**What do you like best about CellarPass Guest Management Platform?**

CellarPass is fairly easy to use for consumers, and the reporting is robust for business users. The team is always willing to discuss creative solutions, and build custom if needed.

**What do you dislike about CellarPass Guest Management Platform?**

The requirement of using widgets or iFrames is limiting for some businesses, also the promo codes can be limiting. 

**Recommendations to others considering CellarPass Guest Management Platform:**

Evaluate all of the features as a whole, and figure out if you need all or just some prior to paying for all the integrations. 

**What problems is CellarPass Guest Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to better track our consumers through their experiences with our brands, we are also able to capture revenue at the time of reservation.
