What do you like best about Celonis?

Lot of offers in place from Celonis. It has its in-house Pql used to create dashboards and tight coupling with SQL. Celonis has the latest methods to create an excellent dashboard for the leadership view Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celonis?

Celonis has too much to offer that it is confusing sometimes as to what should be considered and what not.They dont have updated documentation and also troubleshooting support is not available if you want to use data extractor on prem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Innovation, Usability, support of service, features to connect different systems to have a full process view and derive opportunities. Versatile in what area it can be used for what use cases. Creatitivity unlimited. Helps to increase efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celonis?

Not as much plug&play yet. This is getting better with the Kickstarter-Apps they provide to download and install.

Lack of process levels - you have a view of most common processes e.g. with most activities, but easy differenciation of process depth is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is evolving at high pace and it's all about making business processes more efficient you can mine, analyse and create dashboards for visualisation at the same platform and many more things like automate your business processes.
