Setting it up is simple, and we only start paying for Cello when we generate a decent amount of referrals. What we particularly like is their latest feature: the ability to set up multiple campaigns and behavior-based triggers. This really helps us leverage referrals through our power users. The intelligent recurring reward model that engages users every month is effective and the ease of being paid via PayPal or Venmo is a real bonus. The team behind Cello has done a fantastic job in creating the first component of a user-led growth platform that is both intuitive and user-friendly.
