Additionally, the interpretation of this flow is easy, which is essential for making informed decisions quickly. Celonis is quite intuitive, meaning there is no steep learning curve, allowing me to adapt quickly and use the tool effectively without needing other support tools. Celonis offer more customizations (in terms of KPIs and dashborading). The PQL syntax is similar to an SQL syntax and hence is relatively easy to master. This reduces the learning curve. However, there is no mechanism to know how to solve the problem. The isn't a great amount of help available online or via Celoni's online channels/support team to debug any issues.
