## Celoxis Reviews
  ### 1. Real Time Budget Visibility That Transforms Client Conversations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emeka C. | PMO Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The financial tracking inside active projects is something our account managers now use as confidently as our project leads do. Budget consumption against milestones is visible in real time so nobody is waiting for end of month reports to find out a project is trending over. That live financial visibility has fundamentally changed how we have commercial conversations with clients mid project rather than after the damage is done.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Bulk editing tasks across multiple projects simultaneously is more cumbersome than it should be for a platform at this level.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were running a growing project portfolio with no reliable way to see how individual project health connected to overall business performance. Celoxis bridged that gap by giving our leadership team a portfolio view that links delivery status directly to revenue impact.

  ### 2. Makes handling multiple projects feel more organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan P. | Technical Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how everything is in one place and I don’t have to jump between tools. Project tracking feels clear and I can quickly see where things are stuck. The dashboards give me a real sense of progress without needing to dig too much. I also find the reporting quite useful when I need to update clients or my team.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I don't find any functional problem in my experience

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it I had issues managing multiple projects and deadlines were slipping. Now I can track timelines resources and tasks in one flow. It helps me avoid confusion and keeps the team aligned. I spend less time checking status manually and more time actually working on important tasks.

  ### 3. Structured project control without overcomplicating things!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos M. | Operations Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I appreciate most is how structured everything feels once projects are set up properly. I manage multiple parallel client initiatives and the workload view helps me clearly see who is overloaded and who has capacity. The reporting section is detailed and gives me real time visibility into budgets timelines and resource allocation. It feels built for serious project tracking rather than casual task lists.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Initial setup takes time especially when customizing workflows and fields. The interface can feel dense for new team members at the beginning.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier we were using spreadsheets and basic task tools which made forecasting difficult. With Celoxis I can monitor project health cost tracking and deadlines from a single dashboard. It helps prevent scope creep and gives me early warning signs if a project is drifting off schedule. That control has improved client confidence and internal accountability.

  ### 4. Project Management Made Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is how it brings everything related to project management into one place. It makes it easy to plan projects, track progress, manage resources, and keep an eye on budgets without jumping between different tools. The reporting and dashboards are especially useful they give a clear overview of how things are going and help me make better decisions quickly. I also like how customizable it is, so I can tailor workflows and views to match the way I work. Overall, it helps me stay organized and keeps projects running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

What I dislike about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit complex, especially when you’re just getting started. There are a lot of features and options, which is great, but it also means there’s a learning curve before you can use it efficiently. The interface isn’t always the most intuitive, so finding certain settings or reports can take some time. It can also feel a bit heavy if you only need simple project management features. Overall, while it’s powerful, it may take some effort to fully get comfortable with it.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is solving the problem of scattered project management and lack of visibility across tasks, timelines, and resources. Without it, I’d have to rely on multiple tools or manual tracking, which makes it harder to stay organized and keep everyone aligned. It centralizes everything project plans, task assignments, resource allocation, budgets, and progress tracking so I can manage work more efficiently from one place.

This benefits me by giving a clear, real-time view of how projects are progressing, which helps me make better decisions and avoid delays. It also improves team coordination since everyone can see their responsibilities and updates in one system. The reporting and analytics help me identify bottlenecks, manage workloads, and keep projects on track. Overall, it saves time, reduces confusion, and makes project management much more streamlined.

  ### 5. Celoxis Launched a Major Software Update With Insufficient Testing and No Benefit

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like that project planning and time entry are integrated into a single tool. Reporting functions to compare planned effort to actual effort are useful for identifying scope increase or other overages.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis released v15 late in 2025 and it was the worst software rollout I have ever experienced as a customer. I have felt like a v15 beta tester for the last three months and I am constantly watching problems get patched and new problems arise as I try to manage projects for the company I work for and for our customers. I lost trust in Celoxis as a company and I would not recommend their tool for critical business functions. The company I work for does use the tool for critical business functions and I am pushing our team to explore alternative software options.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is a powerful project planning, resource planning, and time entry tool. Celoxis v14 had a few bugs that needed fixing, but the v15 rollout was such a disaster that I am ready to try other tools. The sales pitch for v15 was improved efficiency, but having experienced v14 and the launch of v15, it appears that v15 was really an effort to boost sales by providing a shiny modern looking UI to show to prospective customers and an effort to streamline the learning process for new users to reduce the new user training burden associated with v14. As an experienced user making full use of all of the features, I saw a huge decrease in efficiency and several bugs in critical functions of the software.

  ### 6. A practical planner that keeps my projects from slipping!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos M. | Senior Project Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how clear the project dashboard feels when I open Celoxis in the morning. I can see my tasks timelines and team workload in one place without digging through menus. The Gantt view is smooth and actually usable for real planning not just presentation. I also appreciate how easy it is to move tasks around when priorities change and the system updates everything instantly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The mobile app feels a bit clunky and slower than the desktop version. Setting up advanced reports took me longer than expected. Some labels inside the tool are not very intuitive at first.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps me avoid last minute rushes on client projects by showing delays early. It keeps my team aligned because everyone sees the same plan instead of working in silos. I spend less time in status meetings since progress is already visible inside the tool which saves me real hours every week.

  ### 7. Celoxis Streamlines Project Planning with Custom Dashboards and Progress Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak K. | Senior Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is very helpful for project planning, task management, resource allocation, and reporting. I like its dashboards, customization options, and ability to track project progress in one place. It improves collaboration and helps manage deadlines efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has a learning curve for new users, and some advanced features can feel complex at first. The interface may seem overwhelming initially, and customization setup can take time. Reporting could be more intuitive for first-time users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps solve project tracking, resource planning, and deadline management challenges. It improves visibility into tasks, reduces manual follow-ups, enhances team collaboration, and supports better decision-making through reporting, resulting in higher productivity and more efficient project execution.

  ### 8. Eight projects running at once and nothing fell through!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrei P. | PMO Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The dependency mapping across concurrent projects is something I have not seen handled this cleanly in other tools we tested. When one task slips the knock on effect across related work updates automatically so my team is never working from an outdated plan. That alone has changed how confidently we commit to client timelines.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The notification settings take some work to get right. Rest I don't find any problem.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resource conflicts were our biggest operational headache before Celoxis. The same people were being pulled into too many things at once with no visibility into the cumulative impact on delivery. Celoxis surfaced those conflicts early enough for us to replan before deadlines were affected and that shift from reactive to proactive has made a measurable difference in how smoothly our projects run.

  ### 9. confusing UI and needs a lot of effort to use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshul S. | Sr tech support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One thing I noticed recently is that the reporting feels a bit faster than before and some of the resource views are helpful once you finally get them set up right. The collaboration part also works okay when the team actually uses it, so that part has been fine. It still has strong features overall, just takes time to get used to them.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Honestly the UI still needs a big update. It feels old and sometimes I click around too much just to find simple stuff. The learning curve is still high and some menus don’t make sense. A few parts look outdated and could be way more modern. Navigation is still confusing and takes more time than it should.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

financial management, has an ok centralized platform with Gantt charts, tracking, issue management

  ### 10. Helps manage events and client interactions in one place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrei I. | Sales Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how it brings structure to project work without making things feel heavy. Task tracking and timelines are easy to follow and I can quickly check progress across different projects. The reporting is useful when sharing updates with clients. It helps me stay organized without spending too much time managing the tool itself.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Learning curve is there for advanced features
UI could feel more modern in some areas

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues with tracking multiple projects and keeping everyone aligned. Celoxis made it easier to manage tasks and timelines in one place. It reduces confusion and improves visibility for the whole team. Projects now move more smoothly and deadlines are easier to manage.

  ### 11. All in one project tool that actually keeps things organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea C. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most is how everything is in one place from project planning to time tracking and reporting. I do not need multiple tools which makes managing projects much easier. The dashboards are clear and give a quick view of progress without digging too much.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel a bit dense at first especially for new users.
Some advanced features take time to fully understand and use properly.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using this tool project tracking was scattered across spreadsheets and emails. Now everything is centralized which improves visibility and control. It helps in tracking deadlines managing resources and keeping communication aligned. This leads to better delivery and fewer delays across projects.

  ### 12. Simple and Reliable Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yogesh K. | Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis makes it easy to keep projects and tasks organized. I liked the clean dashboards, project planning tools, and how simple it is to track progress with my team.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It takes a little time to learn all the features, and the interface can feel busy at first.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Celoxis is a reliable project management tool with good planning and collaboration features. Once you get familiar with it, it helps keep everything in one place.

  ### 13. Celoxis All-in-One Project Management with Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka B. | Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is its all-in-one functionality. It helps in managing projects, tracking tasks, and monitoring progress easily. The dashboards and reports are very useful for getting clear insights, which makes decision-making faster.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One thing I dislike about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning, especially for new users. It takes some time to understand all the features properly.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis addresses key challenges like project tracking, resource allocation, and budget management in one system. It provides real-time insights, helping in better planning and avoiding delays or cost overruns. This improves efficiency and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

  ### 14. Eight projects running and nothing fell through the cracks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miroslav H. | Project Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The dependency mapping across concurrent projects is where Celoxis earns its place in our daily workflow. When one deliverable shifts I can immediately see what else is affected without manually tracing through a project plan. That kind of connected visibility has changed how confidently our project leads communicate timelines to clients.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The time logging interface feels dated compared to the rest of the platform and team members resist using it.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resource conflicts between project teams were a recurring problem that nobody had clear ownership over. Celoxis surfaced those conflicts before they became delivery issues and gave our operations lead the data needed to make reallocation decisions quickly. The knock on effect has been fewer missed milestones and more predictable delivery across our entire client portfolio.

  ### 15. Robust All-in-One Project and Resource Management with a Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George M. | Senior Growth Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like Celoxis's portfolio management capabilities, which provide a clear overview of multiple projects and help identify risks and bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I’d like to see more native integrations and stronger workflow automation features to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project data and resource tracking by consolidating our timelines, tasks, and budgets into one place. This helps us accurately track project profitability, avoid over-allocating team members, and deliver clear progress updates to stakeholders.

  ### 16. Gives structure to complex client projects!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin C. | Portfolio Management Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I mainly value how structured everything feels once a project is created. I can break large client engagements into phases milestones and smaller deliverables without losing clarity. The Gantt view helps me explain timelines to stakeholders in a visual way that makes sense even to non technical clients. I also like that time tracking feeds directly into reporting so I can measure actual effort against planned effort without manual calculations.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

At times the interface feels heavy when handling very large portfolios. Some configuration options require trial and error before I get them right.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced scattered project tracking across email chat and spreadsheets which often led to missed details. Now all conversations files and deadlines are attached to specific tasks which improves accountability. This has helped me deliver projects more predictably and defend timelines with clear documentation when scope changes occur.

  ### 17. Powerful Project Tracking and Reporting with Clear, Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit R. | Backend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is its strong project tracking and reporting capabilities. It gives a clear overview of tasks, timelines, and resource allocation in one place, which makes planning and monitoring progress much easier. The dashboards and reports are especially helpful for understanding project status at a glance and making informed decisions quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One downside of Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who are not familiar with project management tools. Some features take time to locate and understand. It can also feel slightly heavy when managing large projects, and customization options for views and reports could be more flexible.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project tracking by bringing tasks, timelines, resources, and reports into one unified platform. It helps me monitor progress clearly, assign responsibilities, and keep projects on schedule without relying on multiple spreadsheets or tools. This improves visibility, reduces confusion, and makes it easier to plan work and track performance efficiently.

  ### 18. Stopped our projects from drifting off track!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matteo G. | Delivery Excellence Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The biggest shift for me was seeing workload and budget impact at the same time. Earlier we focused only on deadlines and ignored effort balance. Celoxis connects tasks people cost and timelines in one structure so trade offs become visible. I can simulate changes before approving them which makes planning more thoughtful. It feels less like task tracking and more like operational control.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The system expects you to define processes clearly which can feel demanding at first. Some menus are dense with options and take patience to explore.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to underestimate effort and overcommit resources. That led to rushed deliveries and strained teams. With Celoxis I can review utilization patterns and adjust assignments early. Financial tracking tied to project progress also prevents scope from quietly expanding. The result is steadier delivery and fewer last minute escalations.

  ### 19. Very impressive planning tool once you get past the learning curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason W. | Project Controls Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis stands out for how deeply it handles project planning and resource tracking. I mainly use it when managing multiple projects that share the same team and deadlines often overlap. The way tasks dependencies timelines and workload connect gives me clarity that spreadsheets never did. Once the data is in place I can quickly understand where risks are building and which projects need attention first. It feels reliable when managing long running or complex work.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Initial setup takes time and can feel overwhelming. The interface feels dense and not very friendly for first time users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of unclear ownership and poor visibility across projects. Earlier I had trouble explaining delays or resource conflicts because the information was scattered. With Celoxis I can clearly see how one delayed task affects others and who is impacted. This makes discussions with stakeholders more factual and reduces guesswork. It also helps in planning realistic timelines instead of optimistic ones.

  ### 20. Powerful project tool that keeps complex work under control !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Client Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how Celoxis handles real project complexity without feeling chaotic. The way tasks resources budgets and timelines connect feels very grounded in how projects actually run. I use it to track multiple client projects at the same time and it gives me a clear view of progress risks and workload without needing extra spreadsheets. Reporting is one of the strongest parts because I can quickly see where time and money are going and explain it clearly to stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel heavy at first and not very friendly for new users. Some screens take time to understand and need training before the team feels comfortable.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project data and poor visibility. Earlier it was hard to know which projects were slipping or which resources were overloaded. Now I can spot delays early manage capacity better and make decisions based on real data. This has reduced last minute surprises and improved delivery confidence with clients

  ### 21. Helps me stay ahead instead of reacting late!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas B. | Project Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I genuinely value is the forward visibility it gives me. When I review the portfolio view I can immediately see which projects are drifting and which ones are healthy. The dependency mapping has helped me understand how one delayed task can impact an entire chain which was not obvious in spreadsheets. I also find the financial tracking practical because planned versus actual numbers are visible without exporting anything.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

There are many configuration options and it can feel overwhelming at first. The interface is powerful but not always minimal which may slow down new users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced disconnected planning tools that made it difficult to forecast workload accurately. Now I can see capacity trends weeks in advance and adjust timelines before clients are impacted. This proactive planning has reduced escalations and improved delivery predictability across departments.

  ### 22. Celoxis keeps our projects organised and on track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MUHAMMED A. | IT ASSISTANT , Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis makes project tracking simple and well organized. In our healthcare IT department, we use it to manage internal infrastructure upgrades, software rollouts, and maintenance projects. The dashboards are very clear, and I can easily track deadlines, workloads, and project progress from one place. As an IT Admin, I really appreciate how task management, time tracking and resource allocation all stay connected , it helps keep our operations efficient without switching between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Nothing major so far. Once you get used to the layout, it is smooth and reliable. The support team is also quick to help whenever needed.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Celoxis, our IT and administrative teams relied on multiple separate tools for project tracking, task assignments, and timesheet entries. This often led to duplicated work, inconsistent updates, and gaps in communication between departments. As someone managing IT operations, it was challenging to get a clear view of overall project progress and resource utilization.
Since adopting Celoxis, we’ve been able to centralize all project activities into one platform. Now, project creation, task delegation, and time tracking all happen within the same environment, which has significantly improved coordination and visibility. It saves time, enhances accountability and helps management make informed decisions based on real time project data.
The dashboard and reporting tools stand out the most, they give us instant insights into workloads, upcoming deadlines, and team performance. This visibility has helped us balance resources better and ensure that projects, especially critical IT rollouts, stay on schedule and within scope.

  ### 23. Crystal-Clear Project Visibility and Seamless Workflow with Celoxis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley S. | Director, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is how clearly it shows project schedules, workloads, and dependencies all in one place. It gives a real view of what is happening across every project so nothing slips through the cracks. The dashboard makes it easy to see risks early, keep teams aligned, and make better decisions without digging through spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I do not have any dislikes about Celoxis. It has been reliable, intuitive, and fits seamlessly into our workflow without causing any frustrations.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps manage multiple projects, track progress, and monitor workloads all in one place. It solves the problem of scattered information and miscommunication by giving the team a single source of truth. This benefits us by keeping projects on schedule, making resource planning easier, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  ### 24. Strong Project Visibility With Easy Management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria C. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how Celoxis brings all my project tasks and timelines together in one place. It makes planning simple once I set up the project and I can see progress at a glance. The way I can assign work and see who is overloaded saves me time every day. I also like the clean interface and the way I can filter tasks without confusion.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The mobile experience could be smoother and sometimes takes time to load. Some features feel a bit hidden and take a moment to find.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solved the problem of scattered project details and unclear status updates. Before I used it I had to check many tools and messages to know where work stood. With Celoxis I get a clear dashboard every morning and I know what needs attention. This saves hours of follow up and keeps deadlines from slipping. Team communication is tighter because comments and attachments stay with the work.

  ### 25. Celoxis Centralized Our Projects and Made Accountability Crystal Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi V. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is a strong fit for IT companies, marketing agencies, consulting firms, construction planning teams, and any organization that manages multiple client projects with budgets and shared resources. Teams that need structured planning, rather than just simple to do lists, will benefit the most.

What I like best about Celoxis is how clearly it organizes information. The project timelines and Gantt view make it easy to understand progress at a glance. Task assignment and dependency management are straightforward, which helps reduce confusion within the team. I also appreciate the reporting module; the custom reports make it easier to share updates with clients in a clean, professional format. The time tracking and budgeting features are especially useful for service based work.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Before we started using Celoxis, our work was scattered across emails and spreadsheets, which led to missed deadlines and unclear ownership. Celoxis brought everything into one system tasks, files, discussions, and timelines so it was easier to see what was happening and who was responsible. As a result, accountability improved, and project reviews became much simpler and more straightforward.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface is functional, but it doesn’t feel especially modern. New users may need a bit of training or time to get comfortable with it. The mobile experience could also be improved, particularly when it comes to more detailed editing. And while there are some advanced features available, you often have to explore them first before you fully understand their value.

  ### 26. Powerful Scheduling, Resource Management, and Custom Reporting with Celoxis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyushi G. | Front-end Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis really stands out for its project scheduling capabilities. The Gantt charts are detailed and genuinely useful for real planning, not just visual decoration. I can link tasks with dependencies, set milestones, and immediately see how a delay in one area impacts the entire timeline.

Resource management is another major advantage. The workload view makes it clear who has capacity and who is overloaded, which helps prevent burnout and avoids unrealistic commitments. For service-based companies, the time tracking and billing features are especially practical because they tie directly to projects and budgets.

Reporting is also flexible. Instead of relying on fixed templates, Celoxis lets you build custom reports for clients, leadership, or internal review.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface is functional, but it feels a bit dated compared with more modern cloud tools. As a new user, you may need some time to get oriented and figure out where everything is. The mobile app works well for approvals and quick updates, but it isn’t ideal when you need to do deeper planning. Automation options are available too, yet they’re not as straightforward to set up and use as they are in some newer competitors.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Celoxis, our team struggled because information was scattered across too many places: tasks lived in emails, timelines were tracked in Excel, and hours were logged in another system. This fragmentation created confusion around priorities and who owned what. Celoxis brought everything into one central hub. Now deadlines are much clearer, project costs are visible in real time, and managers can spot risks early rather than discovering them only after delivery.

  ### 27. Celoxis Keeps Projects, Resources, and Finances Perfectly in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Girish Kumar J. | Senior Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how it brings everything into one place without feeling cluttered. The combination of project management, resource planning, and financial tracking makes it really practical for real-world use, not just theory.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

What I don’t like as much about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There’s a lot going on, and the learning curve is definitely there, especially if you’re new to project management tools.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is mainly solving the problem of scattered project information and lack of visibility. Before, things like tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets would be spread across different tools

  ### 28. Heard About Celoxis Online and Wanted to Learn More

  ### 29. We use it like a control room for client projects and team workload!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco D. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is the place we go when we need the real status of work. We use it to break down projects into tasks assign owners set timelines and track effort. The workload view is useful when the same people are shared across multiple projects. Reporting is solid once it is set up and it helps us give clients clear updates without hunting through messages.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It is not the most modern looking tool and the first week can feel slow. Some areas have too many options which is great later but confusing early on.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the problem of projects living in too many places. Before this we had tasks in one tool budgets in sheets and updates in chats. Now delivery dates workload and progress are visible in one system which helps us catch slips earlier. It has reduced last minute chaos and made planning meetings shorter.

  ### 30. Celoxis Delivers Superior Resource Balancing, BI-Level Reporting, and Smart Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** radhika P. | Sales Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Superior Resource Balancing: Most tools show you who is busy, but Celoxis shows you why. It automatically accounts for vacations, time zones, and part-time shifts. And if you over assign a developer, the system doesn’t just flag the issue; it also suggests ways to adjust the timeline.

The Reporting Engine: This is where it beats almost everyone. You can build custom dashboards that look and feel like high-end BI (Business Intelligence) tools. For a PM reporting to a C suite executive, being able to turn raw data into a clean Profit vs. Loss chart is a real lifesaver.

Workflow Automation: You can automate business processes beyond basic project tasks things like lead routing or bug tracking while keeping everything in the same interface.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The Learning Curve: This isn’t an open and start tool. It takes a dedicated admin to set it up correctly and keep things running smoothly. For a creative team looking for something pretty and fast Celoxis can come across as a bit rigid and clinical.

Mobile Experience: Although there’s an app, it feels more like a compressed version of the website than a truly native mobile experience. It’s fine for checking and viewing data but not as practical for actively managing a project while on the go.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superior Resource Balancing: Most tools show you who’s busy, but Celoxis shows you why. It automatically accounts for vacations, time zones, and part-time shifts. And if you over-assign a developer, the system doesn’t just flag the issue it also suggests ways to adjust the timeline.

  ### 31. Seamless Project Management with Powerful Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek B. | System Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is the way it seamlessly integrates project planning, tracking, and reporting within a single platform. It offers clear visibility into project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, making it much easier to keep track of deliverables. The dashboards and reports are particularly useful for monitoring progress and spotting potential risks early on.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One drawback of Celoxis is that its interface can initially seem overwhelming because of the sheer number of features it offers. For new users, the learning curve is somewhat steep, and setting up certain configurations can be time-consuming. A more user-friendly interface and a simpler onboarding process would greatly enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis addresses typical project management issues such as limited visibility, inefficient resource planning, and frequent missed deadlines. By bringing together project schedules, tasks, budgets, and resource tracking into a single platform, it simplifies the process of monitoring progress and spotting potential problems early on. As a result, planning has become more accurate, team coordination has improved, and overall delivery timelines have benefited. Additionally, it provides greater control over costs and helps balance workload distribution more effectively.

  ### 32. Keeps projects calm and visible!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta R. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how everything lives in one clear workspace instead of being scattered across chats and sheets. The Gantt view helps me see who is doing what and when without me having to chase people. Resource planning feels practical and not overly complicated which makes daily planning less stressful. I also appreciate how fast the interface feels even when our project list gets long.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The mobile app feels basic and I avoid using it.Some settings are buried too deep which slows me down at first.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Celoxis my team kept missing small dependencies and that caused last minute rushes. Now I can spot bottlenecks early and adjust timelines before things go wrong. It has reduced back and forth messages and saved me a lot of coordination time. Clients also get clearer updates because I can pull clean reports quickly.

  ### 33. Powerful Monte Carlo Simulations and Real Time Risk Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi S. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Monte Carlo simulations process thousands of delay scenarios using historical data, external influences, and team velocity inputs. These scenarios are then ranked by total impact cost, probability ranges, and the effort required for mitigation, all presented instantly with clear visual probability curves. Risk registers are directly connected to mitigation owners, featuring automated nudge reminders, escalation routes to executives, and progress trackers that reflect task completion percentages. What-if sliders allow for real-time testing of vendor delays, scope changes, resource losses, or market fluctuations, with results displayed across comprehensive cashflow projections, portfolio overviews, and stakeholder impact summaries.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The default risk scoring weights place too much emphasis on schedule dates, while budget variances and quality risks are underrepresented. This requires manual adjustment to achieve a more balanced risk assessment. When importing risks in bulk from CSV files, probability decimals, custom categories, and linked evidence files are sometimes lost during the process. Additionally, the Chrome extensions designed for quick additions can conflict with the system during bulk updates or when handling large imports, which occasionally causes the browser tab to freeze.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scope padding and overly optimistic estimates have disappeared since Celoxis requires risk-adjusted estimates from the outset, with real-time variance tracking applied to every bid and ongoing project. The platform highlights significant but unlikely threats through executive radar screens, which can be tailored for board meetings or investor presentations. These screens include detailed mitigation plans, and the system automatically documents lessons learned from resolved risks, making them easily searchable for future bids. This process helps build institutional knowledge, leading to improved win rates and higher margins year after year.

  ### 34. A project hub that finally keeps my team in sync!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aneta K. | Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how everything lives in one platform. I plan tasks, track time, check budgets and handle dependencies all without bouncing between apps. The visual timelines and workload views make it easy to see where the pressure is and what needs action now. It feels like the tool understands how real work actually gets done.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The UI can feel a bit old school. At first it takes time to find what I need.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Celoxis we had tasks in separate tools and no clear picture of deadlines. Now all tasks, milestones and team updates sit in one place. That has cut confusion in meetings and reduced missed deadlines. I also see who is overloaded and where I can balance work better which has improved team morale.

  ### 35. Helps me manage projects with better visibility and control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denis V. | Technical Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most is how clearly I can see project progress without chasing updates. Task management and timelines are easy to follow and I can quickly check team workload. It saves me time during planning and review meetings. Overall it keeps things structured without making the process complicated.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some sections feel slightly outdated in design
Takes time to fully understand all features.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues with scattered updates and missed deadlines. Celoxis helped centralize everything so tracking became easier. It improves coordination in the team and reduces back and forth communication. Projects now run more smoothly and I feel more in control.

  ### 36. Quietly reliable for real project work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire A. | Program Strategy Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I did not love Celoxis at first but it grew on me the more I used it. What I really value now is how predictable it feels when projects get complicated. I can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to tiny details without losing context. The way dependencies are shown helps me understand cause and effect in real time which makes planning much less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The learning curve is steeper than I expected. Some useful features are buried too deep in settings. The mobile app still does not feel natural for daily use.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis stops me from overcommitting my team without realizing it. Instead of reacting to crises I can see potential issues days in advance. This has made our delivery more consistent and reduced those last minute panic moments with clients.

  ### 37. Celoxis Delivers a Clear Project Overview with Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naresh S. | Senior Software Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I really like Celoxis’s detailed, well-structured system. I use it regularly because it gives me a clear, comprehensive overview of the status of each project. The reporting feature is especially helpful, since I can quickly generate detailed reports for management whenever needed. After the system was fully implemented, it became much smoother to use in my day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

During implementation, I found the process a bit time-consuming, particularly when migrating older data into the new system. In addition, the mobile version is missing some of the more advanced features that are available on the desktop version.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely resolved the coordination issues within my team. Having everyone working in the same platform has reduced miscommunication and helped us make decisions faster. As a result, we’ve seen a clear improvement in our overall productivity.

  ### 38. Effortless Project, Task, and Deadline Tracking in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The best part of using Celoxis is that how easy it makes the process of tracking projects, tasks and deadlines all in one place. Its well organized dashboard provides clear insights which makes it easier to monitor progress.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface has a good scope of improvement as currently it feels a little old fashioned. A more visually appealing modern interface would be able to attract new users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier it was very difficult to track and manage project updates and deadlines across various tools. Celoxis has provided us with a centralied platform to perform all these tasks which has enhanced team collaboration, monitoring project and deadline fulfillment.

  ### 39. Powerful Project Planning and Reporting That Boosts Team Productivity

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface has a learning curve and configuring advanced features can take time for new user

Celoxis helps centralize project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking, improving visibility, team collaboration, and on-time project delivery.

  ### 40. Effortless Project Management with Real Time Insights and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priya V. | Senior Sales Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

With the ability to drag timelines and adjust dependencies live across different phases, I can immediately see the ripple effects on multiple boards, resources, and budgets, making quick what if testing effortless. Resource heatmaps highlight crunch periods in red and allow me to drill down to individual team members, so I can rebalance workloads or hours before burnout or unexpected resignations occur. Inline file previews, comprehensive version history with diffs, and threaded comments featuring @mentions eliminate version conflicts, ensuring every discussion stays perfectly tied to the relevant work item.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Bulk imports tend to struggle when dealing with messy Excel files, especially those containing unusual formatting, merged cells, or inconsistent headers. Without cleaning up the data beforehand, this often leads to partial failures and even data loss. The permission layers can also be confusing for guests at first, as it takes time to understand the specific role scopes and how inheritance works. Additionally, dashboard widgets sometimes resize unpredictably on ultrawide monitors or during screen sharing, which can disrupt layouts during team presentations or demos.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more dealing with siloed tools that cause conflicts in dates, budgets, assignees, and risks. Celoxis brings everything together by syncing tasks, budgets, and risks into unified, accurate views, with real-time recalculations and clear conflict highlights. You can forecast potential overruns weeks in advance using interactive scenario sliders and sensitivity analysis, automatically notify clients of delays with personalized templates, and compare against previous projects to ensure your bids are realistic and avoid unpleasant surprises later on.

  ### 41. Exceptional Auto Scheduling and Cross-Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunita B. | Chief Data Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The Auto Scheduling logic is something I really appreciate because it recognizes that time is a limited resource. For example, if you assign a 10 hour task to someone who only has 2 hours free today, Celoxis doesn't simply leave the task unaddressed; instead, it provides a clear visual warning.

When it comes to cross-project dependencies, especially in larger organizations where Project A might rely on a deliverable from Project B, Celoxis manages these inter-project links more effectively than most other mid-market tools I've used.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

To get the perfect report, you have to navigate a lot of filters and checkboxes. It’s powerful, but it can feel like you’re coding your project management rather than just do doing .
If not configured correctly, it can spam your inbox with every minor update, which can lead to team members ignoring the tool entirely.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You might believe your team is working at full capacity, yet projects continue to stall. Upon closer inspection, you discover that around 40% of their time is consumed by 'administrative overhead' that goes untracked. The Celoxis Solution: By implementing non project time tracking, managers gain visibility into exactly where time is being lost. This feature lets you classify time spent on activities such as 'Internal Meetings,' 'Training,' or 'Support,' making it possible to compare your team's actual capacity with their theoretical one. While the Project Manager may think the project is on track, the Finance department could point out that spending on external vendors has exceeded the budget. The Celoxis Solution: It incorporates financial tracking including Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Labor Costs directly into the Gantt chart. This integration bridges the 'communication gap,' enabling the PM to monitor budget burn rate within the same interface used for task management.

  ### 42. Powerful Reporting and Clear Project Visibility for Complex Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kajal M. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is its powerful reporting, clear project visibility, and strong resource management. It balances depth with usability, offering customization and flexible deployment, making it ideal for teams managing complex projects efficiently without excessive complexity.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

What I dislike about Celoxis is its dated interface, steep learning curve, and occasional complexity for new users. Navigation can feel unintuitive at times, and advanced features may require extra effort to fully understand and use effectively.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is mainly solving the messy, fragmented nature of project management—things like scattered data, poor visibility, and inefficient resource use.

  ### 43. Clear Project Overview in One Place with an Organized Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

that it provides a clear overview of projects, tasks, and progress in one place. The interface is organized, and it helps keep project information structured and easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As a new user, the only challenge was getting familiar with the different features and settings at the beginning. Once you understand the workflow, it becomes much easier to use.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps organize projects, track tasks, and improve visibility into project progress. It reduces the need to manage information across different tools and makes it easier to stay aligned with project goals and deadlines.

  ### 44. All-in-One Project Management Made Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishwas M. | Senior Electrician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is how it unifies planning, execution, and tracking within a single interface. Timelines, task statuses, team workloads, and costs are all displayed together, so I no longer need to switch between various spreadsheets and dashboards just to get a straightforward status update. The platform manages multiple projects simultaneously without becoming unwieldy; when I adjust a major deadline, it immediately reveals which tasks, team members, and budgets will be affected. I also value how discussions, files, and updates are attached directly to the relevant work items, which significantly reduces those constant requests for the latest version and makes it easy to track the project’s history.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

For me, the main drawback of Celoxis is that it doesn't feel lightweight at first. There are numerous screens, filters, and options, which can be overwhelming for someone who just wants a straightforward checklist. Customizing it to fit a particular workflow, such as setting up custom processes or approval chains, requires patience and some trial and error before it feels just right. Additionally, if the team isn't diligent about keeping tasks updated, the views can quickly become out of sync with what's actually happening, so using Celoxis effectively requires a certain level of process discipline.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis addresses my biggest project management challenge: being unaware of issues until it’s too late. Rather than finding out about conflicts and delays at the last minute, I’m able to spot potential resource clashes, tasks that are falling behind, and budget overruns early enough to take action. Status reporting, which used to be a tedious manual process, is now seamlessly integrated into my daily workflow. Dashboards and reports are readily available, so I spend less time tracking down updates and more time refining plans and making real progress on projects.

  ### 45. A steady tool that keeps my team aligned!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas G. | Independent Implementation Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how Celoxis brings everything about a project into one clear workspace. I open it and instantly see who is busy who is free and where deadlines are sitting. The resource view is very practical for planning my week and avoiding overload. I also appreciate how easy it is to adjust timelines when clients change their minds because the whole plan updates smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some reports feel too complex to set up the first time. The mobile experience is not as polished as desktop. A few features take extra clicks that could be simpler.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps me spot delays before they turn into real problems. My team stays more accountable because progress is visible to everyone. I spend less time chasing updates and more time actually delivering work which has improved our turnaround with clients.

  ### 46. Celoxis Review – Improving Project & Financial Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GAURAV S. | Associate Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like Celoxis for its all-in-one approach—combining project management, resource allocation, and financial insights with powerful reporting, which makes decision-making much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One area where Celoxis could improve is its user interface—it can feel a bit complex for new users initially. There’s a learning curve, especially when navigating advanced features. However, once you get familiar with it, the depth of functionality really starts to add value

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the issue of disconnected project and financial data by providing a single source of truth. This benefits me through better visibility, improved efficiency, and more informed decision-making.

  ### 47. Solid project control platform for managing real world delivery pressure!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip M. | Program Execution Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I use Celoxis to plan and track projects that involve multiple teams timelines and budgets and what I like most is the level of control it gives without forcing a rigid process. I can break work into realistic phases assign dependencies and then monitor progress as things move in real time. The resource allocation view helps me understand capacity before committing deadlines which avoids last minute surprises. Reporting is detailed enough to share with leadership while still being grounded in actual task level data.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface is functional but not very modern which can make onboarding slower for new users. Some reports require manual tweaking to match exact stakeholder expectations.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps solve the problem of losing visibility once a project moves from planning to execution. Earlier we relied on updates from different tools and conversations which often caused gaps. With Celoxis progress time usage and costs are tracked together so issues surface earlier. This has helped us stay closer to timelines and have more confident conversations with clients and internal teams.

  ### 48. Strong planning tool that keeps teams aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sven L. | Project Execution Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I find most useful is how Celoxis brings planning and execution together in one place. I can break down projects into tasks set dependencies and track progress without switching tools. The timeline view makes it easy to adjust plans when priorities shift and still keep everything organized

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The system can feel heavy when handling very large project structures. Some features take time to discover because of the number of options available.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating work across different teams requires clarity on tasks deadlines and ownership. Celoxis centralizes all this information so everyone works from the same plan. This reduces confusion and helps keep projects moving in the right direction.

  ### 49. Very helpful in project management and keep complex work organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lars H. | Resource Management Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I use Celoxis to manage multiple projects at the same time and what stands out most is how everything stays connected in one system. I plan projects with detailed tasks dependencies and timelines and then track progress without switching tools. The resource management view is especially helpful because I can clearly see who is overloaded and who has availability before assigning new work. Dashboards give me a real time picture of project health costs and timelines which helps during internal reviews and client updates.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface takes some time to get used to especially for new team members. Initial setup requires careful configuration to match real workflows.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project information that earlier lived in spreadsheets emails and separate tools. Now planning tracking time logging and budgeting happen in one place which reduces errors and miscommunication. This has improved delivery predictability and made it easier to explain project status to stakeholders with accurate data instead of assumptions.

  ### 50. Balanced project tool that keeps execution on track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elliot F. | Portfolio Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis gives me a structured way to manage projects without making things rigid. I can define tasks set dependencies and track timelines in a way that feels natural. The Gantt charts help visualize how work is progressing and where adjustments are needed.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some features are not immediately obvious and take time to learn.
The interface can feel a bit heavy when managing large projects.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple projects requires clarity on timelines and responsibilities. Celoxis keeps everything organized in one place so tasks do not get lost. This makes it easier to monitor progress and ensure work is moving as expected.
