Celonis is heavily attached to financial-based processes (P2P, O2C) and lacks foundational support to domain-based processes such as Banking or Insurance. Also, as a platform, it needs to incorporate a technical way for developers to protect their IP by allowing them to shield their source code and strategical assets. Filter Bar Module

The filter bar module has a fixed size, which limits usability. It would be beneficial to make it more flexible or responsive so it can better adapt to different screen sizes and use cases.

Copilot Response Accuracy

On the Copilot side, the responses are not always accurate. For example, when we ask for Top 10 or Top 20 results, Copilot often returns the overall dataset instead of the requested subset.

Additionally, after generating a few responses, Copilot sometimes becomes unresponsive or freezes.

Visualization Issues

The column bar chart output is not displaying correct values, whereas the table component shows accurate results for the same data. This indicates a mismatch between the data used for visualizations and tabular outputs.

Prompt Refinement Limitations

While prompt refinement helps improve results, there are limitations:

Only 10 refinements are allowed.

Only 10 recommendations can be suggested at a time.
