Also the fact that Celonis is now a platform where anyone can build process intelligence solutions, from simple process analysis to full process orchestration, makes it a powerful complement to any business and IT landscape. Finally, the approach to AI is brilliant. With Celonis Process Intelligence Graph as the center piece of business knowledge (not just data), Celonis can feed AI with the right business context for decision taking and agentic execution, at the same time the it serves as a perpetual monitor for all operations and actor interactions, both human and synthetic. **What do you dislike about Celonis?** Celonis is heavily attached to financial-based processes (P2P, O2C) and lacks foundational support to domain-based processes such as Banking or Insurance. Also, as a platform, it needs to incorporate a technical way for developers to protect their IP by allowing them to shield their source code and strategical assets. Anyone with ADMIN access can see and do anything in a specific implementation, which leaves solution building partners exclusively with contractual protection and no effective safeguards of their IP. **Recommendations to others considering Celonis:** Make sure you don't get confused by the similarity of some of the visuals that Celonis provides with those that you find in BI tools. Celonis will give you a very accurate vision on how your processes are being executed and, more than that, it will allow you to immediately act on them. If you go for a Proof-of-Concept before you take a decision, make sure you get a solid use case that can show these features working right from the start. Also, don't be afraid of your first reaction when the results start showing up. It will be something like “I’m pretty sure that can’t possibly be right” but be prepared because… maybe it is. For example, when we ask for Top 10 or Top 20 results, Copilot often returns the overall dataset instead of the requested subset. Additionally, after generating a few responses, Copilot sometimes becomes unresponsive or freezes. Visualization Issues The column bar chart output is not displaying correct values, whereas the table component shows accurate results for the same data. This indicates a mismatch between the data used for visualizations and tabular outputs. Prompt Refinement Limitations While prompt refinement helps improve results, there are limitations: Only 10 refinements are allowed. Only 10 recommendations can be suggested at a time. It shows the process flow graph and various process flows which can be analysed to draw in deepth insights which isn't possible using traditional data visualization tools like tableau or powerBI. Data can be extracted and stored on Celonis cloud which is useful when creating views and transformations. Ease of Implementation is high. Data integration is smooth. **What do you dislike about Celonis?** Too much information is tough to process for non technical people. Learning curve is bit high compared to traditional data visualization tools. Bit slow when using huge amounts of data like >10TB. Little hectic process to implement real-time data analysis. **What problems is Celonis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Celonis helped to solve many business problems as it has in built process explorer and variant explorer. Helped to acheive better profits in targeted processes.
