"Exceptional Support from Start to Finish"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo consistently goes above and beyond, providing exceptional support at every stage of the customer journey. This level of service has remained consistent from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing after-sales support. What stood out most was their responsive and customer-centric approach whenever I encountered an issue. I could easily log a support ticket and schedule time with an experienced consultant, who would patiently guide me through the problem step by step until it was resolved. That combination of technical expertise, accessibility, and personalised support made working with Celigo a genuinely positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

One area for improvement would be project cost visibility. It would be helpful to have a more proactive way of tracking project hours and costs as work progresses, rather than only seeing the total after the hours have already been spent. This would make it easier to manage budgets, have timely discussions if a project is approaching its allocated hours, and avoid unexpected costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Go for it if you’re looking for a solid integration platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo is a low code integration platform, it gives you good scalability and flexibility based on business needs, and with its customization options you can handle different kinds of use cases easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Celigo is a really good integration platform with a lot of benefits, but if we look at what could be better, it’s mostly around the prebuilt apps (Integration Apps). They work well for standard use cases, but when things get a bit specific or unusual, they don’t always give enough flexibility to match what the business actually needs.

You can still handle those cases using custom flows, so it’s not a blocker, but it would be great if the Integration Apps themselves had more customization options to handle those edge cases without needing to build everything separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Intuitive UI and Real-Time Testing Make Integrator.io Stand Out"
4/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

Integrator.io UI - modern, slick, easy to use. Ability to test functionality in real time.

The support when faced with issues is excellent. Knowledgeable resources are able to resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Handlebar expressions used in data mappings are ugly, and when they don't work, they're not easy to fix.

Celigo's articles to resolve issues are not the most intuitive or engaging. Sometimes there's too much text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Data Integration and Transformation"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

I love how easy it is to connect disparate systems using Celigo, and how it allows me to transform and unify data across to one platform. The built-in connectors and many universal connectors make connecting to different enterprise systems a breeze. The system played a major role in our multi-year business transformation project, tackling the challenge of connecting, bringing across, and transforming data from six different CRM systems, including spreadsheets, Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce, Zuora, etc. I really have no complaints—it's a great system that has had a massive positive impact on the business. "Celigo Connector has helped us level up our business!"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

The Celigo connector from shopify to netsuite has made running our business more efficient. We were apple to get our website off of Netsuite and use WordPress and Shopify and not lose any orders in the process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

I don't have a lot of complaints here but if I had to pick one, slower than average ticket response times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celigo, a greta integrator with a University Lab inside it."
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo is a very user‑friendly integration platform. You don’t need any scripting knowledge (such as JSON), because the tool offers numerous built‑in features that make it easy to pinpoint errors, classify them, and resolve each type efficiently. In our company, this has been especially helpful for integrations between the ERP and the WMS, as well as between the ERP and bank payment systems.

It’s also quite cost‑effective. Once you have several flows running, you can continue expanding and adding new data integrations—even with different stakeholders—since most WMS solutions operate similarly and rely on EDI connections.

Overall, it feels like a universal language. Both the Celigo platform and its training resources are extremely intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The visualization of scripts and data flows isn’t very intuitive, and the platform offers limited customization options.

Customer support generally focuses on two main areas:

Submitting support cases

Providing solutions based on issues previously experienced by other users

At times, receiving direct and personalized assistance can take a couple of hours—not terrible, but still an opportunity for enhancement.

Suggestions for improvement:

Develop a more intuitive, customizable interface for viewing and managing scripts and data flows.

Offer advanced visualization tools (e.g., drag‑and‑drop mapping, flow diagrams, or color‑coded logic paths).

Expand customer support to include faster response times and real‑time chat options.

Provide more proactive guidance rather than relying mainly on previously reported issues.

Improve documentation with step‑by‑step examples and interactive troubleshooting guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celigo just works for our unique use case - and works seamlessly!"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

They continue to stand out for their ability to simplify our integration challenges, enhance efficiency, and allows us to get on to other projects or tasks quicker. We've used similar others in the past but they take the cake! Honestly not sure where we'd be without them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Updates usually include new features and improvements, they can also occasionally lead to compatibility issues or disruptions to our existing integrations. A heads up sometimes would make the change easier, or better prepare us to make small tweaks or adjustments. We continue to see updates regularly, and appreciate their dedication to their amazing product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful tools for Integrating with NetSuite"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

The Celigo integrator application works well for syncing data between NetSuite and Shopify. We have real time data flows that export our product and inventory information, and sync back customers and orders. The app is updated around changes made to Shopify as their platform grows and evolves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Some areas of the app are quite complex and it would be good to have better visibility on the data that is being transferred. This is a limitation specifically of the pre-built IAs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My go-to for all enterprise-level integrations!"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

I love integrator.io and it's ease of use, error management, and extensibility. Also, the customer support is always prompt and nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The logs aren't running all the time. Anytime a bug surfaces, I have to go activate the logs for 45-60 minutes. Then I have find a way to reproduce the error, in production, then check the logs for details. However, this is only a slight inconvenience, and the logs are still ROBUST, so all good in the end.
