## Celoxis Reviews
  ### 1. Celoxis Unifies Resource Workloads and Real-Time Project Financials

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna K. | Assistant System Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I find most helpful about Celoxis is how it perfectly blends resource management with real-time project financials all in one place. The resource workload view is a lifesaver for seeing exactly who is overbooked across multiple projects, making it easy to rebalance tasks before team members burn out. I also love the dynamic Gantt charts because if a client changes a deadline, the downstream task dependencies adjust automatically. This automation, combined with a powerful reporting dashboard that replaces tedious manual Excel updates, gives us excellent visibility into our project profit margins and timelines.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The primary downside of Celoxis is that the user interface feels a bit dated and traditional compared to the sleeker, more modern project management tools available today. Navigating between deep sub-tasks, reports, and team allocations requires a lot of repetitive clicking, which can slow down daily workflows when you just want to make a fast update. Additionally, onboarding team members takes longer than expected because the platform is so massive, and the lack of a dedicated, highly polished mobile app makes it frustrating to check task statuses or log hours when away from a desktop terminal.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis addresses a major pain point for us: fragmented communication and scattered tracking across large, multi-layered project portfolios. Before we started using it, staying on top of interconnected task dependencies, shifting deadlines, and actual resource utilization often meant constantly hosting status meetings or chasing down manual updates from different people.

Now, the platform brings everything into a single source of truth. Task allocations, automatic schedule shifting, and built-in timesheet logging work together smoothly, so we can keep plans and execution aligned without extra overhead. As a result, we’ve removed administrative bottlenecks, given the management team real-time visibility into overall project health without interrupting day-to-day work, and ultimately made delivery of complex deliverables far more predictable.

  ### 2. Celoxis Keeps Projects Organized with All-in-One Planning, Resources, and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I’ve been using Celoxis to manage projects and track tasks, and it has made it much easier for me to stay organized. What I appreciate most is how it brings project planning, task management, resource allocation, and reporting into one place, so I’m not constantly switching between multiple tools to get everything done. Also Ai features are cool to use

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It wasn’t very easy to use on my first try; it needs to be more intuitive.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis has helped me keep projects, tasks, timelines, and team workloads organized in one place, rather than juggling everything across multiple tools or spreadsheets. Having that centralized view makes it much easier to monitor progress, spot potential delays early, and prioritize work more effectively. Also easily integrable with google workspace

  ### 3. Celoxis: Feature-Rich Portfolio Management with Strong Planning and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeet S. | Senior Technology Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about the Celoxis is Is that it feels like a serious feature rich portfolio management platform, rather than a basic task tool with strong planning, resource management and reporting that helps teams keep complex initiatives under control It supports structured workloads team collaboration and real time tracking while offering good value for money for medium to large organisations that need a single source of truthful projects and resources. Its performance is good enough for a user like me.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

It can be intimidating at first. The interface is dense. Setup takes effort and nontechnical or casual users may find it a bit harder to navigate compared to the lighter tools Pricing and licencing also required some planning for smaller teams. And while the system is powerful, it sometimes feels like more complexity than you need for simple projects.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once you invest time and contribution and onboarding, Celoxis becomes a reliable backbone for project and portfolio management, especially in environment that have outgrown basic task apps. It gives you clear visibility into timeline resource workloads, project health, supports secure collaboration, and helps leadership make more data driven decisions, even if the initial setup and learning curve was steeper than some competitors.

  ### 4. All-in-One PM Powerhouse with Real Gantt Charts and Strong Value

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad S. | Growth Manager, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What stands out most is that it's genuinely all-in-one — proper Gantt charts, resource management, time tracking, expense tracking, and client portals in a single tool, instead of stitching together three subscriptions. The Gantt is the real deal: inter-project dependencies, critical path, baselines — things most "modern" PM tools quietly skip.

Resource workload view is a big win — you can actually see who's overloaded before committing to deadlines, not after. Custom reporting and dashboards are surprisingly deep for the price; you can slice project financials, margins, and utilization the way management actually asks for them.

Speaking of price — the value-for-money is hard to beat. You get near-enterprise functionality (think MS Project territory) at a mid-market price, with a one-time purchase option for on-premise if you want it.

And the client portal means clients see status without me building weekly update decks. That alone saves hours.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface is the main gripe — it's powerful but feels a generation behind. Dense screens, lots of clicks to get anywhere, and new team members need real onboarding time before they're comfortable. It's not a tool you just drop on people.

Mobile is weak. The app covers basics but anything serious sends you back to desktop.

No built-in chat or real collaboration layer — comments exist, but you'll still live in Slack or Teams alongside it, and the integrations there are thinner than I'd like. The integration ecosystem overall is limited compared to competitors; expect to lean on Zapier or the API for anything non-standard.

Setup takes effort. The flexibility means lots of configuration up front — custom fields, workflows, permissions — before it feels tailored. Small teams wanting something that works out of the box will find it heavy.

And a few odd gaps: no free plan at all, and things like recurring tasks and some agile features feel less polished than the classic waterfall/Gantt side. It's clearly built by and for traditional PM thinking — fine for me, but the agile experience is an afterthought.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solved was tool sprawl — we were running separate tools for planning, time tracking, and reporting, and the numbers never matched. Now project schedules, hours logged, and budgets live in one place, so when management asks "where does this project stand financially?" the answer is one report, not an afternoon of reconciling exports.

Second, resource allocation guesswork. Before, overcommitting people was invisible until deadlines slipped. The workload view shows capacity conflicts at planning time, so I shift assignments *before* promising dates — fewer fire drills, more realistic timelines.

Third, client communication overhead. The client portal replaced the weekly status decks and "any update?" emails. Clients self-serve on progress, and I only get pulled in for real decisions.

It also fixed schedule credibility. Real dependencies and critical path mean when one task slips, the downstream impact is visible immediately — we re-plan on data instead of discovering the delay two weeks later.

Net benefit: one source of truth for project health, hours saved weekly on reporting and status chasing, and planning decisions (staffing, deadlines, budgets) made on actual capacity and cost data instead of gut feel.

  ### 5. Enterprise-Level Power with Room for Usability Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varshini M. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I appreciate Celoxis for its predictive analytics combined with resource management, which shifts project management from firefighting to foresight. I also like how Celoxis reveals unseen bottlenecks and misaligned resources, turning project management into a strategic advantage. Additionally, I enjoy that Celoxis is designed to integrate with a wide range of tools, making it well-suited for enterprise environments. The tool offers portfolio-level visibility, predictive analytics, and integrated financials, allowing me to manage the entire business of projects rather than just tasks. Even though the setup isn't easy, it's worth the upfront effort for the powerful hub it becomes.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis excels in enterprise-level management, but its complexity and lack of entry-level options make it less appealing for smaller or less mature teams. It's a tool that rewards investment in training and setup, but without that, it can feel heavy-handed. Celoxis is built for scale, but with a few usability tweaks—like simplified onboarding and modular access—it could become friendlier to smaller teams while still retaining its enterprise-grade power. The setup isn't easy in the casual sense, but it's worth the upfront effort if your organization needs portfolio-level control.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis prevents chaos in multi-project environments, providing a single source of truth for strategy and operations. It enables predictive analytics and visibility into bottlenecks, shifting management from constant firefighting to strategic advantage.

  ### 6. Robust Resource Tracking and Custom Field Analytics for IT Admins

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth A. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The application can process heavy interdependency issues between projects flawlessly without being slow. I like to create the custom IF/THEN logical expressions via the database formula fields for our project metrics. The fine-grained permissions control allows me to limit access to particular financial data fields . to outside users.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The user interface looks quite old-school and gives rise to a high learning curve for those team members who are not tech-savvy. To create the reports, one needs to have the admin knowledge of how the database joins and filter work to get some meaningful data dashboards.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The engineering and portfolio data before the deployment of Celoxis was stuck in disparate spreadsheets. Celoxis is our single source of truth and has automated our resource capacity forecasting and saves us many man hours every sprint cycle on manual data entry.

  ### 7. Efficient Task Management with Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radhika M. | Junior Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I love the dashboard in Celoxis; it's really helpful for task management, project planning, and team collaboration. The advanced project planning features assist me in creating detailed project schedules and setting up dependencies. I also find the automation setup to be good, as it helps reduce repetitive workflows, and efficiently handle notifications, approvals, or status updates. Saving time is one of the main benefits for me. The automation features minimize human errors caused by repetitive and administrative tasks, and in advanced project planning, Celoxis improves coordination between developers, testers, designers, and project managers.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is good but there are some dislikes I face. Setting up workflows and automation rules requires some initial effort and customization takes my time.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps me with task management and project planning, improves team collaboration, manages reports, logs working hours, monitors project deadlines, automates repetitive tasks, and minimizes errors. It saves time and enhances coordination among developers, testers, designers, and project managers.

  ### 8. Clear, All-in-One Project Visibility with Powerful Dashboards and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishith J. | Devops Eng, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like best about Celoxis is that it gives a clear view of projects, tasks, timelines, and resources in one place. It is helpful when there are multiple projects running at the same time because I can quickly see what is pending, who is responsible, and where delays might happen. The dashboards and reporting features are also useful because they make it easier to track progress without constantly asking people for updates.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One thing I dislike about Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit crowded at first, especially when you are trying to find specific project details, reports, or resource information quickly. The tool has many useful features, but because everything is packed into the platform, there is a learning curve for new users. Some workflows also take a few extra clicks compared to more modern project management tools. I think Celoxis could improve by making the UI cleaner, simplifying navigation, and offering better guided onboarding so teams can understand the main features faster.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the problem of managing multiple projects without losing track of deadlines, ownership, and resource availability. When work is spread across emails, spreadsheets, and meetings, it becomes hard to know what is delayed, who is overloaded, and which tasks need attention first. Celoxis helps by putting project plans, task updates, timelines, budgets, and reports in one place. That benefits me because I can get a clearer view of project status without chasing people for every update. It also helps with better planning, faster decision-making, and more accountability across the team.

  ### 9. Powerful project visibility and reporting, but a steep learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zara K. | Human Resources Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis solves the problem of scattered project data and lack of visibility across teams by bringing everything—tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and communication—into one centralized platform.

This benefits me by giving a clear, real-time view of project progress, so I can quickly identify delays, manage workloads efficiently, and make better decisions. It also reduces manual work through automation and detailed reporting, which saves time and improves overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

What I dislike about Celoxis is that the interface can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for new users, especially those who are not familiar with advanced project management tools. The learning curve is higher compared to simpler platforms. Also, some features require time to properly configure, and the mobile experience is not as smooth or fully featured as the desktop version.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 10. Celoxis Keeps Projects, Budgets, and Reporting in One Efficient Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jahan a. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is that it brings everything into one place without feeling overly complicated. I can manage projects, track tasks, and keep an eye on budgets and timelines without much effort. The reporting feature is especially helpful it provides clear insights and saves me a lot of time whenever I need quick updates.
I also appreciate the resource management tools because they make it easier to balance workloads across the team. Overall, Celoxis feels like a well-rounded solution for handling multiple projects efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One thing I dislike about Celoxis is that the interface feels a bit outdated compared to some newer tools, which can make it less intuitive at first. There’s also a slight learning curve, especially if you want to use all its advanced features. Sometimes, setting things up the way you want can take a bit of time

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is mainly solving the problem of managing everything in one place instead of using multiple tools or spreadsheets. Earlier, tracking tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets separately used to create confusion and waste time. With Celoxis, everything is centralized, so it becomes much easier to plan, track, and manage projects efficiently.

It also helps in better resource management by showing who is working on what and avoiding overloading team members. The real-time reports and dashboards make it easy to understand project progress and take quick decisions without relying on manual updates.

Overall, it saves time, improves team coordination, and helps in completing projects on time with better control over costs and performance.

  ### 11. Centralized Project Management with Data-Driven Dashboards

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arkajit D. | Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

One feature that is quite unique about Celoxis is its ability to centralize all aspects of a project into one platform. Rather than toggling from one app to another to manage various aspects of a project, everything can be managed using one tool.

Another feature of Celoxis that is particularly useful in practical situations is its data-driven nature. With its customizable dashboards and reporting capabilities, it becomes easy for teams to gain insights on project status and resource management without having to sift through large Excel files.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

One weakness that I have observed while working with Celoxis is that in terms of configuration and getting used to it, it may take some time. This is due to the reason that it is a feature-rich application designed to be used by organizations. The configuration process may require some effort from the organization's members who are new to portfolio management software applications.

Another issue is the complexity of the user interface. Despite being a strong application, sometimes the user interface may seem a little complex to some extent, especially when it comes to more advanced functions such as resource management and finance tracking.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis addresses a key challenge in project management, where project plans are dispersed into various applications or spreadsheets that separate the process into tasks, resource requirements, timelines, and financials. In practical situations, this results in inconsistency among teams and delays in decisions, as well as inadequate information regarding the status of projects. Celoxis consolidates all these aspects into a single application for more efficient project management.

An instance of the effectiveness of Celoxis is that it enables us to follow up on various projects at the same time. For instance, it makes it possible to consolidate the progress of various teams working on different projects without any manual efforts required by the user.

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

I really like the What-If AI analysis across multiple scenarios; it’s genuinely helpful for everyday tasks and makes it easier to think through different options.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I dislike the website because it isn’t very clear, especially the home page.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis is helping us solve real-world problems across multiple scenarios, and it helps us waste less time overthinking.

  ### 13. Powerful All-in-One Project Tracking, but a Dated UI and Steep Learning Curve

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Tobacco | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

The best thing about Celoxis is its powerful, all-in-one project tracking. Having advanced Gantt charts, resource allocation, time-sheets, and financial budgeting built into a single platform makes handling complex project portfolios seamless. The customizable reporting dashboards are incredibly detailed and give you an instant, accurate look at your team's capacity and project health without needing any extra apps.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel dated and has a steep learning curve, making onboarding a bit slow for new users. Also, the mobile app experience is limited compared to the desktop version.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis solves the chaos of juggling multiple tools by consolidating project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking into one platform.
For me, It eliminates scattered data and app-switching. Because everything is centralized, I can accurately see team workloads, track real-time project costs, and generate portfolio health reports instantly, saving hours of manual tracking each week.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The reporting capabilities also help us analyze project performance and make more informed planning decisions.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Celoxis has a lot of powerful features, but the interface can feel a bit complex for new users because of the many customization options available. Setting up advanced reports and configurations may take some time to learn initially. However, once you become familiar with the platform, it offers excellent flexibility and control over project planning, resource management, and overall workflow tracking.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with keeping project details, task ownership, and resource availability organized across teams, but now Celoxis provides a centralized platform to manage projects, track progress, and plan resources, resulting in better collaboration, improved visibility, and more efficient project delivery.

  ### 16. Celoxis Unifies Project Management, Resources, and Reporting in One Powerful Platform

What I like best about Celoxis is its ability to bring project management, resource planning, time tracking, and reporting together in one platform. The customizable dashboards and real-time analytics make it easy for teams to stay aligned, prioritize work effectively, and make data-driven decisions. I also appreciate its flexibility, as it can be adapted to different workflows and industries, helping organizations improve collaboration and deliver projects more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The biggest drawback is that the platform can feel complex for new users due to its extensive features and customization options. However, that complexity also contributes to its powerful capabilities once you're familiar with it.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps organizations centralize project management, resource planning, and reporting in one platform. This improves visibility into project performance, streamlines collaboration, and enables better decision-making, leading to more efficient and successful project delivery.

  ### 17. Easy-to-Use, Centralized Project Management with Great Dashboards and Reporting

  ### 18. Powerful All-in-One Project Management, but a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Data Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how everything is in one place. It makes managing projects, tracking tasks, and keeping an eye on timelines much easier without needing multiple tools. The dashboards are actually useful and give a clear overview of what’s going on, which helps a lot when you’re juggling different projects. I also like how customizable it is, you can adjust things to fit your workflow instead of forcing yourself into a rigid system.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you’re new to project management tools. There’s a bit of a learning curve before everything starts to click. Some features also feel slightly clunky or take a few extra steps than you’d expect, which can slow things down. It’s powerful, but not the most intuitive straight away.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps keep everything organised in one place, which solves the problem of scattered information across emails, spreadsheets, and different tools. It makes it easier to track progress, manage deadlines, and stay on top of team workloads. Because of that, it saves time and reduces confusion, especially when working on multiple projects at once. Overall, it just makes project management feel more structured and less chaotic.

  ### 19. Replaced multiple tools and made project tracking easier, but the interface could be smoother.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maha E. | Transcriptionist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

What I like most about Celoxis is how it simplifies managing multiple projects at once without losing control. The Gantt charts are interactive and easy to work with, so I can adjust timelines and immediately see how changes affect everything downstream. It also replaces several tools I used before; everything from planning to reporting lives in one place now, which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

The interface can feel clunky and unintuitive at times, especially when navigating between tasks and projects. The recent update v15 removed the ability to allocate hours for multiple resources on a task, which forced me to switch to percentages and made scheduling less flexible.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of juggling multiple disconnected tools and spreadsheets to track projects, which benefits me by keeping everything in one place. Before it, I struggled with scattered data and manual reporting, but now I have full visibility into project timelines and progress without extra work. It also helps me catch issues early by showing real-time project health, so I can make adjustments before small problems become big ones.

  ### 20. Easy Task Tracking and Reporting That Keeps Projects on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

  ### 38. Celoxis: Powerful, User-Friendly Project Management with Great Dashboards

  ### 39. A robust and increasingly commendable PPM platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

This product offers a very low barrier to entry, effectively bridging the gap between the numerous SaaS project management tools that attempt, but often fail, to emulate Microsoft Project, and the high-end enterprise project portfolio platforms that provide every imaginable feature—often at a steep price and with considerable redundancy, including features you end up paying for but never actually use or benefit from. However, the product itself is only part of the story. The other key aspect is the responsive and genuinely caring sales and support teams. Throughout the sales process, implementation, and ongoing adoption and troubleshooting, the Support team remains approachable and consistently provides quick, helpful answers to any questions that arise.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

Integration can be quite cumbersome and tends to create significant overhead, especially for smaller units or organizations. While the Gantt and task management features are far superior to those found in most low-cost SaaS PPM tools, there is still room for them to be more comprehensive. The UI and UX could use improvement, and having a revised, selectable color palette would be very helpful. I would also like to see more development focused on the ability to report on trends across the various metrics offered by the reporting tools.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of project information for centralised reporting and portfolio management.

  ### 40. Great for Tracking Projects, But Needs More Customization and Easier Editing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorenzo L. | Project Manager, Sporting Goods, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

On one hand, it's a good tool for small businesses since it has features for project tracking and expenses segmented by profit and losses with pre-built reports and dashboards. Furthermore, the learning curve isn't any long if you're already familiar with Project Management tools. On the other hand, the customization is limited, and it lacks automations to take over repetitive tasks or dates management.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I found tiring to click on a button to be able to edit any field. It needs the ability to edit by clicking on the field.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project, task tracking, expenses tracker and priority management

  ### 41. Great for Keeping Teams on Task, but Initial Setup Can Feel Complicated

The issues that are typical in my business usage involve communicating across a broad range of projects. Staying up to date with project leaders and continuing to improve projects that are not yet finalized is a primary function of Celoxis that my team and I find especially advantageous.

  ### 49. A Great Project Management Tool with an Efficient Customer Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan S. | Sales Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

Celoxis is a great project management tool that is very easy to use, even for those without experience using other PM software. It is also very affordable compared to the other tools in the market, and more importantly, it has one of the best customer support. Their customer support was super responsive when I had a few queries. It was not a tough question, but it saved a lot of my time as I didn't have to wait for a long period of time with unresolved issues. It is very easy to implement either on-premises or in the cloud, based on your preference. The features are basic, like tracking your projects, assigning tasks to different team members based on their workload, and getting alert notifications on which project needs attention. I think the standout feature is their AI bot- Lex, which acts like a support assistant for you to complete basic tasks through a chat. I have used it in my previous company and tried it recently as a 14-day free trial.

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

I think what I have noticed is that Celoxis does not integrate with all applications compared to Monday or MS Projects. It has a limitation in terms of integration. If there is a need to use multiple applications that involve file sharing, it would be extremely time-consuming. Celoxis cannot work for large, complex projects, and that is its major drawback.

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celoxis helps to track and complete projects as per the given deadline, where there was a huge gap earlier as there was no tracking mechanism. It helps us to prioritize the projects that need immediate attention. The great part of Celoxis is everything is updated on real real-time basis. One of the main problems it resolves is equal resource allocation for every project without overloading individuals with extra workload. We can have customized dashboards to track project efficiency and align the project portfolio as per our need and requirements. The backbone of any software or company is its support and response time, which is absolutely great.

  ### 50. Not super great but still helpful in day to day task

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam T. | Business development executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Celoxis?**

It's cool and clean and also have that what is the call billing integration so it kind of cool, and the best thing is the custom dashboard it good I'm In it's great for the sales, but it is easy to use you are using over PC

**What do you dislike about Celoxis?**

For us, it's more like a management tool less of a sales one, and believe me, your mobile version sucks

**What problems is Celoxis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I will say its visibility like Post Sale visibility. Once you sold the service to the customer then we have a clear visibility when it's going to deliver so customer do not have to come back to ours. Can I ask again and again when I will receive the service we actually proactively inform them so I will say the visibility is the great part and also the management is quite good in this.
