## Celoxis Reviews
  ### 1. Good balance between project tracking and resource planning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon H. | Program Execution Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I started using Celoxis mainly for project scheduling but ended up relying on it heavily for resource management as well. The workload view is genuinely useful because it quickly shows where team capacity is getting stretched. That visibility helps avoid situations where one team member quietly becomes overloaded while others still have availability.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform has a lot of depth which is useful later on but can feel overwhelming during the first few weeks.
Some menus could be simplified because certain settings are buried deeper than expected.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue was losing visibility once multiple projects were running at the same time. Different teams were tracking work differently and status updates became inconsistent. Celoxis solved that by giving everyone a shared structure for timelines ownership and reporting.

  ### 2. Celoxis: Easy to Use, Quick to Implement, and Packed with Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav A. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like high-quality about Celoxis is its standard ease of use, mainly when you get familiar with the dashboard and format. The ease of implementation is stable, because it doesn’t take too long to configure projects and workflows in keeping with group needs. I use it frequently to track timelines and assets, and the range of capabilities—from budgeting to reporting—is quite comprehensive with out feeling needless. The ease of integration with other tools enables streamline procedures, and on every occasion wished, customer service has been responsive and beneficial in resolving queries.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One thing I dislike about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning, especially with so many features and configuration options. It takes some time to fully understand all the functionalities, and the interface can feel slightly overwhelming for new users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the hassle of scattered task statistics and shortage of visibility into timelines, assets, and budgets. It brings the entirety into one based machine, so I can music development, manage workloads, and become aware of dangers early. This blessings me by improving planning, reducing delays, and assisting make extra knowledgeable decisions with out continuously following up for updates.

  ### 3. All-in-One Project Management with Customizable, Real-Time Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanit S. | Digital Marketing Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

brings project planning, resource management, time tracking, and reporting together in one platform. The dashboards are easy to customize, making it simple to track project progress, budgets, and team workload in real time

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

At first, it took me some time to get comfortable with the platform because there are a lot of features and menus to explore. A few tasks that seem simple can require multiple clicks, and customizing reports isn't always as intuitive as I'd like. Once you get used to it, it works well, but the initial learning experience could definitely be smoother.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps keep projects, tasks, timelines, and team workloads organized in one place, so it's much easier to track progress and stay on top of deadlines

  ### 4. Very helpful practical project management platform that keeps everything organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I use Celoxis to manage multiple client projects and one thing I really like is how much information it brings together in one place. Resource planning project tracking budgeting and reporting are connected so I do not have to jump between different tools. The dashboards make it easy to understand project status and identify issues before they become bigger problems.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform has a lot of features which is great once you are comfortable with it but it can feel overwhelming at first. New users usually need some time to learn where everything is and how different modules connect together.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we have a centralized view of project timelines workloads budgets and performance metrics. This has helped us improve planning reduce manual reporting work and make better decisions based on real time project data.

  ### 5. Celoxis Time Tracking Makes Team Effort and Productivity Crystal Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoya S. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I found Celoxis’s built-in time-tracking system the most useful feature. It can be hard to tell which tasks are consuming the most team time across a project, but the time logs in Celoxis make that much clearer. This visibility helps managers pinpoint which activities require the most effort and where processes could be optimized. I also appreciated that the time data is directly tied to project reports, which makes productivity analysis easier and more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

In terms of drawbacks, time tracking only works well when the whole team stays disciplined. If team members don’t consistently update their time entries, the resulting reports can be less accurate. Also, some users may find logging time every day a bit repetitive, particularly when their work is split across many smaller tasks.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has largely solved my biggest problem: clearly measuring team productivity. It used to be hard to pinpoint the root causes of delays, but now, with the help of time insights, I can quickly identify bottlenecks. As a result, it’s been easier to adjust workloads and make project planning more realistic. Overall, this has improved both team efficiency and project delivery.

  ### 6. Useful for keeping large projects under control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anja K. | Enterprise PMO Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I ended up appreciating most is how much visibility Celoxis gives once several projects start running together. Instead of checking updates from different places I can open one dashboard and immediately understand task status deadlines and resource allocation. It helps especially when priorities change quickly because adjustments are easier to track.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The learning curve is noticeable in the beginning because there are many features available.
A few interface areas still feel crowded when handling larger project portfolios.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues with project updates becoming inconsistent between departments. Some teams used spreadsheets while others tracked work differently which created confusion during reviews. Celoxis solved a lot of that by putting timelines ownership and reporting into one shared system.

  ### 7. Keeps project planning and execution organized in one place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niels A. | Project Portfolio Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis gives a clear overview of projects without requiring information from multiple systems. I find the combination of scheduling, resource planning, and reporting especially useful because it helps keep day-to-day work organized. The workload view also makes it easier to identify capacity issues before they affect project timelines.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform has a wide range of capabilities, so it can take some time to understand all of the configuration options. A few dashboard elements could also be more intuitive for occasional users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our project portfolio expanded, it became more difficult to monitor deadlines, resource availability, and overall project progress using separate spreadsheets and status updates. Important information was often spread across different places.

  ### 8. Very Helpful Project management system for handling multiple client projects efficiently

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johan E. | Enterprise PMO Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how organized project management became after moving our workflows into the platform. We manage several projects across different departments and the centralized dashboard makes it much easier to track deadlines budgets workloads and progress updates without depending on spreadsheets or constant follow ups.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform offers many advanced features which is good long term but it can feel complex for new users during onboarding. Some configuration menus and reporting sections require time to fully understand especially for non technical teams.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our most project operations are centralized into one platform which improved visibility accountability and communication. Teams update progress in real time and managers no longer spend hours manually collecting status updates. Budget tracking resource utilization and deadline monitoring also became much more accurate which helped reduce project overruns and scheduling conflicts. Celoxis Project Management Software

  ### 9. Centralized project tracking that improves visibility and coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe B. | Senior Project Controls Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has been very useful for bringing project planning, resource management, and reporting into a single platform. I particularly like the ability to track multiple projects while maintaining visibility into team workloads and deadlines. The dashboards provide a clear overview of progress, making it easier to identify risks and keep stakeholders informed.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Because the platform is feature-rich, new users may need some time to become comfortable with all of its capabilities. Certain advanced reporting and configuration options can also require a bit of setup before they deliver their full value.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By centralizing project data, Celoxis has improved visibility across teams and reduced the effort required to manage schedules, budgets, and reporting. It has helped us make more informed decisions, improve accountability, and keep projects moving forward more efficiently.

  ### 10. Highly Customizable with Powerful Reporting and Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya P. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One thing I genuinely like about Celoxis is how customizable it is. You can tailor dashboards, workflows, and reports to fit your project needs, which is a big plus when you’re dealing with different types of projects Agile, hybrid, and so on.

The reporting and analytics are also genuinely powerful. They provide clear insights into resource allocation, deadlines, and bottlenecks, which helps a lot when you’re managing multiple tasks or teams.

The integration capabilities are decent as well. Connecting with tools like Jira or other tracking systems helps keep everything in sync without requiring too much manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The biggest drawback, honestly, is the UI/UX. It feels a bit outdated and not as smooth or intuitive as many modern tools, so new users may need some time to get comfortable with it.

Another challenge is the learning curve. Because it’s feature rich, it can feel overwhelming at first especially for someone who just wants a simple task tracker and doesn’t need all the extra options right away.

Performance wise, I’ve also noticed that it can be a bit slow at times, particularly when handling large datasets or generating more complex reports.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a problem solving perspective, Celoxis works well when you're dealing with resource conflicts and deadline management.

For example, in one of our projects, we had overlapping tasks assigned to the same developers. Celoxis helped identify resource overloading early through its reports, and we were able to rebalance the workload before it became a blocker.

Another use case was deadline tracking the automated alerts and progress tracking helped avoid last minute surprises, especially during release cycles.

  ### 11. Powerful project visibility and reporting, but a steep learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zara K. | Human Resources Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project data and lack of visibility across teams by bringing everything—tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and communication—into one centralized platform.

This benefits me by giving a clear, real-time view of project progress, so I can quickly identify delays, manage workloads efficiently, and make better decisions. It also reduces manual work through automation and detailed reporting, which saves time and improves overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

What I dislike about Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for new users, especially those who are not familiar with advanced project management tools. The learning curve is higher compared to simpler platforms. Also, some features require time to properly configure, and the mobile experience is not as smooth or fully featured as the desktop version.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Purnima R. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I’d say the best thing about Celoxis is how easy it makes project management. You can see all your tasks, timelines, and resources in one place, which helps teams stay organized and avoid confusion. It’s simple to track progress and know who’s doing what, so projects move smoothly without wasting time.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One common dislike about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit complex at first. Because it has so many features, new users might find the interface overwhelming and need time to learn how everything works. Also, the mobile experience isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, which can be frustrating if you want to manage projects on the go.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps solve project management problems like scattered tasks, unclear responsibilities, and missed deadlines. By putting everything—tasks, timelines, resources, and reports—in one place, it makes work more organized and transparent.

  ### 13. Program Delivery Lead

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milan H. | Program Delivery Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What stands out for me is how much control it gives over projects in one place. I can manage timelines budgets and resources without jumping between tools. The reporting is very detailed and helps me understand where projects are slipping or doing well. I also like how flexible it is when setting up workflows since every team works differently and Celoxis adapts to that quite well.

It takes time to get comfortable with all features in the beginning

Earlier we were using separate tools for tracking tasks and financials which created confusion and delays. Celoxis fixed that by bringing everything into one system so now we have better clarity across teams. It helps us plan resources more accurately and avoid overload situations. Decision making is faster since all data is available in one place without manual compilation.

  ### 14. Celoxis: User-Friendly All-in-One Project Management with Powerful Reporting

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is how effectively it brings project management, resource planning, and collaboration into one platform. The interface is intuitive yet powerful, making it easy to track tasks, deadlines, and team performance without feeling overwhelmed.

The reporting and dashboard features are especially useful—they provide clear, real-time insights that help in making informed decisions quickly. I also appreciate the flexibility in customization, allowing teams to adapt workflows according to their specific needs.

Another big advantage is how smoothly it handles time tracking and budgeting, which improves overall project visibility and accountability. Overall, Celoxis significantly improves productivity, keeps everything organized, and helps teams stay aligned on goals and timelines

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

While Celoxis is a powerful and feature-rich platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. The initial learning curve can feel a bit steep, especially for new users who are not familiar with advanced project management tools. It takes some time to fully explore and utilize all the features effectively.

Additionally, certain sections of the interface can feel slightly complex, and simplifying navigation would enhance the overall user experience. At times, customization options—while extensive—can also be a bit overwhelming without proper guidance.

Improving onboarding resources, tutorials, or in-app guidance would make it easier for users to get up to speed more quickly. That said, once you become familiar with the system, it works very efficiently and delivers strong value.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make a strong review for me that is hard to reject here no one could reject that
A strong feedback that would be 10/10 but don't show I'm insulting them
Need a very unique review for this and that company don't thinks it's something like buttering them

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Even though Celoxis is powerful, it’s not without some drawbacks:
One of the biggest issues is the learning curve. Because it packs in so many features advanced reporting, resource planning, budgeting it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users or smaller teams who just want something simple.

That it can feel a bit complex at the beginning. There are so many features that it takes time to understand everything properly. Also, sometimes the interface feels little heavy, especially when you just want to do something quick. And for new users, the learning curve is not very easy you need some time and practice to get comfortable with it.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is mainly solving the problem of scattered project management. Normally, work gets divided across different tools one for tasks, one for time tracking, one for reports and that creates confusion and delays.
With Celoxis, everything comes into one place. Because of that, I can track my tasks, manage deadlines, and see progress clearly without wasting time switching between apps. It helps me stay more organized and focused. Also, the reporting part gives a clear picture of what’s going on, so decision-making becomes easier and faster.
Overall, it saves time, reduces confusion, and makes my work more smooth and structured.

  ### 23. Enterprise Project Portfolio Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel D. | Strategic Delivery Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The value of Celoxis became clear once we started managing several projects at the same time. Instead of checking different spreadsheets or asking each team for updates, I can see progress, deadlines, and resource allocation from one workspace. That visibility has made planning much more predictable.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Because the platform offers so many capabilities, it takes a while to become familiar with everything that's available. I also think some configuration screens could be simplified for first-time users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our project portfolio expanded, keeping everyone aligned became more challenging than the work itself. Updates were spread across meetings, documents, and email conversations, making it difficult to know which information was current.

  ### 24. Celoxis Keeps Projects Organized with Clear, Insightful Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KESHAV B. | Senior Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Honestly, what I like most about Celoxis is that it keeps everything organized without making things feel complicated. Task tracking, deadlines, and resource planning are all in one place, so I’m not constantly jumping between different tools.

The reporting and dashboards really stand out to me they’re clear, insightful, and genuinely helpful for decision-making, rather than just being reports for the sake of it.

Overall, it’s the kind of tool that quietly boosts productivity: no unnecessary complexity, just efficient execution.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is definitely a powerful tool, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at times especially for new users. The learning curve is real, and it takes a while to get fully comfortable with everything it offers.

The interface is functional, but it could be more intuitive and modern. Sometimes, moving between sections doesn’t feel as smooth as I’d expect, which can make everyday navigation a little frustrating.

I’ve also found that certain customizations and more advanced features take extra effort to set up, and that can slow things down at the beginning.

Overall, it’s a strong product, but a more user-friendly experience would make it even better.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis mainly addresses the issue of scattered project management when tasks, timelines, and resources are spread across multiple tools, or simply aren’t tracked effectively.

By bringing everything into one place, it improves visibility and accountability. I can quickly see who’s working on what, monitor deadlines in real time, and spot bottlenecks early before they turn into delays.

The biggest benefit for me is stronger decision-making. With structured data and real-time reporting, I spend less time chasing updates and more time focusing on managing outcomes.

Overall, it reduces chaos, increases control, and helps deliver work more efficiently.

  ### 25. All-in-One Project Management That Makes Multi-Project Tracking Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishith J. | Devops intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I’ve used Celoxis mainly to manage multiple projects at once, and what I like most is that everything is in one place. Instead of juggling separate tools for tasks, timelines, and budgets, it’s all connected, which makes tracking progress much easier.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One thing I didn’t like at first was the learning curve. There are a lot of features, so it can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it. Some parts of the interface also felt slightly dated compared to newer tools. It’s powerful once you get used to it, but the onboarding experience could definitely be smoother, especially for new users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Celoxis, it was difficult to keep track of multiple projects, especially when different teams were involved. Deadlines, resource allocation, and budget tracking were scattered across different places, so we often had to manually follow up or keep updating spreadsheets. Celoxis helps centralize everything, making it much easier to see who is working on what and whether each project is staying on track.

  ### 26. All-in-One Project Tracking with Powerful Dashboards in Celoxis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Falguni T. | Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The best part about Celoxis for me has been how everything is centralized. Managing projects, tracking time, and monitoring progress all in one place makes things much easier compared to juggling multiple tools. I especially like the reporting and dashboard features, they give a clear view of project status and help in making quicker decisions. It also helps with resource planning, so it’s easier to see who’s overloaded and who has bandwidth. Overall, it has made project tracking more structured and less chaotic.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One downside I’ve noticed with Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you’re new to project management tools. There are a lot of features, which is great, but it takes some time to get fully comfortable with where everything is.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is mainly solving the problem of scattered project information and lack of visibility. Earlier, tasks, timelines, and updates were spread across different tools or conversations, which made it hard to track progress and identify delays. With Celoxis, everything is centralized, so it’s much easier to see project status, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks in one place

  ### 27. Centralized Project Management with Data-Driven Dashboards

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arkajit D. | Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One feature that is quite unique about Celoxis is its ability to centralize all aspects of a project into one platform. Rather than toggling from one app to another to manage various aspects of a project, everything can be managed using one tool.

Another feature of Celoxis that is particularly useful in practical situations is its data-driven nature. With its customizable dashboards and reporting capabilities, it becomes easy for teams to gain insights on project status and resource management without having to sift through large Excel files.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One weakness that I have observed while working with Celoxis is that in terms of configuration and getting used to it, it may take some time. This is due to the reason that it is a feature-rich application designed to be used by organizations. The configuration process may require some effort from the organization's members who are new to portfolio management software applications.

Another issue is the complexity of the user interface. Despite being a strong application, sometimes the user interface may seem a little complex to some extent, especially when it comes to more advanced functions such as resource management and finance tracking.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis addresses a key challenge in project management, where project plans are dispersed into various applications or spreadsheets that separate the process into tasks, resource requirements, timelines, and financials. In practical situations, this results in inconsistency among teams and delays in decisions, as well as inadequate information regarding the status of projects. Celoxis consolidates all these aspects into a single application for more efficient project management.

An instance of the effectiveness of Celoxis is that it enables us to follow up on various projects at the same time. For instance, it makes it possible to consolidate the progress of various teams working on different projects without any manual efforts required by the user.

  ### 28. Easy to keep projects structured even with multiple teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romain K. | Enterprise Project Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has been useful for keeping project activities organized without needing several separate tools. I can manage schedules follow task progress and monitor team workloads from one place. The dependency tracking is one of the features I use most because it helps identify how delays in one area affect the overall timeline.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The amount of available settings can feel heavy for new users.
Some interface sections could be more modern and easier to customize.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing projects across departments usually creates challenges around visibility and coordination. Celoxis centralizes planning tracking and reporting which helps teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines. This improves communication and reduces the amount of manual follow up required during projects.

  ### 29. Flexible project management platform with useful reporting tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilia N. | Portfolio Operations Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has been helpful for managing projects that involve multiple teams and deadlines. I like that project timelines resource allocation and budgeting are connected in one place because it makes planning much easier. The dashboards also provide a good overview of project status without needing to manually collect updates from different people.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The system includes many features which can make the setup process feel a little complex in the beginning. Some sections of the interface could also be more streamlined for occasional users.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous workflow relied on spreadsheets and separate tracking methods which made it difficult to keep project information updated consistently. Resource planning was also harder because workloads were not always visible across teams.

  ### 30. Practical solution for managing projects with better team visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia R. | Portfolio Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What stands out to me about Celoxis is how it gives a clearer overview of ongoing work across teams. Instead of relying on separate spreadsheets and status updates everything is connected through one system which makes tracking progress easier. The workload management tools are especially useful when balancing tasks between team members and adjusting timelines.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The amount of available features can feel slightly overwhelming at first especially for users who are new to project management platforms. Some dashboard sections could also be simplified for quicker navigation.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One challenge we had before was limited visibility into resource allocation and project dependencies. Different departments tracked information separately which sometimes caused delays and confusion around priorities.

  ### 31. Enterprise-Grade Scheduling, Resources, and Reporting in One Affordable Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyush G. | SEO Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

It provides an all-in-one platform that strikes a strong balance between advanced scheduling, resource management, and financial tracking. Users especially appreciate the deep customization options and the robust reporting, which deliver enterprise-grade capabilities at a more affordable price point.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I find the steep learning curve and the cluttered interface a bit overwhelming, especially when I just want to complete simple tasks quickly. I also feel somewhat limited by the mobile app, since it doesn’t quite match the desktop version’s power when it comes to managing more complex projects while I’m on the go.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m finally free from data fragmentation and budget guesswork because everything I need—tasks, finances, and resource heatmaps—is unified in a single dashboard. It saves me hours of manual tracking and gives me the real-time clarity I need to stay ahead of team burnout and avoid project overruns.

  ### 32. All-in-One Tool for Managing Complex Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prathamesh M. | Associate System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis brings all of my requirements onto a single platform, which greatly simplifies the management of various projects. The dashboard views are very clear and easy to use, they provide a clear picture of workload, progress, and deadlines. Another main benefit is resource allocation, which enables us to better plan and prevent team members from being worked more. I also value how adaptable the system is, fields, workflows, reports, and other features can all be customised to fit the needs of our team. All things considered, it seems like a tool designed for practical project requirements and its very useful for us

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform is so vast, it initially took me some time to become familiar with every feature. It can take some trial and error to set up custom workflows, and some UI elements feel a little out of date in comparison to more recent tools. It’s definitely powerful, but it would be great if a few things were more beginner-friendly right out of the box. So it will be handy to use for new candidates

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped us bring all our project work into one place instead of using or searching for different tools for planning, time tracking, and reporting. We now have a much clearer view of who is working on what, which has improved workload balance and reduced delays. The ability to track budgets and progress in real time has also made our reporting faster and more accurate. Overall, it has improved coordination between teams and helped us to deliver projects more efficiently and with fewer problems.

  ### 33. First tool my team actually adopted properly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta K. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The thing that surprised me most was how quickly my team adopted it without any pressure from me. Previous tools required constant reminders to update and the data was always stale by the time anyone looked at it. Celoxis became something people actually wanted to use because the information they got back from it was immediately useful to them personally not just to management. When a tool starts serving the people using it rather than just the people watching them everything about adoption changes and that is what happened here.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Exporting data into formats our finance team can use without additional reformatting still requires more manual steps than it should.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project status in our organisation used to be whatever the project manager decided to share in the weekly update which meant leadership was always working from a curated version of reality rather than an accurate one. Nobody was being dishonest but the natural optimism that comes with owning a project meant problems were consistently underreported until they were too big to manage quietly. Celoxis removed that filter by making project health visible through data rather than through self reporting and the conversations our leadership team now has in reviews are grounded in something real.

  ### 34. Excellent Tool for Quick Project & Resource Management

Lex, their AI-powered virtual project manager which allows you to effortlessly track priorities, slippages and even resource scheduling. Their UI is a big overhaul and with each rollout, the intent is to make the tool easier to use and adapt to.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The sheer volume of fields, data points, and configuration setup continues to feel overwhelming, especially for newer admins.

**Recommendations to others considering Celoxis:**

It's an underdog when it comes to searching the project management spectrum. Use the free trial, get their customized demo to see if the product fits your requirements.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management, task views, task dependencies, communications and notifications, resource management capabilities have been streamlined using Celoxis.

The customizable reporting dashboards are incredibly detailed and give you an instant, accurate look at your team's capacity and project health without needing any extra apps.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel dated and has a steep learning curve, making onboarding a bit slow for new users. Also, the mobile app experience is limited compared to the desktop version.

  ### 36. Helpful for keeping project execution and planning connected

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin R. | Resource Planning Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The workload management features have been especially valuable. We can see where resources are stretched where capacity is available and how upcoming work might affect delivery timelines. Having this information readily available has improved planning discussions and reduced guesswork.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The platform offers extensive functionality which is beneficial once you become familiar with it but can feel complex for new users. Some members of our team needed additional training before they felt confident navigating the more advanced features.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Celoxis we now have a centralized system for schedules tasks budgets and resource allocation. This has improved transparency across teams and made project reporting much more reliable. Managers can identify potential risks earlier and make adjustments before small issues grow into larger problems.

  ### 37. Practical project management that keeps work moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annika H. | Cloud Network Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Before Celoxis I was genuinely flying blind across our project portfolio. I knew things were busy but I had no real way to see where the pressure was building until someone escalated something to me. The live portfolio view changed that completely and within the first two weeks I was having conversations about resource conflicts before they became delivery problems rather than after. That shift from reactive to proactive is something I did not fully appreciate was possible until I experienced it.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The notification system out of the box is too noisy and needs manual tuning before it becomes useful rather than distracting.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had eight project managers running their own tracking systems with no shared view of how their projects were competing for the same people. Someone would commit a resource on Tuesday without knowing that person had already been committed somewhere else on Monday and the conflict would surface as a missed deadline two weeks later. Celoxis eliminated that completely by giving everyone visibility into the same resource picture at the same time. The number of last minute escalations we deal with has dropped significantly and our project managers have told us they feel less like they are constantly firefighting which is something I did not realise was affecting morale until it stopped.

  ### 38. All-in-One Project Management Made Simple with Celoxis

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps solve problems like poor project tracking, resource overload, and lack of proper planning. Earlier it was difficult to know who is working on what and if projects are on time or not.
With Celoxis, everything is in one place—task tracking, team workload, and reports. This helps me plan better, avoid delays, and use resources properly. It saves time and improves overall project control.

Celoxis has a lot of powerful features, but the interface can feel a bit complex for new users because of the many customization options available. Setting up advanced reports and configurations may take some time to learn initially. However, once you become familiar with the platform, it offers excellent flexibility and control over project planning, resource management, and overall workflow tracking.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with keeping project details, task ownership, and resource availability organized across teams, but now Celoxis provides a centralized platform to manage projects, track progress, and plan resources, resulting in better collaboration, improved visibility, and more efficient project delivery.

  ### 44. Celoxis Unifies Project Management, Resources, and Reporting in One Powerful Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 45. Delivery confidence went up the moment everyone used the same system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suresh I. | Delivery Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The cross project timeline view that shows how delays in one project create pressure on shared resources across other active projects is the feature our programme managers reference most when they explain what changed after we moved to Celoxis. Decisions that used to get made in isolation with no visibility into their broader impact on the portfolio now get made with the full picture visible and the improvement in how those decisions land has been felt across our delivery organisation in ways that go beyond what any individual metric captures cleanly.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The onboarding experience for non project management users who need limited access to specific project information is more complex than their level of involvement warrants.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decisions made in isolation across a portfolio of concurrent projects were creating cascading resource conflicts that nobody had visibility into until they had already affected delivery timelines. A project manager would commit a shared resource to an additional task without knowing that the same resource had already been committed elsewhere and the conflict would surface as a missed deadline rather than a scheduling conversation. Celoxis made those conflicts visible before they became delivery failures and the cultural shift that has followed from making good information available at the right time has been more significant than the platform features themselves

  ### 46. Project managers stopped guessing and started knowing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanna K. | Engineering Consultancy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The real time resource utilisation view across our entire active project portfolio is the feature our operations team has built its weekly rhythm around. Seeing exactly how each team member's capacity is being consumed across concurrent projects and commitments means allocation decisions get made with complete information rather than the partial picture that led to chronic overcommitment before. The impact of that visibility has been felt most directly by the team members themselves who have commented that they feel more fairly managed now that workload distribution is based on data rather than whoever happens to be most visible when a new task needs assigning.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The gantt chart interface becomes difficult to navigate on complex projects with a large number of interdependent tasks and smaller screens.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chronic overcommitment was the problem that brought us to Celoxis and it has been the problem most visibly solved since we went live. Our team was consistently being assigned to more work than the hours in their week could absorb and the consequences were showing up in missed deadlines declining quality and a turnover rate that our HR team was starting to flag as a retention risk. Celoxis made the overcommitment visible in a way that could not be dismissed or explained away and the allocation discipline that has followed has had a measurable effect on both delivery performance and team satisfaction scores in our last two internal surveys.

  ### 47. Chief Operating Officer

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The way Celoxis surfaces real project status without depending on project managers to self report accurately is what changed the dynamic of our weekly reviews. Before we were essentially asking people to assess their own projects and present that assessment to leadership which created a predictable pattern of optimism that rarely matched what was actually happening on the ground. Celoxis pulls the data from task completion resource consumption and timeline adherence and presents a picture that nobody has curated which has made our project conversations more uncomfortable in the short term and significantly more productive in the long term.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The portfolio level dashboard takes longer to load than it should when you have a large number of active projects running simultaneously.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a trust deficit in our project reporting that nobody was willing to name directly but everyone experienced in every review meeting. Project managers were presenting status that leadership suspected was optimistic and leadership was making decisions based on information they did not fully trust which created a cycle of poor decisions and missed commitments that had been running long enough to affect client relationships.Celoxis broke that cycle by making project health an objective data question rather than a subjective reporting exercise and the improvement in decision quality at the leadership level has been visible enough that our CEO referenced it specifically during our last quarterly business review as one of the operational changes that had the most tangible impact on how the business performed.

  ### 48. Finally stopped dreading the Monday morning project status meeting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adaora O. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The way Celoxis surfaces project health without requiring project managers to manually compile status updates has fundamentally changed how our weekly reviews run. Everyone walks into the Monday meeting already aligned on where things stand because the platform has been updating in real time throughout the week. The time that used to go into preparing status packs now goes into actually discussing what needs to change which has made our project governance meaningfully more effective than it was before.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The user permission configuration across large teams is more granular than most administrators are prepared for and takes longer to get right than the setup documentation suggests.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inconsistent project reporting across our portfolio was making it impossible for leadership to compare performance across different project teams in any meaningful way. Each project manager had their own approach to tracking and communicating progress and the result was a portfolio view that reflected individual habits more than actual project health. Celoxis standardised that entirely and the leadership team now has a consistent basis for comparing project performance that has changed how we identify high performing teams and how we have honest conversations with those that are struggling without those conversations feeling personal or subjective.

  ### 49. Project managers stopped sending status update emails entirely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emeka O. | Head of Client Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The real time project dashboard has replaced the entire weekly status email cycle that used to consume hours of collective time across our delivery team. Stakeholders who previously needed a human to interpret project health for them now check Celoxis directly and arrive at meetings already oriented on what needs discussion rather than waiting for someone to present a slide that summarises information the platform already shows clearly. The portfolio level financial tracking has also matured into something our finance team actively uses rather than tolerates which was not something we anticipated when we first evaluated the platform.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Third party calendar integration behaves inconsistently enough that our project managers have stopped relying on it and manage scheduling through separate tools instead.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility gaps between what project teams knew and what leadership understood about delivery status were creating a trust deficit that showed up most painfully during client escalations. When something went wrong there was always a period of information gathering before anyone could have a productive conversation about resolution and that delay made difficult situations significantly worse. Celoxis eliminated that gap by keeping every stakeholder oriented on the same real time picture and the speed at which our teams now move from problem identification to resolution conversation has changed how clients perceive our responsiveness even when things do not go to plan.

  ### 50. Easy-to-Use, Centralized Project Management with Great Dashboards and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhijith k. | Process Associate/RPA Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is easy to use and provides a centralized platform for managing projects, tracking tasks, and monitoring progress. The dashboard and reporting features make it simple to stay organized and keep everyone informed.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming for first-time users because of the number of available features. Better onboarding and more guided tutorials would make it easier to get started and help new users feel more confident navigating everything.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped us centralize task management and project tracking, which makes it easier to monitor progress, assign work, and improve visibility across the team.
