Our most critical use for Celo is HIPAA-compliant messaging on both desktop and mobile. This enables our team to stay connected no matter whether we are in the clinic or at home. Firstly, it would be nice to be able to upload different file formats, ranging from voice memos to DICOM/NIFTI files. Secondly, the search feature for Celo could be improved -- currently it restricts search to a short time window, and there is no "universal" search available, I have to search specifically in each group and chat. I appreciate Celo's ease of use, as it's very similar to messaging apps I'm familiar with. Once connected with someone, it's user-friendly, which is the best thing you can ask for when starting a new app with a team. I find it to be incredibly user-friendly, and it's been enjoyable so far. It's been a really good experience overall, and I have nothing bad to say about it. What do you dislike about Celo? One small thing would be an edit button. If I misspell a word or something, I'm not able to go in and fix it after it's sent. I use Celo to communicate important medical information about my patients without violating HIPAA regulations. It's a relief that I'm able to see all communications between my coworkers and healthcare professionals about different patient issues, which helps me stay informed even when I'm away from work. Sometimes there are delays in care for the patients because I don’t always get a response in a timely manner. There should be some type of alarm for healthcare providers any time in order to get a quick response. Setting it up was complicated because I’m not tech savvy. One thing I would love for you guys to implement would be reactions to text because sometimes I say thank you a lot where I could just like the message or acknowledge it via a reaction, like in iMessages. I find it frustrating that Celo's chat does not automatically mark messages as 'read' after I've looked at them. It's also a bit clunky to find people within the app. Another drawback is the lack of 'react' gifs or emojis, which are pretty standard in digital communication these days. I'm also tired of juggling too many communication apps like Teams, Messenger, WhatsApp, and others. It would be great if Celo could integrate with WhatsApp to streamline things. I use Celo for communicating about patients in a secure fashion in a hospital environment, and it really helps with security and privacy issues. I find Celo easy to use, and I like that I can either DM others or make cases and then archive them so they don’t clutter my app but are still accessible. The initial setup was very easy for me. It solved all my scheduling questions and helped me connect with my employers and coworkers. My favorite feature is being able to put all messages on do not disturb, which is valuable because it prevents unnecessary messages from disturbing me.
