The interface requires less cognitive effort to utilize. The data analysis aids in isolating the issue at hand. With the use of job mining, we were able to see even the minutest of information. **What do you dislike about Celonis?** The analytics component, comprised of Views and the knowledge model module, is quite difficult to utilize. It calls for complex programming and has a high propensity to disrupt the status quo. Every week, my client told me to tidy up my code. **What problems is Celonis solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past year, I've benefited greatly from utilizing Celonis. It has assisted me in developing a more consistent and open procedure.
