## Celoxis Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful All-in-One Project Management, but a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Data Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how everything is in one place. It makes managing projects, tracking tasks, and keeping an eye on timelines much easier without needing multiple tools. The dashboards are actually useful and give a clear overview of what’s going on, which helps a lot when you’re juggling different projects. I also like how customizable it is, you can adjust things to fit your workflow instead of forcing yourself into a rigid system.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you’re new to project management tools. There’s a bit of a learning curve before everything starts to click. Some features also feel slightly clunky or take a few extra steps than you’d expect, which can slow things down. It’s powerful, but not the most intuitive straight away.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps keep everything organised in one place, which solves the problem of scattered information across emails, spreadsheets, and different tools. It makes it easier to track progress, manage deadlines, and stay on top of team workloads. Because of that, it saves time and reduces confusion, especially when working on multiple projects at once. Overall, it just makes project management feel more structured and less chaotic.

  ### 2. All in one project system that handles complexity well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor H. | Program Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis works well when you are handling multiple projects with different requirements. I can track deadlines budgets and team effort in one place which removes a lot of confusion. The reporting side is very useful since I can quickly see project health without building reports from scratch. I also like how it connects tasks with financial data so nothing feels disconnected.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Learning curve is noticeable when you start using it
Some features are not very intuitive at first.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues with scattered project data and no clear visibility on costs and timelines. Celoxis fixed that by centralizing everything which makes tracking much easier. It improved how we allocate resources and helped avoid delays because we can spot issues earlier. Overall it made project execution more predictable and organized.

  ### 3. A Well-Structured Platform That Brings Clarity to Project Execution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I’ve come to appreciate Celoxis for its strong reporting and real-time visibility into project health. The dashboards and analytics make it easier to track progress, costs, and resource utilization in one place, helping teams make informed decisions and stay aligned with project goals.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis could improve by simplifying certain workflows and improving UI responsiveness in some areas. Advanced configuration options are powerful but can feel overwhelming, so clearer in-app guidance or simplified views for day-to-day users would enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped us bring all our project planning, tracking, and reporting into one place. Earlier, we used multiple tools and spreadsheets, which often led to confusion and missed updates. Now we can clearly see task timelines, responsibilities, and overall project progress in real time. It has also improved team coordination, because everyone gets automatic updates and knows exactly what they need to work on. Overall, it has reduced delays and made our workflow much more organized.

  ### 4. Celoxis Keeps Campaigns and Team Tasks Organized in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like that Celoxis makes it easier to keep campaigns and team tasks organized. I can track deadlines, assign work, and see the progress of different marketing activities in one place. It is especially helpful when coordinating with content, creative, and performance teams, as everyone has better visibility into what needs to be done and when.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has many useful features, but it can feel a little overwhelming at first. Some advanced settings, reports, and customization options take time to understand. The interface could also be more intuitive in a few areas, especially when managing multiple projects or creating detailed reports.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps me manage marketing campaigns, tasks, and deadlines in one place. It improves coordination across the team, reduces manual follow-ups, and gives me better visibility into project progress.

  ### 5. A Practical Tool for Project Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charu W. | Associate Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis made project tracking simple and organized. The dashboards, reports, and task management features helped my team stay on schedule without much manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel a bit busy at first and some features take time to learn. After using it regularly , through , it becomes much easier to work with.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps us keep projects, tasks, and resources organized in one place. It gives better visibility into project progress, reduces manual tracking, and makes it easier to meet deadlines. This has improved team cordination and helped us to make better plans.

  ### 6. Replaced multiple tools and made project tracking easier, but the interface could be smoother.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maha E. | Transcriptionist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how it simplifies managing multiple projects at once without losing control. The Gantt charts are interactive and easy to work with, so I can adjust timelines and immediately see how changes affect everything downstream. It also replaces several tools I used before; everything from planning to reporting lives in one place now, which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel clunky and unintuitive at times, especially when navigating between tasks and projects. The recent update v15 removed the ability to allocate hours for multiple resources on a task, which forced me to switch to percentages and made scheduling less flexible.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of juggling multiple disconnected tools and spreadsheets to track projects, which benefits me by keeping everything in one place. Before it, I struggled with scattered data and manual reporting, but now I have full visibility into project timelines and progress without extra work. It also helps me catch issues early by showing real-time project health, so I can make adjustments before small problems become big ones.

  ### 7. Project visibility we actually trust now!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ingrid H. | PMO Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Budget tracking across multiple projects at once is something Celoxis handles better than anything else we tried. I can see financial health alongside task progress in the same view which means fewer surprise conversations with clients about scope. The custom dashboards have become something my entire team checks every morning without being asked.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Setting up complex project templates the first time requires patience. There are a lot of options and without proper guidance it is easy to overconfigure things and create more confusion than clarity. I would appreciate a guided setup mode for new projects that walks you through only what is essential.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juggling eight to ten active client projects simultaneously was creating constant prioritization problems for my team. Celoxis gave us a single place where dependencies and workloads are visible so nobody is making decisions based on incomplete information anymore. Missed deadlines have dropped noticeably since we got everyone working inside the platform consistently.

  ### 8. Celoxis Keeps Project Notes and Files Organized in One Central Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemant S. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While working with Celoxis, I found its knowledge organization and project documentation features very useful. During projects, a lot of information can easily get scattered across different places—emails, shared drives, and chat messages. Celoxis’ ability to link notes, files, and updates directly to tasks helps keep everything project-related organized in one central place. As a result, it’s much easier to track down a past decision, discussion, or reference later on.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

However, the full value of documentation is only realized when the team keeps it up to date. If people don’t make a habit of adding files or notes to the system, information can quickly end up scattered across different channels. Also, it can take some time to learn how to use the search filters properly in order to track down older documents.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fragmentation of project knowledge used to be a real issue. Previously, when a team member left a project or changed roles, their information often went with them. Now, discussions, documents, and updates are all recorded in the system, so the knowledge stays with the project. This helps maintain continuity, gives new team members context quickly, and makes the project’s history much easier to follow. Overall, this tool has made project information more organized, consistent, and accessible.

  ### 9. Celoxis Makes Project Planning More Realistic and Practical

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megha D. | Program Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One clear observation I’ve made about Celoxis is that it helps make project planning more realistic. Too often, project deadlines are set without an accurate estimate of actual capacity and workload. Celoxis’s scheduling and planning tools let me arrange tasks in a way that makes the timeline feel practical rather than purely theoretical. I’ve found this especially useful because it cuts down on how often I need to go back and revise the project timeline.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Regarding limitations, the system’s full benefits are only realized when project data is kept accurate and up to date. If tasks or progress aren’t updated consistently, the planning insights may be less reliable. In addition, some users may initially find the scheduling options a bit too detailed, so they may need a little time to get familiar with how the system works.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped reduce my biggest challenge here: unrealistic deadlines and last-minute adjustments. Before, dependencies between projects weren’t always clear, which often led to unexpected delays. Now, many potential issues are identified during the planning stage, so the timeline feels more practical. It also reduces pressure on the team and makes it possible to complete projects at a steady, sustainable pace.

  ### 10. Celoxis Makes Client Collaboration Transparent and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debashish K. | Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The most interesting aspect for me was the client collaboration and external visibility. Many projects require frequent progress updates for clients, and that can take up a lot of time. With selective access and shared project views in Celoxis, the relevant information can be shown directly to clients. This cuts down on unnecessary emails and status meetings. I found this approach very practical because it improves transparency and helps strengthen trust.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

However, when granting access to external users, it's essential to set permissions correctly. If roles and visibility aren't configured correctly, users may see more or less information than they should. Additionally, some clients may need to be taught how to navigate the platform initially, especially if they haven't worked with a project management system before.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has significantly reduced my biggest problem here: constant status reporting and communication overload. Before, it took a lot of time to prepare project updates, but now stakeholders can check progress on their own. That saves the team time and makes our discussions more meaningful and focused. Overall, communication is clearer, there are fewer misunderstandings, and projects move forward more smoothly.

  ### 11. Good for long term project planning but not something teams master instantly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kavya M. | Director Of Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The strongest part for us has been planning visibility over longer project cycles. We manage work that stretches across months, sometimes quarters, and Celoxis makes it easier to understand how current decisions affect future workload and delivery timelines.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It takes time before the platform starts feeling comfortable. People who only need simple task tracking may initially feel like there is too much happening on screen.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One issue we had earlier was unrealistic planning. Projects looked manageable at the start, but as timelines overlapped, resource pressure became obvious too late. That usually created rushed delivery periods near deadlines.

  ### 12. Celoxis Dashboards and Live Insights Make Project Decisions Faster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit V. | AI/ML Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I’ve found that this tool makes decision-making much easier. In project management, one of the biggest challenges is getting the right information at the right time, and Celoxis addresses that well. Its dashboards and live data insights make it simple to quickly understand a project’s current status. I especially liked that key details about progress, costs, and team activity are all available in one place, so I don’t have to dig through separate reports. Overall, this setup helps managers make faster, more confident decisions.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

However, to get the most out of the system, some initial setup is required. If the dashboards and data fields aren’t configured properly, the information may not be as useful or as easy to interpret. Some users may find that entering data into the system involves too many steps at first, but over time the process becomes familiar and routine.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the real value of Celoxis became clear once we started getting fast, reliable visibility into our projects. Before, a lot of decisions were based on guesswork; now, with the insights the system provides, planning feels much more practical and grounded in data. As a result, we’ve reduced the risk of misaligned priorities and made project outcomes more predictable. Overall, this tool takes project management beyond simple tracking and supports better strategic decision-making.

  ### 13. Excellent Risk Visibility and Progress Tracking for Keeping Projects on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priya R. | Senior Back-End Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I found the risk visibility and project monitoring features very useful. In many projects, small issues aren’t obvious in the moment, and they can later turn into major delays. Celoxis’s risk indicators and progress monitoring tools make it easier to quickly understand where a project stands. I also liked the progress tracking system, which clearly shows the status of tasks, milestones, and deadlines. This helps managers take timely corrective action and keep the project on track.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As for drawbacks, some monitoring dashboards can take a while to customize fully. At first, users may need some time to figure out which metrics are most useful for each purpose. In addition, when project data is large, analyzing reports can take extra effort and feel a bit more time-consuming.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely solved my biggest problem: identifying hidden risks in projects in a timely manner. In the past, many issues only surfaced when deadlines were close, but now the progress indicators and alerts help flag potential problems much earlier. This gives the team time to make adjustments when they still matter and keeps project delivery more stable. Overall, the tool has made our project monitoring more proactive, controlled, and easier to manage.

  ### 14. Celoxis Makes Time Tracking Clear and Planning More Realistic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash P. | Azure Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While using Celoxis, I found its time management and productivity tracking features to be very effective. It’s often hard to see where a team’s time is truly going across different projects, but Celoxis’ time-tracking tools make it much clearer. Team members can log time against their tasks without much effort, and managers can quickly identify which activities are consuming the most time. As a result, planning feels more realistic, and it’s easier to create better estimates for future projects.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The time-tracking feature takes a bit of discipline at first to adopt properly. If team members don’t log their time consistently, the data won’t be as accurate. Some users may also find entering time every day a little repetitive. In addition, customizing time reports can sometimes require extra configuration to get them set up the way you want.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely solved my biggest problem: the lack of a clear way to measure project productivity. Before using it, it was hard to understand why a task was delayed or how effectively resources were being used. Now, the detailed time insights make it much easier to spot bottlenecks, understand where work is getting stuck, and improve processes. As a result, I can manage project timelines more confidently and see a gradual increase in team efficiency. Overall, this tool has made my project management approach more data-driven and performance-focused.

  ### 15. Celoxis Streamlines Workflows with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaymin D. | AI Implementation Consultant, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The first thing that stood out to me when working with Celoxis was its strong focus on automation and workflow efficiency. A lot of project management tools stop at task tracking, but Celoxis also helps automate repetitive activities. For instance, you can automate task updates, reminders, and approval flows, which cuts down on manual follow-ups. I also appreciated that notifications and alerts arrive on time, keeping team members aware of deadlines and responsibilities. Overall, it makes the workflow smoother, more consistent, and more disciplined.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

However, there’s still some room for improvement. Setting up automation rules can take a bit of trial and error at first to get the trigger conditions right. The interface is feature-rich, but the sheer number of options can sometimes make it harder to quickly locate the settings you need. In addition, certain integrations may require a more technical setup before they can be activated.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to problem-solving, Celoxis has significantly reduced the hassle of constant follow-ups and manual coordination for my team. In the past, tracking task progress required frequent back-and-forth communication, which was both time-consuming and draining. Now, the system automatically tracks updates and sends the necessary alerts, so we don’t have to chase information or remind people as often. This has had a direct impact on productivity: the team spends less time on operational overhead and more time on actual project execution. Overall, Celoxis has made our workflow more automated, better organized, and more reliable.

  ### 16. Celoxis Makes Portfolio Oversight and Milestone Tracking Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish D. | Machine Learning Consultant, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I found the portfolio management and high-level project overview features very useful. When multiple projects are running at the same time, it can be hard to keep track of each one’s status individually. Celoxis’s portfolio view brings the progress, risks, and milestones for all projects together in one place, which makes it easier for the leadership team to review everything at a glance and make strategic decisions. I also liked the milestone tracking, because it helps break large goals into smaller stages, monitor them more closely, and spot delays quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As for the drawbacks, it sometimes takes a bit of extra configuration to fully tailor the portfolio dashboards. For new users, seeing so much information all at once can feel a little overwhelming at first. In addition, some of the visualization options could be more interactive, which would make the data presentation more engaging and easier to explore.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has significantly simplified my biggest challenge: efficiently managing multiple projects at the same time. Before, I had to piece together the status of each project from different tools or separate reports, which took a lot of time. Now, with a centralized portfolio view, we have a clear, organization-wide picture of all projects in one place. This has strengthened planning, helped ensure the right priorities, and made overall project coordination much more effective.

  ### 17. Celoxis Makes Project Budgeting and Financial Tracking Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanvi R. | Database Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While using Celoxis, I found its financial tracking and project budgeting features to be the most useful. It can be hard to clearly see the difference between actual spending and the planned budget on a project, but Celoxis’s built-in expense tracking and budget monitoring have made that much easier for me. I also appreciated being able to view profitability and cost performance at the project level, since it helps managers quickly understand which projects are delivering the expected results and where adjustments may be needed.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some financial reports take a bit of extra effort to customize fully. Getting the right budget fields and expense categories set up at the start can also be time-consuming. On top of that, the system can occasionally feel a little slow when generating detailed financial reports, particularly when there’s a large volume of data.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely solved my biggest problem: a lack of visibility into project costs. Before, expenses had to be tracked in separate spreadsheets, which often led to errors and confusion. Now all the financial information is centralized, and I can track it in real time. That makes it much easier to spot overspending early and keep projects within budget. Overall, this tool has made my project management not only task-focused, but also financially accountable.

  ### 18. Celoxis Makes Resource Planning and Workload Management Crystal Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush S. | Product Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While using Celoxis, I found its resource planning and workload management features the most useful. On large projects, it can be hard to see who is carrying what workload, but Celoxis’s resource allocation tools make that much clearer. As a result, it’s easier to distribute tasks more effectively and avoid putting unnecessary pressure on the team. I also appreciated the visual planning system: timelines and dependencies are easy to see at a glance, which helps keep project execution more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As for drawbacks, the more detailed features can take a bit of time to understand at first, especially if you’re coming from simpler project management tools. Customizing certain dashboards also takes some extra setup, and at times the formatting when exporting reports doesn’t feel as flexible as I’d like. That said, once I used it regularly, the overall workflow felt stable and reliable.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely addressed my biggest issues—team workload imbalance and unclear project visibility—to a great extent. Before, tasks were often assigned unevenly, and we didn’t have a clear, reliable overview of project progress. Now I can see the availability of every resource, and planning feels much more realistic. As a result, delays have been reduced, productivity has improved, and project delivery is more organized. Overall, this tool has made our project management more balanced, transparent, and efficient.

  ### 19. Scalable, Secure Portfolio Management That Grows with Your Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashok s. | Senior Data Privacy Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While working with Celoxis, I was most impressed by its scalability. As projects expand and team sizes increase, the tool adjusts smoothly to match those changes. Its portfolio management feature also makes it straightforward to keep an eye on multiple projects at the same time. I found the role-based access control especially practical as well, since it ensures each person sees only the information they need. That helps maintain both data security and overall clarity.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As for drawbacks, using the advanced filters can sometimes feel a bit too technical, especially for non-technical users. Without some initial training, it’s hard to fully understand what the tool is capable of. I also found that personalizing certain dashboards takes extra configuration, which can be time-consuming for beginners.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has effectively addressed my biggest challenge: the growing complexity of management as we scale. In the past, as projects expanded, coordination and monitoring became increasingly difficult. Now, with a centralized system in place, we can maintain control, reduce duplication, and standardize reporting. This has also made long-term planning easier, and it has helped create a more structured and sustainable project ecosystem across the organization.

  ### 20. Celoxis Excels at Governance, Compliance, and Portfolio Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit C. | Innovative Manager
, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While using Celoxis, I found its governance and compliance capabilities to be particularly strong. Managing policies, approvals, and documentation across large projects can be challenging, but Celoxis’s workflow approvals and audit trail help maintain a secure, traceable record of every activity. I also found the document management and version control features very useful, since they reduce confusion when multiple file versions are in circulation. In addition, the portfolio-level view makes it easy to track the status of several projects at once, which supports better strategic planning.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Shortcomings: Detailed configuration can sometimes be time-consuming, particularly when an organization’s processes are complex. The interface is functional, but some users may find it a bit traditional in look and feel. In addition, presentations could be improved by offering more creative layout options within the reporting templates.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely solved my biggest challenge: process inconsistency and gaps in documentation. Before, approvals and records lived in different places, which made it hard to track what happened and when. Now, each action is properly logged in one place, increasing accountability and making compliance much easier to maintain. Overall, this tool has made our project management more controlled, transparent, and consistently policy-driven.

  ### 21. Easy Task Tracking and Reporting That Keeps Projects on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash R. | Packaged App Development Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

It's easy to track tasks, timelines, and team progress, and the reporting features help me stay on top of projects without spending too much time managing them.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

  ### 22. Celoxis Makes Risk, Forecasting, and Capacity Planning Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While using Celoxis, I found the risk management and forecasting sections very useful. The tool not only shows current progress, but also helps me anticipate future workload and potential risks. I especially liked the capacity planning feature, which makes it easier to predict the pressure on the team in the coming weeks. The scenario planning feature also makes it simple to compare different strategies, which supports more confident decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Some modules can feel a bit limited when it comes to customization flexibility. The initial setup also takes some time, since you need to define the right fields and workflows upfront. I’ve occasionally noticed performance lags with larger data sets, but it hasn’t been a major issue in day-to-day use.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has significantly reduced my biggest problem: unexpected delays and unplanned workload. In the past, projects were managed reactively, but now planning is much more proactive. Risks are identified early, resources can be adjusted in a timely way, and deadlines can be set more realistically. As a result, project execution feels more stable, predictable, and under control.

  ### 23. Celoxis Bridges Planning and Execution with Powerful Dependencies and Milestones

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jiya J. | Web Developer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

My experience with Celoxis was unique because it helped bridge the gap between planning and execution. I found the dependency management feature especially useful, since complex projects often involve interconnected tasks, and even a small delay can affect the overall timeline. The milestone tracking also makes it easier to break down larger goals into smaller, achievable targets. In addition, the built-in timesheets and approval workflows have added structure to our internal process and made it feel more organized.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

In terms of drawbacks, the interface can occasionally feel cluttered because there’s so much information on screen at once. New users would benefit from stronger onboarding, since it can take a while to fully understand all the features. The integration options are solid overall, but some third-party tools may still require manual setup and a few adjustments to get everything working smoothly.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely resolved my team’s biggest challenges: managing delays and closing the accountability gap. Task dependencies are now clearly mapped, approvals move through on time, and bottlenecks are spotted quickly. As a result, we’ve cut down on unnecessary hold-ups and made our delivery timeline far more predictable. Overall, the tool has brought more discipline to our project workflow and helped keep everything well coordinated.

  ### 24. Our project delivery got measurably better after switching!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudia R. | Project Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Portfolio level visibility is where Celoxis has made the biggest difference for how our PMO operates day to day. I can see the health of every active project across the organisation in one view without chasing updates from individual project leads. The workload balancing tools have also helped us have much more honest conversations about capacity before problems surface rather than after.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The notification settings take time to configure properly and out of the box they can feel overwhelming.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no reliable way to see how project delays in one area were creating downstream pressure on other teams. Celoxis made those dependencies visible and trackable so our project leads now make decisions with the full picture in front of them. Client satisfaction has improved as a direct result because we are catching risks early enough to communicate proactively rather than apologising reactively.

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While using Celoxis, I found its analytics and performance-tracking capabilities to be genuinely unique and impactful. It isn’t just a tool for assigning tasks; it also supports measurable project performance. I especially appreciated the KPI tracking and variance analysis features because they make it easy to understand actual progress in relation to the project plan. The budget monitoring and profitability tracking options also improve financial control, which is particularly helpful for business-focused projects.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

In terms of drawbacks, the interface can sometimes feel a bit sluggish when there’s a lot of data loaded. Creating certain advanced reports can also take some time to process. Additionally, if you only need basic task management, you may find the tool more complex than necessary.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has solved my biggest challenge: a lack of visibility into performance. Before, we assessed project progress largely based on estimates; now, everything is backed by data. As a result, planning feels more realistic, risks are spotted earlier, and we can take corrective action in time. Overall, this tool has made my project management approach more analytical, transparent, and results-driven.

  ### 27. Celoxis Makes Collaboration and Client Transparency Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushi R. | Database Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

While working with Celoxis, I found its collaboration and communication features to be the strongest. This goes beyond basic project tracking and helps with team coordination through discussion threads, file sharing, and centralized updates. I also appreciated the client access feature, which lets external stakeholders have controlled visibility into projects. That added transparency and reduced the need to send frequent status emails. The automation rules also help manage repetitive tasks automatically, which cuts down on manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As for the drawbacks, the ability to fully customize certain reports is somewhat limited. The notification system also sometimes sends too many alerts, so it takes manual tweaking to get them under control. In addition, configuring the right workflow during the initial setup can be challenging, especially in organizations with multiple departments involved.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely solved my biggest challenge: fragmented communication and team misalignment. Before, updates were spread across multiple channels, which led to confusion, missed context, and delays. Now, conversations, documents, and task updates all live in one place, so it’s much easier to stay aligned. As a result, coordination has improved, approvals move faster, and overall project delivery feels more streamlined and predictable.

  ### 28. Celoxis Delivers Powerful Control, Flexible Planning, and Management-Friendly Reporting

While using Celoxis, I found its mix of control and flexibility genuinely powerful. It lets me plan projects down to a very detailed level—covering task dependencies, budget allocation, and resource scheduling. I especially appreciated the reporting engine because it makes it straightforward to create customized reports and present a clear, management-friendly view of progress. The time logs and expense tracking also help me quantify project performance, which in turn supports better, more informed decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As for drawbacks, the initial setup can be somewhat time-consuming, particularly when an organization’s requirements are complex. The wide range of features may also feel overwhelming for some users, which can add to the learning curve. Mobile access is available and works, but it doesn’t offer the same level of detail or overall experience as the desktop version.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely eliminated my biggest challenge: scattered planning and unclear accountability. Now, every project phase is clearly defined, responsibilities are easy to see, and progress is tracked in real time. As a result, we’ve reduced delays, spent less time on follow-ups, and made execution feel much more structured. For me, this tool has been genuinely helpful in shifting project management from reactive to proactive.

On top of that, the resource forecasting helps predict future workloads, which makes overall planning feel more accurate and effective.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

As for the drawbacks, it can sometimes take a bit of extra time to configure the more detailed settings. For smaller projects, you may not end up using its full capacity. The interface is functional, but the design could feel more modern. That said, performance is stable, and once everything is set up, the workflow runs smoothly.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has significantly improved project coordination for my team. In the past, communication gaps and confusion around deadlines were a real problem, but now each activity is clearly mapped out. Progress tracking is transparent, and the data helps support better decision-making. Overall, it has made our execution more disciplined and has led to a noticeable improvement in delivery quality.

What I like about celoxis is, it is a good all in one project management tool which provides good resource planning and reporting. This is especially useful when managing multiple projects and visibility of workloads, timelines and budgets.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I find the interface of celoxis is not much intuitive. Its bit overwhelming for the people who are new to the platform. So onboarding of new users is a bit frustrating.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, celoxis has solved the problem of jumping between multiple tools like excel, jira, mails etc. We no longer have to use multiple tools. ### 32. Clean Setup and Smooth Automation for Lead and Workflow Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

Built smarter systems with Celoxi today, and it’s looking solid so far. The setup is clean, the automation runs smoothly, and it’s genuinely useful for managing leads, follow-ups, and workflows without a bunch of unnecessary complexity. It feels like one of those tools that can save businesses serious time when it’s set up and used properly. AI + automation is only getting bigger, and this fits right into that direction.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxi has a lot of potential, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. Some parts feel overcomplicated when they should be straightforward, the UI can get cluttered quickly, and the automations still need refining before they feel truly seamless. Overall, it’s good software, but if they simplify the experience and make the setup process smoother, it could become a serious player in the AI automation space.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been testing Celoxi properly, and there’s definitely potential, but a few things are holding it back right now. The dashboard can feel cluttered, some workflows take too many steps to set up, and the automation side still needs refining before it feels truly seamless. I also think the onboarding could be much better for new users, because not everyone wants to spend hours figuring the system out.

If they simplify the UI, improve speed and performance, add more plug-and-play templates, and make the AI automations smarter out of the box, it could become a very serious platform. The foundation is already there; it just needs polishing and a smoother overall user experience.

  ### 39. Powerful Celoxis Features, but a Steep Learning Curve and Cluttered Interface

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maiyah C. | Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I’ve found Celoxis to be a very solid project management tool, especially for teams handling complex projects. It offers strong planning features like Gantt charts, task dependencies, and detailed scheduling, which make it easier to stay on top of timelines and deliverables.

One of the biggest advantages is its resource and budget tracking. You can clearly see who’s overloaded, how time is being spent, and whether projects are staying within budget. The reporting tools are also quite powerful, which is helpful for managers who need real visibility into performance and progress.

That said, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features. The interface isn’t the most modern-looking, and smaller teams might find it more than they actually need.

Overall, Celoxis is a strong choice for medium to large teams that want detailed control over projects, resources, and finances. If you’re looking for depth and robust reporting rather than a super simple task manager, it’s definitely worth considering.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One of the main downsides of Celoxis is that it can feel overwhelming at first due to its wide range of features and customization options. While the depth is great for complex project environments, the learning curve can be steep for new users. The interface, although functional, isn’t the most modern or intuitive, which can make navigation feel a bit cluttered. Setup and configuration may also take time, especially if you’re trying to tailor it to specific workflows. For smaller teams with simple project needs, it may feel like more system than necessary.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves several common project management challenges, and here’s how that benefits you: it brings all of your planning, tracking, and reporting into one place so you don’t have to juggle multiple tools. It helps you clearly define project timelines, dependencies, and milestones, which makes it easier to stay on schedule and identify risks early. Its resource management capabilities let you see who’s available and who’s overloaded, helping you balance workloads and make better staffing decisions. The financial tracking features give you a clear view of budgets, actual costs, and profitability, which is especially helpful if you need to justify spending or forecast future projects. All of this combines to improve overall visibility, reduce guesswork, and support smarter decision-making, which can make your project delivery more predictable and your team more productive.

It takes some time to get comfortable with all the features in the beginning. The UI could feel a bit heavy until you customize it to your workflow.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier reconciliation used to take a lot of time with manual checks and mismatches. Now most of it is automated and exceptions are clearly highlighted.

This helps in closing books faster and reduces the chances of human error. It also improves accuracy which is important during audits and reporting

**Reviewed by:** Deepak Y. | IT Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The reporting system is one of its strongest features. The ability to generate detailed, customizable reports has helped us present accurate performance insights to stakeholders without spending extra hours compiling data manually. The real time dashboards make it easy to track project health, monitor progress, and identify bottlenecks before they become serious issues.

Resource management is another area where Celoxis performs exceptionally well. We can clearly see team workload distribution, prevent over allocation, and forecast upcoming capacity needs. This has improved productivity and reduced last-minute project stress significantly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The learning curve can feel a bit steep for new users. The interface works, but it could look more modern and visually polished. Also, some of the more advanced configuration options may require initial training to use confidently.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Celoxis, we relied heavily on spreadsheets and several disconnected tools to handle project tracking and budgeting. I like Celoxis best because it lets me manage my entire project management process in one place. I use it every day for detailed task planning, setting deadlines, tracking my team’s progress, and reviewing reports. I also appreciate that Celoxis integrates well with other tools, so I don’t have to keep switching back and forth between different software.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

If I had to point out one drawback, it would be the initial complexity. When I first started using Celoxis, the interface felt a bit overwhelming, and it took me some time to understand all the available options. During implementation, I had to do quite a bit of configuration, and it also took time for the team to adapt to the system. Overall, the learning curve can feel a little long for new users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has solved my biggest problem: the lack of visibility and control over my projects. Before, I had to pull information from several different sources, which was time-consuming and made it harder to stay on top of things. Now I can see everything in one place on a single dashboard. As a result, my planning has improved, delays have been reduced, and I’m able to make timely, well-informed decisions.

  ### 46. All-in-One Project Planning with Powerful Scheduling and What-If Analysis

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is that it brings project planning, resource management, and portfolio visibility together in one easy-to-use platform. The dynamic scheduling and what-if analysis features make it much easier to adjust plans and quickly understand how changes will affect teams.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface lags behind modern competitors in some areas. Whilst the AI features are useful, they have not yet reached a level of in-depth analytics. The mobile experience meets basic needs but needs to be improved.(I am considering other options.)

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis centralizes project planning, resource allocation, and workflow automation. It reduces manual replanning and helps us quickly understand the impact of changes, which improves predictability and team coordination.

  ### 47. A practical project hub that keeps my team aligned!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas H. | Operations Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I appreciate how I can jump straight into my active projects without searching through long lists. The task board gives me a clear sense of progress and I can quickly see what is blocked or behind schedule. Budget tracking inside the same workspace is helpful because I do not have to switch to another tool just to check numbers. I also like how easy it is to tag people and get responses directly inside the platform instead of chasing them elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The learning curve is slightly heavy for new users. Some advanced settings feel buried inside menus instead of being visible upfront.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has replaced scattered spreadsheets and random chat updates that used to cause confusion about who was doing what. I now get a clearer picture of delays and bottlenecks which helps me plan realistically with clients. This has reduced firefighting and improved on time delivery for most of our projects.

  ### 48. Powerful Reporting and Full Project Visibility with Flexible Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sourabh r. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis stands out for powerful reporting, end-to-end project visibility, and strong resource management. It combines advanced analytics with customizable workflows and flexible deployment options, helping teams plan, track, and optimize projects efficiently, though it may require some learning initially.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has some downsides too—mainly it feels complex at first, with a confusing UI and steep learning curve. Setup takes time, customization can be overwhelming, and it lacks ready templates, so beginners may struggle initially.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves problems like scattered project data, poor resource planning, and lack of clear tracking. It benefits me by keeping everything in one place, improving planning, saving time, and helping me make better decisions with clear reports and insights.

  ### 49. Real Time Budget Visibility That Transforms Client Conversations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emeka C. | PMO Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The financial tracking inside active projects is something our account managers now use as confidently as our project leads do. Budget consumption against milestones is visible in real time so nobody is waiting for end of month reports to find out a project is trending over. That live financial visibility has fundamentally changed how we have commercial conversations with clients mid project rather than after the damage is done.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Bulk editing tasks across multiple projects simultaneously is more cumbersome than it should be for a platform at this level.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were running a growing project portfolio with no reliable way to see how individual project health connected to overall business performance. Celoxis bridged that gap by giving our leadership team a portfolio view that links delivery status directly to revenue impact.

  ### 50. Makes handling multiple projects feel more organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan P. | Technical Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I like how everything is in one place and I don’t have to jump between tools. Project tracking feels clear and I can quickly see where things are stuck. The dashboards give me a real sense of progress without needing to dig too much. I also find the reporting quite useful when I need to update clients or my team.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I don't find any functional problem in my experience

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it I had issues managing multiple projects and deadlines were slipping. Now I can track timelines resources and tasks in one flow. It helps me avoid confusion and keeps the team aligned. I spend less time checking status manually and more time actually working on important tasks.
