**What do you like best about Celo?**

I use Celo to communicate important medical information about my patients without violating HIPAA regulations. It's a relief that I'm able to see all communications between my coworkers and healthcare professionals about different patient issues, which helps me stay informed even when I'm away from work. I also appreciate being able to turn off the app when I'm off duty to avoid disturbances.

**What do you dislike about Celo?**

Sometimes there are delays in care for the patients because I don’t always get a response in a timely manner. There should be some type of alarm for healthcare providers any time in order to get a quick response. Setting it up was complicated because I’m not tech savvy.

**What problems is Celo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celo to communicate medical issues, get treatment orders, and share lab results securely, which doesn't violate HIPPA. It also keeps me informed about coworkers' communications and allows me to disconnect when off duty.

I like how Celo is user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate. I also enjoy being able to change my profile pic and the group chat pic. Additionally, the initial setup of Celo was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Celo?**

One thing I would love for you guys to implement would be reactions to text because sometimes I say thank you a lot where I could just like the message or acknowledge it via a reaction, like in iMessages.

**What problems is Celo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celo to talk to my front desk lady, nurse practitioners, and therapist in my office. We use it to talk about clients and patients, maintaining confidentiality.

**What do you like best about Celo?**

I like that I can share a photo then delete it immediately. The image sharing and the ability to delete right after is great.

**What do you dislike about Celo?**

I find it frustrating that Celo's chat does not automatically mark messages as 'read' after I've looked at them. It's also a bit clunky to find people within the app. Another drawback is the lack of 'react' gifs or emojis, which are pretty standard in digital communication these days. I'm also tired of juggling too many communication apps like Teams, Messenger, WhatsApp, and others. It would be great if Celo could integrate with WhatsApp to streamline things.

**What problems is Celo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celo for work communication. It solves privacy issues and lets me share and quickly delete photos.

**What do you like best about Celo?**

I use Celo for communicating about patients in a secure fashion in a hospital environment, and it really helps with security and privacy issues. I find Celo easy to use, and I like that I can either DM others or make cases and then archive them so they don’t clutter my app but are still accessible. The initial setup was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Celo?**

I find it weirdly easy to unintentionally add others to group chats/cases.

I use Celo for secure communication in the hospital, resolving security and privacy issues. It's easy to use, and I like the feature to organize and archive cases to keep my app uncluttered.

**What do you like best about Celo?**

I use Celo for work, and it's been really helpful. It solved all my scheduling questions and helped me connect with my employers and coworkers. My favorite feature is being able to put all messages on do not disturb, which is valuable because it prevents unnecessary messages from disturbing me. I find Celo to be really organized and easy to use. I'd definitely recommend it, I'd rate it a 10 out of 10.

Celo solves scheduling issues, improves connectivity with employers and coworkers, and allows me to manage notifications with 'Do Not Disturb' to avoid unnecessary interruptions.

I like that it allows everyone on the specific care team to see the progress notes, so we're all on the same page and in tune with client or patient needs. I also found the initial setup of Celo to be very easy.

**What do you like best about Celo?**

Celo is a great app to ensure personal and professional information is kept separate. It is safe and reliable. It is easy to use and introduce to new users as well. Our caregivers use the app very often. We also like that we can create different group chats for different purposes. Our caregivers feel a part of a group and it increases productivity and communication. Implementing Celo has dramatically increased caregiver response time. Its group-oriented setup enhanced client care experiences, fostering tailored discussions and advice. Additionally, Celo played a vital role in boosting employee satisfaction by fostering a strong sense of team belonging and positive engagement.

**What do you dislike about Celo?**

It would be very useful if we could have different notification sound options for different group-chats. For example, we have an 'All' chat which is for general announcements that concerns all caregivers related to work, but we have another group called 'Celebration Corner' where we post birthdays and celebratory messages. If the notification sound is different for the celebration group, it will help us all to differentiate between the urgency of the message being sent.
It would also be a good feature if group-chats were able to be downloaded rather than just the client case file.

**What problems is Celo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visiting Angels North Surrey faced challenges with slow caregiver response times, requiring an improvement in their responsiveness and the capability to broadcast company-wide messages.
They previously utilized WhatsApp but sought a more secure communication method to address confidentiality concerns.

Implementing Celo dramatically improved caregiver response times. Its group-oriented setup enhanced client care experiences, fostering tailored discussions and advice. We have been well supported to get the teams setup and work through processes. Very responsive when we have questions. The privacy aspect was very important to us and the usability moved us away from team members usings WhatsApp that had us very nervous.
Celo is easy to use and allows our teams to connect with each other during shifts or needing to fill shifts.

We haven't experienced any downsides - works well for us.

We needed a way for our team to communicate with each other when they were not at work. Someone might call in sick and we need a way to contact all potential staff to find someone to fill the shift. We were nervous about our staff communicating via WhatsApp due to privacy but now all have moved over to Celo.

I like best about Celo that I can export Chat files and use them in an AI application to make summaries and work with the data to give best advices for nurses, therapist and extern service providers according to their needs.

**What do you dislike about Celo?**

The most difficult and worst of this application is the search function because it does not work at all, in the chats trying to put any word and search for data is impossible. We have to search data manually by scrolling and this may take very long if we have to go back by many days..

It is a good solution to have a fast and safe communication between team members for patient treatment and to communicate in a clinic having a real documentation

I really enjoy the ease of using Salo because it’s just like any other messaging app. All of the users are authenticated. And it’s HIPAA compliance, which is one of the number one issues with any type of other messaging systems regarding healthcare teams!

Theres not much to not like about the app.

CELO provides a great platform of communication that is widely used across the organisation. Along with simple easy to use features, media sharing capabilities are also helpful. New to CELO, the system was easy to learn and intuitive. They have excellent customer support, responsive and even an urgent request team for anything that needs immediate attention!

Sometimes searching for old messages can prove difficult, having and archived index would be beneficial.

**What do you like best about Celo?**

The thing I like most about Celo is the support. I can email or call any time for help and the response is always immediate. I feel like Celo values our company as a user. I also love the ease of use. The app is seamless on the web or on the phone. Our support rep made it super easy to add users and did all the hard work for me. We use Celo every day to chat about clients and their care. The integration was also super easy as Celo sent links to all of our caregivers and they were easily able to start using the app.

The external chat makes you use a birth date to open the chat and that isn't very efficient.

Solving our need to have a HIPAA compliant messaging app.

Could be useful to have a “reaction” option for individual messages and also time stamps for users to see what time their message was seen.

Celo is easy to use, convenient and best of all it is HIPPA compliant.

I have not encountered anything I do not like about Celo.

It is a convenient way to keep the whole team updated on what's going on with patients. The messages go out to the whole team and it is much easier to track than sending messages via emails.

It's secure and easy to use. The team is very quick to respond to issues we're facing.

The lack of voice notes hinders the team's ability to use the app effectively. On the admin side, some of the workflows are not intuitive and require a lot of workarounds.

I don't like when someone will message me or message received in the group and I have read it. Notification still stays on the icon. Not sure why. I have to open one by one all the messages in the group chat so the notification will be removed.

Integration Challenges: While Celo may offer seamless communication within its platform, integration with existing electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems could pose challenges. However, the download photos and documents from Celo and upload it to our EMR is not too complicated.

What I like about using Celo is how easy it is to communicate with allied health professionals within the facility. 
Communicating with the GP and Pharmacy has never been easier. I highly reccommend this to other facilities if I ever got the chance to give my feedback with them. 
It is also very user friendly which anyone can easily learn.

We use this to separate work flow so the messaging doesn't go out to people who don't need to see it.

On some staff's app there is an unread message icon that will not go away even after you have read everything.

Celo is an intuitive and user friendly platform. Admin and users both are able to familiarize themselves with the features and quickly integrate the different functions for needed applicatons.

The search function can be a little more robust for finding older or buried conversations. That is probably the only part of the application that is not as intuitive as the rest.

Celo allows us to communicate securely in different groups, eliminate group texts on SMS, securely send documents/PII/pictures, and maintain a record of conversations for incidents on site.

Very similar to WhatsApp with some added features that we appreciate as a Home Health agency. HIPAA compliance means we can share more about our patients, safely.  Easy to use, easy to integrate, super customer service!

Not free, but reasonably priced.  Can't "thumb's up" a message.  Cannot delete pictures.

Secure messaging with options to have each patient in a seperate group, able to download the chat thread into our EMR.  This app allows our health care team to stay in touch in real time, without having to login to a program to check messages.

Great solution that works similarly to WhatsApp. You are able to have group chats with separate departments on your phone or desktop. This solution allows you to share media files, documents and texts with anyone who can access patient files.

**What do you dislike about Celo?**

The software keeps improving, and several functions work exceptionally well. There's only one minor issue they are already in the process of correcting.

1. No master search (Global search). You have to go into each conversation to find a specific piece of information or name. 


Overall, this is a great product with excellent customer service. Their team is friendly and accommodating. 
The CEO has personally spoken to me, and he is passionate about this system along with his team,
Any hospitals, Home health agencies, and medical facilities would gain increased trust and assurance using this system daily.
