"Intuitive Shopify to NetSuite Integration even for non-IT people!"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

I am not an IT person, but the integration to NetSuite is intuitive and easy to use. We've been using Celigo as our NetSuite connector for 3 years and the performance is smooth and intelligent. When I get stuck, the tech support is exceptional and very timely. Pricing for our small implementation is reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The only complaint is that we are too small to utilize all of the capabilities of even the base offering of Celigo so I feel I sometime pay for unused capabilities. It is still the most cost-effective option for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mature NetSuite–Shopify Integration for Complex Bi-Directional Data Flows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

For NetSuite/Shopify integrations, it is a mature solution to map and transfer complex bi-directional data between the two platforms. It is a critical platform for integrating critical platform endpoints and to manage data flows between e-commerce and ERP platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

It's not a criticism of only Celigo, per se, but Shopify has been making a lot of major updates in the last two years, and Celigo is sometimes lagging to catch up to them in the integrations. This creates challenges especially where we have customizations, which need to be altered to conform to the new Shopify standards being established as changes are rolled out. Celigo allows seamless data flow between multiple endpoints while giving full flexibility to format and transform the data as needed. This significantly reduces manual work and eliminates data inconsistencies.

The real-time data synchronization is a huge advantage. It helps businesses operate faster and ensures clients always see accurate and up-to-date information. The platform is also highly flexible whether using prebuilt templates or adding custom scripts, it adapts well to complex business requirements.

Another thing I truly appreciate is the security and reliability of the platform. When dealing with critical business data, having a secure and stable integration tool builds a lot of confidence.

At this stage, I don’t have any notable criticisms of Celigo. The platform has performed reliably and has provided the tools we need to manage our integrations efficiently. "Centralized Dashboards and Helpful Implementation Specialists"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

Both the centralized dashboards with tiles per integration and the implementation specialists I've been in touch with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The tiers of service- we don't need 80 flows for enterprise level, it'd be nice to have an in-between tier or a custom option to allow for choosing the right number of flows and endpoints needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical solution for system integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

Using Celigo has been a smooth experience overall. It’s easy to move around the platform and understand what’s happening in your integrations. Setting things up doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you’re not deeply technical. Most connections between systems can be configured without much hassle.

Getting started is fairly quick, and there are ready-made options available that help you connect common systems without building everything from scratch. Making changes to a flow is also straightforward, and you can adjust how data moves between systems without needing extensive training.

From an admin point of view, monitoring integrations and fixing errors is manageable. When something fails, it’s usually easy to find where the issue happened and retry the process after correcting it. The platform also allows room for more advanced adjustments when business requirements get more complex.

Overall, Celigo feels practical and dependable for day-to-day integration work. It supports both simple and more detailed setups without making things unnecessarily complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Nothing specific — it’s an easy-to-use and efficient platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celigo is very helpful"
4/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo is the life blood of our connections from system to system. It is very easy to manipulate the data that we need to send and the tools that are provided by the platform are tremendous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

I dislike the price of having more connections. While it may be useful for us, it just isn't worth the cost currently to go beyod our current max connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
