The lack of voice notes hinders the team's ability to use the app effectively. On the admin side, some of the workflows are not intuitive and require a lot of workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like when someone will message me or message received in the group and I have read it. Notification still stays on the icon. Not sure why. I have to open one by one all the messages in the group chat so the notification will be removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
