celoxis addressed these challenges by providing a unified environment for project planning, execution, and performance monitoring. Access to real-time project information improved planning accuracy and supported a more proactive approach to managing risks and dependencies. The platform also enabled us to track milestones, monitor resource utilization, manage budgets, and assess project performance from a single source of truth. With these capabilities in place, cross-team communication became more effective, reporting became more dependable, and project managers could spend more time on execution and strategic decision-making instead of administrative coordination. Overall, Celoxis has meaningfully improved operational visibility and helped drive more predictable, successful project delivery outcomes.

 ### 22. Boosts Productivity with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taibaa B. | Marketing Automation Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I use Celoxis for task tracking, resource planning, and team collaboration which helps me organize projects, manage workloads, and keep all related information in one place. It helps me manage project timelines and track tasks efficiently, providing better visibility into project progress and reducing delays and missed deadlines. I like its intuitive dashboard, project tracking, and resource management features. The reporting tools provide clear insights, making it easier to monitor progress and make informed decisions. The dashboard gives me a quick overview of project status and the project tracking feature helps me keep tasks on schedule, which overall improves my productivity. The initial setup of Celoxis was straightforward and relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some advanced features have a learning curve for new users and a few customization options could be more intuitive. The onboarding experience could include more guided tutorials, and some settings could be simplified.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celoxis for task tracking, resource planning, and team collaboration. It helps me manage project timelines, track tasks efficiently, and provides better visibility to reduce delays and missed deadlines.

 ### 23. All-in-One Project Planning and Reporting with Clear, Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aadhya K. | Senior Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is that it brings project planning, resource management, and reporting into one place. Before we started using it, our team relied on multiple spreadsheets and separate tools to track project status, which often created confusion and caused updates to be missed. With Celoxis, we now have a much clearer view of project timelines, team workloads, and upcoming deadlines. The dashboards are straightforward and easy to interpret, and the reporting tools help managers quickly spot where attention is needed. It has been especially helpful for keeping stakeholders informed without having to rely on constant status meetings.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One area that could be improved is the learning curve for new users. Because Celoxis includes so many features, it can feel overwhelming in the first few weeks. Some of the more advanced settings and reporting options take time to understand, especially for team members who aren’t familiar with project management software. Although the flexibility is valuable, I think a more guided onboarding experience, along with simpler navigation for occasional users, would make the platform even more accessible and easier to adopt.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped our team address several operational challenges, especially around project visibility and resource planning. It gives us a clear view of who is working on what, helps us spot potential workload imbalances early, and lets us make adjustments before they impact delivery timelines. Having everything tracked in one place has reduced manual follow-ups and strengthened communication between project managers and team members. From a business standpoint, it has supported better planning, stronger accountability, and more accurate forecasting. Overall, it has become a reliable tool for managing projects efficiently while keeping teams aligned on priorities and deadlines.

 ### 24. Centralized Project Management with Visibility & Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajiv S. | Business Technology Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like that Celoxis offers comprehensive project visibility and resource planning capabilities, which are crucial as I often work with multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously. The dashboards make it easy to see project status without digging through several reports, and the workload management tools are standout features that help prevent resource bottlenecks and keep projects on track. I appreciate how Celoxis gives me a clear view of timelines, resource allocations, and project health, allowing me to spot potential delays early and make necessary adjustments. The resource planning tools also provide a better understanding of team capacity, so I can assign work more effectively and avoid overloading team members.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One area where Celoxis could be improved is the initial setup and customization process. I found that configuring dashboards, reports, and workflows exactly the way I wanted took some time to learn. While flexibility is useful, it can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. I also think the user interface could be more modern and intuitive in certain areas, as some features require a few extra clicks to access. The onboarding experience could definitely be smoother.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celoxis to organize transformation projects, preventing scattered updates. It provides project timelines, resource allocation, and health views, allowing early delay identification. Its visibility and resource planning tools prevent bottlenecks and overloads, keeping projects on track.

 ### 25. Celoxis Unifies Planning, Execution & Tracking with Powerful Dashboards and Reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman R. | Senior Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One of the strongest aspects of Celoxis is its ability to bring planning, execution, and tracking into one system. Tasks, timelines, budgets, and resources can be managed together, which reduces dependency on spreadsheets and multiple tools. The dashboards and reports provide clear insights into project progress, team workload, and financial performance, helping managers make informed decisions. Celoxis is a comprehensive project management tool designed for organizations that manage multiple projects, resources, and budgets at the same time. It focuses more on control, visibility, and planning accuracy rather than just basic task tracking, which makes it suitable for professional and business environments.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is not the easiest tool to learn at first. Due to its wide range of features, new users may find the interface slightly complex. Teams with very simple requirements may feel that the platform offers more functionality than they actually need.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the strongest aspects of Celoxis is its ability to bring planning, execution, and tracking into one system. Tasks, timelines, budgets, and resources can be managed together, which reduces dependency on spreadsheets and multiple tools. ### 26. A practical choice when projects become difficult to coordinate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura E. | Project Governance Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I originally started using Celoxis for planning project schedules, but the feature I depend on the most now is its reporting. Instead of preparing separate status updates for every stakeholder, I can pull together progress, budget, and resource information from one place. It has made weekly review meetings much shorter because everyone is looking at the same data

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some advanced planning features take practice before they become comfortable to use.
I would also like quicker access to frequently used reports without navigating several menus.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge for our team was coordinating several active projects while keeping deadlines realistic. We often knew what needed to be done but not how one project's schedule affected another. Celoxis gave us a better overview of priorities and resource availability, so planning discussions are based on actual workload instead of assumptions.

 ### 27. Robust Desktop Capabilities That Elevate Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arya M. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One of the platform’s greatest strengths is its ability to show not only who is currently busy, but also to help redistribute tasks by factoring in availability, holidays, and time zones. This thoughtful approach helps prevent team burnout. For financial tracking, Celoxis distinguishes itself from many competitors by making Budget a core feature, so you can track profit margins, labor costs, and fixed expenses in real time. The customizable client portals are also noteworthy, since they allow you to provide clients with a professional dashboard to monitor project progress while keeping internal discussions and sensitive cost details private.

That said, if you’re a small creative team looking for a vibe-based or highly visual tool for straightforward task management, Celoxis may feel like a more robust engine than you actually need.

What I like best about Celoxis is how effectively it brings together project management, team collaboration, resource planning, and workflow tracking in a single platform. The user interface is intuitive and well organized, making it easy for team members to navigate without extensive training. It provides excellent visibility into project timelines, task ownership, priorities, and overall progress, which helps teams stay aligned and focused on deliverables. I also appreciate the flexibility to configure workflows to match different business processes. Features such as task tracking, status monitoring, document sharing, and real-time updates reduce confusion and improve accountability across teams. Overall, the platform strikes a strong balance between functionality and ease of use, making it suitable for both small teams and larger organizations.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface is certainly functional, but it comes across as rather dense. For new users, the abundance of menus and data fields can be overwhelming, making it necessary to invest time in a dedicated onboarding period. As for the mobile experience, while the desktop version offers robust capabilities, the mobile version feels somewhat limited. It's suitable for quick checks, but managing or planning projects on the go proves challenging.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis stands out for its ability to tackle data silo problems. In many organizations, project schedules, budgets, and time tracking are scattered across different applications, which makes it hard to get a unified view. Celoxis addresses this by acting as a single source of truth. Because timesheet data is integrated directly into a project’s financial reports, project managers can quickly see whether a task delay could lead to a budget overrun months in advance. That visibility helps teams shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive forecasting.

 ### 28. A Structured Project Management Solution for Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aadil S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is well suited for IT companies, consulting firms, operations teams, and other project-driven organizations. It supports professional project planning, budget control, resource management, and executive-level reporting, which makes it valuable for both managers and leadership.

Overall, Celoxis is a strong project management platform for professionals who handle multiple projects at the same time. It helps with planning tasks, tracking progress, managing budgets, and monitoring team performance within a single system. The reporting and dashboard views provide clear visibility into work and results, which is especially helpful for managers and decision-makers.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Because Celoxis includes many advanced features, the interface can feel a bit complex at first. New users may need some time to get comfortable with the workflows, settings, and reporting options. As a result, it may not be the best fit for teams that want a very simple, lightweight tool.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps address common project challenges like missed deadlines, unclear responsibilities, cost overruns, and inefficient resource utilization. With structured timelines, workload tracking, and real-time project data, it makes it easier for teams to stay organized and proactive, rather than scrambling to react at the last minute.

 ### 29. Efficient Task Management with Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radhika M. | Junior Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I love the dashboard in Celoxis; it's really helpful for task management, project planning, and team collaboration. The advanced project planning features assist me in creating detailed project schedules and setting up dependencies. I also find the automation setup to be good, as it helps reduce repetitive workflows, and efficiently handle notifications, approvals, or status updates. Saving time is one of the main benefits for me. The automation features minimize human errors caused by repetitive and administrative tasks, and in advanced project planning, Celoxis improves coordination between developers, testers, designers, and project managers.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is good but there are some dislikes I face. Setting up workflows and automation rules requires some initial effort and customization takes my time.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps me with task management and project planning, improves team collaboration, manages reports, logs working hours, monitors project deadlines, automates repetitive tasks, and minimizes errors. It saves time and enhances coordination among developers, testers, designers, and project managers.

 ### 30. Celoxis Streamlines Multi-Project Management with Intuitive Gantt Charts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Furquan A. | ServiceNow Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

WelI like most about Celoxis is how it streamlines managing multiple projects without feeling like I’m losing control. The intuitive Gantt charts make it simple to adjust timelines and immediately see the downstream impact of any change. Because planning, tracking, and reporting are all brought together in one platform, it replaces several separate tools and noticeably improves overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One challenge with Celoxis is that setting up complex project templates initially can be time-consuming. With many available options, it’s easy to overconfigure without proper guidance, leading to confusion. A more guided setup experience that focuses on essential steps would make onboarding smoother and more user-friendly.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has significantly helped me tackle one of my biggest challenges: measuring team productivity effectively. Before, it was hard to identify the real reasons behind delays, but with its time insights I can quickly pinpoint bottlenecks and see where work is getting stuck. As a result, I’m able to balance workloads more evenly and plan projects more realistically, which has improved overall team efficiency and delivery outcomes.

 ### 31. Strong project tracking capabilities for teams handling multiple priorities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan M. | Portfolio Management Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I value most about Celoxis is the visibility it provides across projects resources and deadlines. Our organization manages several initiatives at the same time and it can be difficult to understand where work stands without spending time collecting updates from different teams. Celoxis gives us a clear view of ongoing activities in one place.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform includes a large number of features which can make onboarding slightly challenging for new users. Team members often need some training before they feel confident using all available functions.
I would also like to see a cleaner interface in certain sections where a lot of information is displayed at once.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Celoxis we now have centralized project management and reporting. Project managers can quickly identify risks monitor workloads and review timelines without searching through multiple sources. This has improved collaboration reduced manual reporting work and helped us make better operational decisions.

 ### 32. Useful once everything is configured properly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan C. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The thing that helped us most was getting project discussions out of spreadsheets and scattered chats. Once we moved planning and tracking into Celoxis, it became much easier to understand what was actually moving forward and what was getting delayed.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I would not call it beginner friendly. The platform has many capabilities but it takes time before the workflow starts feeling natural.

Some screens also contain more information than necessary which can make daily navigation feel heavier than it should.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team used spreadsheets another relied on email updates and some things were only discussed in meetings. Because of that project visibility was inconsistent.

Celoxis gave us a more centralized process. Now when leadership asks for project status or resource availability we do not need to manually gather updates from different places. That reduced reporting effort and improved planning decisions

 ### 33. Celoxis: A Powerful Command Center for Multi-Project Planning, Resources, and Financials

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya P. | Research and Development Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is its exceptional capability to act as a centralized, high-level command center for multi-project environments. Instead of offering basic task tracking, it natively consolidates scheduling, resource allocation, and deep financial governance into one unified interface. The platform's enterprise-grade interactive Gantt chart engine is a standout feature; it effortlessly maps complex, cross-project dependencies so that if an unexpected delay hits one team, downstream timelines across the entire portfolio recalibrate automatically in real time.

Furthermore, Celoxis eliminates guesswork with its granular, real-time resource utilization heatmaps. Managers can instantly see who is over-allocated or available across varying shifts, preventing burnout. This resource clarity, paired with built-in financial metrics like Cost Performance Index (CPI), eliminates the need for messy, disconnected spreadsheets. For organizations running overlapping initiatives, Celoxis shines because it seamlessly bridges the gap between executive-level profitability data and precise day-to-day clarity without requiring expensive third-party plugins.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

What I dislike most about Celoxis is that its sheer feature depth can work against day-to-day usability and user adoption. Since it’s built for heavy-duty portfolio management, the interface feels extremely dense and doesn’t offer the intuitive, modern simplicity you get with lighter tools. For everyday team members who mainly need to log hours or check a task, the crowded screens can be overwhelming and tedious to navigate, and even simple updates often take multiple steps.

On top of that, the initial setup and template configuration require a huge upfront time investment. Defining complex custom fields, permission logic, and workspaces is frustrating, and if you rush this stage it can easily create reporting errors later on. At a more granular level, some mechanics feel rigid and dated—for example, it isn’t easy to split a resource’s time non-uniformly across a multi-day task without resorting to clunky, separate task lines. Finally, the lack of a dedicated native mobile app makes on-the-go timekeeping restrictive, and the warning thresholds feel overly sensitive, frequently triggering non-critical “at risk” alerts that create unnecessary fatigue for project managers.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the fragmentation problem by replacing disjointed tools like Excel, Jira, and separate timesheet apps with a single enterprise-grade command center. Before using it, tracking cross-project dependencies, resource bandwidth, and financial health required manual data consolidation, which frequently led to scheduling conflicts and delayed client reporting. Celoxis completely eliminates these inefficiencies by integrating real-time resource utilization heatmaps and automated financial tracking (like CPI and SPI metrics) directly into active project workflows.

The primary benefit to me is the drastic reduction in administrative overhead and a massive boost in forecasting accuracy. The automated cross-project dependency engine ensures that if a delay occurs in one sector, all downstream timelines across the portfolio adjust instantly, preventing accidental double-bookings. Furthermore, having actual project spend, billable hours, and profit margins update dynamically as team members submit timesheets provides immediate clarity on project profitability. This deep visibility allows me to balance workloads effectively, protect team capacity, and make proactive, data-driven decisions that keep complex initiatives on time and under budget.

 ### 34. Celoxis is the best software I ever seen in my work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gul M. | Information Technology Project Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis provides strong project planning, resource management, and reporting capabilities that are especially valuable in professional environments. Features like dashboard customization, workload tracking, budgeting, and automation help teams handle complex projects more efficiently and stay organized. By centralizing communication, timelines, and performance tracking in one place, it also improves operational visibility and strengthens overall team coordination.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform can feel overwhelming during the initial onboarding phase, especially for users who aren’t familiar with advanced project management tools. Some reporting features and workflow configurations take time to fully understand, and the UI could be a bit more intuitive to help new users get up to speed.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is highly effective for IT services, marketing operations, consulting firms, and cross-functional business teams that manage multiple client or internal projects at the same time. It helps address common operational challenges like delayed task tracking, resource overutilization, limited project visibility, and inefficient reporting workflows. The platform’s analytics, time tracking, and collaboration tools support stronger decision-making, improve accountability, and help managers stay on top of timelines, budgets, and overall productivity in a more efficient way.

 ### 35. Clear, All-in-One Project Visibility with Powerful Dashboards and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishith J. | Devops Eng, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is that it gives a clear view of projects, tasks, timelines, and resources in one place. It is helpful when there are multiple projects running at the same time because I can quickly see what is pending, who is responsible, and where delays might happen. The dashboards and reporting features are also useful because they make it easier to track progress without constantly asking people for updates.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One thing I dislike about Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit crowded at first, especially when you are trying to find specific project details, reports, or resource information quickly. The tool has many useful features, but because everything is packed into the platform, there is a learning curve for new users. Some workflows also take a few extra clicks compared to more modern project management tools. I think Celoxis could improve by making the UI cleaner, simplifying navigation, and offering better guided onboarding so teams can understand the main features faster.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the problem of managing multiple projects without losing track of deadlines, ownership, and resource availability. When work is spread across emails, spreadsheets, and meetings, it becomes hard to know what is delayed, who is overloaded, and which tasks need attention first. Celoxis helps by putting project plans, task updates, timelines, budgets, and reports in one place. That benefits me because I can get a clearer view of project status without chasing people for every update. It also helps with better planning, faster decision-making, and more accountability across the team.

 ### 36. A reliable tool for managing projects and team workloads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shailandra R. | Senior Test Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how Celoxis keeps everything organized in one place without feeling overwhelming. It’s really helpful for tracking projects, managing resources, and getting clear reports without spending too much time figuring things out. The customization options are also great because teams can adjust the workflows to match how they actually work.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Sometimes Celoxis feels a little too packed with features, especially when you’re new to it. It takes some time to get used to the interface and figure out where everything is. A few reports and custom settings also need extra setup, which can be a bit frustrating in the beginning.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps us keep all our projects, tasks, and team workloads in one place, so it’s much easier to stay organized and track progress. Before using it, updates and planning were scattered across spreadsheets and chats, which caused confusion and missed deadlines. Now we can manage resources better, monitor timelines clearly, and get reports quickly, which saves time and improves overall team coordination.

 ### 37. Good balance between project tracking and resource planning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon H. | Program Execution Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I started using Celoxis mainly for project scheduling but ended up relying on it heavily for resource management as well. The workload view is genuinely useful because it quickly shows where team capacity is getting stretched. That visibility helps avoid situations where one team member quietly becomes overloaded while others still have availability.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform has a lot of depth which is useful later on but can feel overwhelming during the first few weeks.
Some menus could be simplified because certain settings are buried deeper than expected.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue was losing visibility once multiple projects were running at the same time. Different teams were tracking work differently and status updates became inconsistent. Celoxis solved that by giving everyone a shared structure for timelines ownership and reporting.

 ### 38. Celoxis: Easy to Use, Quick to Implement, and Packed with Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav A. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like high-quality about Celoxis is its standard ease of use, mainly when you get familiar with the dashboard and format. The ease of implementation is stable, because it doesn’t take too long to configure projects and workflows in keeping with group needs. I use it frequently to track timelines and assets, and the range of capabilities—from budgeting to reporting—is quite comprehensive with out feeling needless. The ease of integration with other tools enables streamline procedures, and on every occasion wished, customer service has been responsive and beneficial in resolving queries.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One thing I dislike about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning, especially with so many features and configuration options. It takes some time to fully understand all the functionalities, and the interface can feel slightly overwhelming for new users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the hassle of scattered task statistics and shortage of visibility into timelines, assets, and budgets. It brings the entirety into one based machine, so I can music development, manage workloads, and become aware of dangers early. This blessings me by improving planning, reducing delays, and assisting make extra knowledgeable decisions with out continuously following up for updates.

 ### 39. All-in-One Project Management with Customizable, Real-Time Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanit S. | Digital Marketing Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

brings project planning, resource management, time tracking, and reporting together in one platform. The dashboards are easy to customize, making it simple to track project progress, budgets, and team workload in real time

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

At first, it took me some time to get comfortable with the platform because there are a lot of features and menus to explore. A few tasks that seem simple can require multiple clicks, and customizing reports isn't always as intuitive as I'd like. Once you get used to it, it works well, but the initial learning experience could definitely be smoother.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps keep projects, tasks, timelines, and team workloads organized in one place, so it's much easier to track progress and stay on top of deadlines

 ### 40. Useful when project plans change more often than expected

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine E. | Senior Program Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One thing I didn't expect to use as much as I do is the dependency tracking. When one task slips, it's easy to see what else might be affected instead of finding out days later during a status meeting. That alone has made planning much less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The first few days can feel overwhelming because there are many capabilities available from the start. I also think some screens could be simplified so frequently used actions are easier to find.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our projects rarely run exactly as planned, and keeping schedules updated across multiple teams used to involve a lot of manual coordination. Celoxis made those adjustments much easier because changes are reflected across the project instead of requiring several separate updates.

 ### 41. Very helpful practical project management platform that keeps everything organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I use Celoxis to manage multiple client projects and one thing I really like is how much information it brings together in one place. Resource planning project tracking budgeting and reporting are connected so I do not have to jump between different tools. The dashboards make it easy to understand project status and identify issues before they become bigger problems.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform has a lot of features which is great once you are comfortable with it but it can feel overwhelming at first. New users usually need some time to learn where everything is and how different modules connect together.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we have a centralized view of project timelines workloads budgets and performance metrics. This has helped us improve planning reduce manual reporting work and make better decisions based on real time project data.

 ### 42. Celoxis Time Tracking Makes Team Effort and Productivity Crystal Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoya S. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I found Celoxis’s built-in time-tracking system the most useful feature. It can be hard to tell which tasks are consuming the most team time across a project, but the time logs in Celoxis make that much clearer. This visibility helps managers pinpoint which activities require the most effort and where processes could be optimized. I also appreciated that the time data is directly tied to project reports, which makes productivity analysis easier and more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

In terms of drawbacks, time tracking only works well when the whole team stays disciplined. If team members don’t consistently update their time entries, the resulting reports can be less accurate. Also, some users may find logging time every day a bit repetitive, particularly when their work is split across many smaller tasks.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely solved my biggest problem: clearly measuring team productivity. It used to be hard to pinpoint the root causes of delays, but now, with the help of time insights, I can quickly identify bottlenecks. As a result, it’s been easier to adjust workloads and make project planning more realistic. Overall, this has improved both team efficiency and project delivery.

 ### 43. Useful for keeping large projects under control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anja K. | Enterprise PMO Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I ended up appreciating most is how much visibility Celoxis gives once several projects start running together. Instead of checking updates from different places I can open one dashboard and immediately understand task status deadlines and resource allocation. It helps especially when priorities change quickly because adjustments are easier to track.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The learning curve is noticeable in the beginning because there are many features available.
A few interface areas still feel crowded when handling larger project portfolios.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues with project updates becoming inconsistent between departments. Some teams used spreadsheets while others tracked work differently which created confusion during reviews. Celoxis solved a lot of that by putting timelines ownership and reporting into one shared system.

 ### 44. Very Helpful Project management system for handling multiple client projects efficiently

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johan E. | Enterprise PMO Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how organized project management became after moving our workflows into the platform. We manage several projects across different departments and the centralized dashboard makes it much easier to track deadlines budgets workloads and progress updates without depending on spreadsheets or constant follow ups.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform offers many advanced features which is good long term but it can feel complex for new users during onboarding. Some configuration menus and reporting sections require time to fully understand especially for non technical teams.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our most project operations are centralized into one platform which improved visibility accountability and communication. Teams update progress in real time and managers no longer spend hours manually collecting status updates. Budget tracking resource utilization and deadline monitoring also became much more accurate which helped reduce project overruns and scheduling conflicts. Celoxis Project Management Software

 ### 45. Centralized project tracking that improves visibility and coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe B. | Senior Project Controls Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has been very useful for bringing project planning, resource management, and reporting into a single platform. I particularly like the ability to track multiple projects while maintaining visibility into team workloads and deadlines. The dashboards provide a clear overview of progress, making it easier to identify risks and keep stakeholders informed.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Because the platform is feature-rich, new users may need some time to become comfortable with all of its capabilities. Certain advanced reporting and configuration options can also require a bit of setup before they deliver their full value.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By centralizing project data, Celoxis has improved visibility across teams and reduced the effort required to manage schedules, budgets, and reporting. It has helped us make more informed decisions, improve accountability, and keep projects moving forward more efficiently.

 ### 46. Highly Customizable with Powerful Reporting and Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya P. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One thing I genuinely like about Celoxis is how customizable it is. You can tailor dashboards, workflows, and reports to fit your project needs, which is a big plus when you’re dealing with different types of projects Agile, hybrid, and so on.

The reporting and analytics are also genuinely powerful. They provide clear insights into resource allocation, deadlines, and bottlenecks, which helps a lot when you’re managing multiple tasks or teams.

The integration capabilities are decent as well. Connecting with tools like Jira or other tracking systems helps keep everything in sync without requiring too much manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The biggest drawback, honestly, is the UI/UX. It feels a bit outdated and not as smooth or intuitive as many modern tools, so new users may need some time to get comfortable with it.

Another challenge is the learning curve. Because it’s feature rich, it can feel overwhelming at first especially for someone who just wants a simple task tracker and doesn’t need all the extra options right away.

Performance wise, I’ve also noticed that it can be a bit slow at times, particularly when handling large datasets or generating more complex reports.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a problem solving perspective, Celoxis works well when you're dealing with resource conflicts and deadline management.

For example, in one of our projects, we had overlapping tasks assigned to the same developers. Celoxis helped identify resource overloading early through its reports, and we were able to rebalance the workload before it became a blocker.

Another use case was deadline tracking the automated alerts and progress tracking helped avoid last minute surprises, especially during release cycles.

 ### 47. Powerful project visibility and reporting, but a steep learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zara K. | Human Resources Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project data and lack of visibility across teams by bringing everything—tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and communication—into one centralized platform.

This benefits me by giving a clear, real-time view of project progress, so I can quickly identify delays, manage workloads efficiently, and make better decisions. It also reduces manual work through automation and detailed reporting, which saves time and improves overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

What I dislike about Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for new users, especially those who are not familiar with advanced project management tools. The learning curve is higher compared to simpler platforms. Also, some features require time to properly configure, and the mobile experience is not as smooth or fully featured as the desktop version.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 48. Helpful for keeping projects moving without constant follow ups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle C. | Project Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What changed the most for our team wasn't the scheduling it was the visibility. Instead of asking each project owner for updates, I can open the workspace and immediately understand what's progressing, what's blocked, and where deadlines are getting tight.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform includes a lot of functionality, so finding every option during the first few weeks takes patience. I also think some report settings could be easier to customize without going through several menus.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage several projects at the same time, and our biggest challenge used to be keeping everyone aligned when priorities shifted. Status updates were scattered across meetings, emails, and spreadsheets, making it difficult to know which information was current.

 ### 49. Keeps Projects Organized and On Track”

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Purnima R. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I’d say the best thing about Celoxis is how easy it makes project management. You can see all your tasks, timelines, and resources in one place, which helps teams stay organized and avoid confusion. It’s simple to track progress and know who’s doing what, so projects move smoothly without wasting time.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One common dislike about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit complex at first. Because it has so many features, new users might find the interface overwhelming and need time to learn how everything works. Also, the mobile experience isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, which can be frustrating if you want to manage projects on the go.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps solve project management problems like scattered tasks, unclear responsibilities, and missed deadlines. By putting everything—tasks, timelines, resources, and reports—in one place, it makes work more organized and transparent.

The benefit is that you save time, avoid confusion, and can easily see how projects are progressing. This means smoother teamwork, better planning, and fewer surprises along the way.

 ### 50. Program Delivery Lead

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milan H. | Program Delivery Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What stands out for me is how much control it gives over projects in one place. I can manage timelines budgets and resources without jumping between tools. The reporting is very detailed and helps me understand where projects are slipping or doing well. I also like how flexible it is when setting up workflows since every team works differently and Celoxis adapts to that quite well.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It takes time to get comfortable with all features in the beginning
Some screens feel a bit dense when you are just starting out.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier we were using separate tools for tracking tasks and financials which created confusion and delays. Celoxis fixed that by bringing everything into one system so now we have better clarity across teams. It helps us plan resources more accurately and avoid overload situations. Decision making is faster since all data is available in one place without manual compilation.
