The collaboration part also works okay when the team actually uses it, so that part has been fine. It still has strong features overall, just takes time to get used to them. **What do you dislike about Celoxis?** Honestly the UI still needs a big update. It feels old and sometimes I click around too much just to find simple stuff. The learning curve is still high and some menus don’t make sense. A few parts look outdated and could be way more modern. Tracking risk management and budget are helpful to the organization. I am gaining proficiency with coming up to speed with the custom reporting features. **What do you dislike about Celoxis?** I have difficulty using the time management system in celoxis. Tracking by task is forced and I resort to large buckets that aren't tied to the actual timeline. I don't think the inputs are lessening requests for information.
