## Celigo Reviews
 ### 1. Amazing Tool - Unlock Automation!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick E. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo's visual flow builder makes building and maintaining NetSuite integrations far more manageable than pure custom development. You can map fields, set up transformations, and design workflows through an intuitive interface, though there's definitely a learning curve when you're dealing with complex business logic. The platform really shines with its pre-built connectors - things like NetSuite to BigCommerce can be operational within days rather than weeks of custom development. That said, more complex scenarios requiring custom RESTlets or intricate business rules will take longer to implement and require careful planning upfront.

Key upsides:

The platform offers robust capabilities for error handling, data transformation, scheduling, conditional logic, and logging - essentially everything you need to manage enterprise integrations reliably. In practice, you'll interact with Celigo daily - monitoring dashboards for transaction flows, catching failed records, and ensuring data moves smoothly between systems. It becomes part of your regular routine, especially when managing business-critical flows like inventory updates or order processing. When issues arise, you'll dive deeper to modify flows or troubleshoot data mapping problems.

The troubleshooting tools make it much easier to identify where data issues occur compared to hunting through custom scripts. When standard connectors don't quite fit your needs - like with your bin tracking inventory scenarios - Celigo's ability to work with RESTlets and custom NetSuite scripts provides the flexibility you need without abandoning the platform entirely. This hybrid approach lets you leverage the structure and monitoring of an integration platform while still handling unique business requirements.

The documentation and support resources are solid, which matters when you're deep in troubleshooting a complex data flow issue. Having access to their team's NetSuite expertise can save significant time versus figuring everything out independently.

For a wholesale operation managing inventory, orders, and financial data across multiple locations and systems, Celigo provides a centralized way to maintain integrations that would otherwise require managing numerous custom scripts and manual processes.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Not being able to see all the export schedules in one area.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the challenge of keeping NetSuite, BigCommerce, and our business applications synchronized across multiple nursery locations without manual data entry or extensive custom coding.

Problems addressed:
E-commerce orders flow automatically from BigCommerce into NetSuite for fulfillment, eliminating manual entry errors and ensuring accurate order details. For inventory management, Celigo handles updates and movements across locations with bin tracking, though our unique requirements still need some custom RESTlet work. The platform manages orchestration and error handling, making everything more reliable.

Benefits:
Staff time is freed from manual data transfer to focus on higher-value work. We get real-time visibility into inventory and order status across all locations, critical for providing customers accurate availability. Centralized error monitoring catches issues immediately instead of days later. From an IT perspective, managing integrations in one platform rather than scattered scripts makes troubleshooting and knowledge transfer much easier.

 ### 2. A Powerful Integration Tool, yet it has a Steep Learning Curve and sometimes sparse Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian B. | I.T. Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Although it does have a learning curve, it's a very powerful integration tool for connecting systems together and many of the "out of the box" connectors can streamline connectivity between systems.

I used Celigo on a daily basis on a daily basis for over three years whilst integrating numerous ecommerce storefronts to various backend systems including major ERPs.

It is very reliable and works fairly seamlessly, it is well thought out and the mapping between systems is relatively easy, particularly when working within out of the box connectors.

The customer support is excellent, though often it takes a bit of time to break through the Level 1 support to find people that truly know what they're talking about and aren't just providing "canned answers".

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Some of the documentation is a little sparse in some areas, particularly when it comes to programming functionality that isn't apparent (and ideally should be) in the UI. Whilst I understand there are use cases where you do need to modify data flows, I found this often to be the case, which then requires almost expert level knowledge to do things that are only fairly simple (and you better brush up on your Javascript programming if you have any hope of doing this yourself).

Things like date formatting between systems can often be a bit of a nightmare.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it as the main junction point between e-commerce shopping cart systems and ERPs for all order flows, including order synchronisation, fulfillments, shipping advice updates, payments and reconciliations with payment providers.

 ### 3. Pre-Built Integrations and Templates Make Integration Ideas Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 221810309027 K. | e-commerce manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

the wide range pre-built integrations / the available templates have helped me quick start my of my integration ideas in just a few hours what would have taken me days if i had to build from scratch. The UI is far better and nice when compared to a lot of other integration tools i've used, the flow builder is super user friendly that allows me (a non techinical professsional) to easily build and manage integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Nothing that I can point out, but I would like to see more AI-assisted flow building.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

e-commerce integrations, it's very easy to just have Celigo connect my e-commerce stores (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify) to my ERP, which makes my ERP a single stop for managing all of business needs and not worry about dealing with each e-com channel seperately.

 ### 4. Good Products with Quick, Friendly Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard B. | Digital Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Good working products and also quick and friendly support.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

One of the Celigo products we use is integratio.io for data synchronization. It's very nice, but sometimes it takes a long time before a flow is starting. Might have to do with our license and/or our flows. We do have some extensive flows that run for a long time. But that's the only thing I can come up with when you ask what I do not like.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, keeping data synchronized with data from our partners. And if we are talking about the ExtendSync Outlook addin, create and save data easily into NetSuite without leaving Outlook.

 ### 5. Powerful Integration and Automation, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara U. | Client Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I’m still getting familiar with Celigo, but I really appreciate its integration and automation capabilities. It’s clear that the platform is powerful and flexible, and it seems like it can handle a lot of different use cases. Once I get the hang of it, I can see it saving a lot of time and streamlining processes that would otherwise be manual.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The learning curve is a bit steep, so getting up to speed takes some time. The interface is feature-rich, which is great, but it can feel overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Altura Innovation, we use Celigo to manage integrations for our clients, which helps connect different systems smoothly and reduces manual work. It’s making processes more efficient, and our clients can rely on consistent data flow across their platforms. Even as I’m still learning the tool, it’s clear that it can handle complex workflows and automation, which is a big benefit for both our team and our clients.

 ### 6. Easy to deploy framework

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The Celigo framework is very user friendly and easy to learn and deploy.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Would like to see some improvements made to some of the built-in connections. So that they are more configurable with the API they are interacting with.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to create integration flows between multiple Third-party System APIs for moving data between systems.

 ### 7. Celigo helps companies scale better, faster and smarter!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autumn C. | Chief of Staff + Client Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has been a game changer for our clients. The platform helps reduce manual work, eliminating errors that slows businesses down. We are seeing clients improve accuracy in their operations, move faster and continue to scale without adding additional headcount. The flexibility Celigo provides has helped us deliver reliable solutions creating true business value.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

For clients that are more in the emerging market, Celigo can feel like a pretty big investment upfront. It is a robust solution, so spending time up front to understand flows and managing the integrations will help things run much more smoothly. You'll notice how quickly the cost pays for itself by reducing manual effort and errors.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has many benefits but some that come top of mind are around unifying disconnected systems. Many time clients are struggling with siloed systems. Celigo allows for seamless data flow. Manual processes get replaced with automation allowing teams to focus more on growth.

 ### 8. Customizable Flows That Make Scheduling Tasks Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like that we can customize different flows for various tasks, and then easily run them or schedule them to suit our needs.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I dislike being logged out so quickly. I also struggle to clearly review past run files if needed.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is connecting our system to multiple 3PLs through one service, which means our EDI is more streamlined.

 ### 9. User-Friendly Platform with Convenient Pre-Built Solutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Von E. | NetSuite Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The platform is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. It also offers a wide range of pre-built solutions, making it convenient for various needs.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The software has a steep learning curve, which makes it difficult to get started, particularly for those who are new to it. I have also faced challenges with error handling, as resolving issues can be both frustrating and time-consuming. Because of these factors, my overall experience has not been as smooth as I expected. Also the platform can experience slower processing times and long run times when dealing with very large batches of data, making it better suited for continuous near-real-time integration rather than massive, one-off data loads.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data silos and disconnected systems are a common challenge for businesses like us, as we frequently rely on a variety of applications such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms. When these systems are unable to communicate effectively, it results in fragmented data across the organization.

 ### 10. Connects all of our applications to each other

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We've been able to expand and add additional integrations aa we move to new platforms.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

We still need to use a consultant to create all of our integrations so when any of them need modification, it requires contacting our consultant

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has helped us automate and integrate several applications. We have integrated our AMS system, accounting system, payroll, expense reporting, and A/P systems so they have touchless integration. It has saved us hours of manual uploading and downloading.

 ### 11. Celigo: powerful business integrations with native AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is a very good option when you need integrations and complex flows without resorting to custom developments. Compared to tools like Zapier or n8n, we find it more oriented towards business use cases. An important point to highlight is that they are promoting the use of native AI within their flows and platform, which is a huge differentiator compared to other similar tools in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I don't know if it's a disadvantage, but even though it is a low-code/no-code tool, to leverage its potential, you need to have a technical foundation for integrations, data mapping, or error handling.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The range of solutions that Celigo can work on is broad, but it solves problems in industries such as:
- Manufacturing/physical goods
- Logistics
- Ecommerce
- SaaS/high-tech
- Construction

 ### 12. Reliable Tool for Integrating Internal and External Systems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The user interface is excellent and makes it easy to view data flows in a clear, organized way. The platform offers a strong set of features, especially the ability to customize integrations quickly and easily. Once everything is set up, data transfers between platforms are seamless. This tool is part of our daily workflow, and it has been very reliable. Thank you for your continued support and ongoing improvements.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

One key limitation of Celigo is the lack of visibility into successful data flows. While error logs are available, there is no way to review logs when integrations run successfully. This makes it difficult to inspect what data actually passed through the system, which is especially important when building, debugging, or improving integrations.

It would also be valuable to have a way to create and run test cases, similar to a Jest-style testing framework. Being able to validate logic and data handling before deploying changes would greatly improve reliability and confidence.

Another major concern is the cost of adding additional integrations. The pricing makes it difficult to scale, as each new connection requires careful consideration due to its expense. As a result, we often hesitate to expand our integrations, even when there is a clear business need.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps different systems work together by allowing us to integrate them seamlessly. This includes internal systems where data needs to move between platforms, as well as external systems where we share transactional data with clients and vendors. It automates many of the daily tasks we would otherwise have to handle manually.

**Official Response from Elyse Claxton:**

> Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear Celigo’s user interface, customization capabilities, and reliability have made it a core part of your daily workflow. We truly appreciate your feedback around visibility into successful runs, testing capabilities, and scalability costs. These insights are valuable and help guide our ongoing product improvements. It’s great to know Celigo is streamlining data movement across your internal and external systems and reducing manual effort.

 ### 13. New Users Adapt Quickly and Easily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like the ease of cloning flows and adapting integrations for new users.
The error reports and the ease of retesting.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The time it takes us to configure Celigo to send images/attachments to ERPs.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to integrate with various types of ERPs while minimizing human time costs. Celigo helps in these cases.

 ### 14. Rock-Solid Integrations with an Amazing Team Behind It!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo offers so many outstanding features that it would take pages to cover them all. If I had to highlight my top favorites, the first would be how user and developer friendly the platform is. No other iPaaS product I’ve worked with comes close to Celigo in terms of how smooth, fast, and easy it is to use, both as an administrator and as a developer.

My second favorite aspect is the platform’s reliability, which I could easily talk about for an hour. The third, and perhaps most important, is the support. This is something I could speak about for even longer. The support team is highly professional, incredibly responsive, and consistently follows up. They genuinely care, and I truly enjoy working with them.

As mentioned, this list could go on for pages, but I’ll save the rest for a future LinkedIn post I’ve been meaning to write. Celigo is an amazing platform.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Honestly, nothing at this time. There were a couple of minor issues in the past, but the Celigo team addressed and resolved them. What really stood out to me was how much they cared about our feedback and requests. Thank you, Celigo team!

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us solve complex integration and data-sync challenges between multiple systems without having to build and maintain custom code for everything. It significantly reduces the time and effort needed to connect platforms like our CRM, ERP, and other third-party tools while keeping data accurate and reliable. The platform gives us clear visibility into integrations, errors, and data flow, which makes troubleshooting much easier. It also allows both technical and non-technical users to work comfortably within the same tool. Overall, Celigo has made our integrations more stable, scalable, and easier to manage, letting us focus more on delivering value instead of maintaining pipelines.

 ### 15. Excellent Integrations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I’ve now been using Celigo for several years, and it continues to be a critical integration platform for our business. The prebuilt integrations are intuitive, flexible, and powerful, while still allowing room for customization as requirements grow more complex. Celigo’s pace of innovation has been consistent and impressive—product enhancements regularly align with changes from key integration partners rather than lagging behind them.

Their integration apps for platforms like Amazon, eBay, Magento 2, and Walmart remain best-in-class, and the overall platform has scaled well as our integration needs have expanded. Celigo has proven to be a reliable, forward-thinking partner for building and maintaining mission-critical integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While the solution is pricey, once you look at the return on investment, the solution pays for itself.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Celigo to interface eCommerce platforms like eBay, Magento, Magento2, Walmart, and Amazon to NetSuite. I have also used it to interface Netsuite to vendors and marketing companies. The amount of automation and data integrity we have gained is amazing.

 ### 16. Effortless Shopify-NetSuite Integration with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike M. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The pre-built integrations make spinning up a new Shopify store and connecting it to NetSuite a breeze. They also have free templates available to accomplish specific goals, like automating error resolution and retrying, which have made life much easier as an admin. The ability to create my own flows from scratch is awesome. We've had very little downtime over several years - which is absolutely critical when time-sensitive syncs are in play.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Can't think of any downsides - there may be cheaper alternatives for mom-and-pop businesses, but this is an enterprise grade product that delivers.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enables both real-time and scheduled synchronization of data between Shopify and Netsuite, making it easier to keep information up to date across both systems.

 ### 17. Amazing Celigo Support That Helps You Build Connections with Confidence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help building a connection or tweaking the logic in my workflow, Celigo was AMAZING at jumping on a call and helping me work through it. Can speak more highly of the service I've received

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

At first, it can feel overwhelming the amount of option there are for connections and workflows and criteria etc. It's flexibility is great but can leave you feeling like you don't know where to start

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us seamlessly move data from our CRM to our accounting software. It used to be 100% a manual process. They have helped automation that process which also helps with our data quality.

 ### 18. Robust, User-Friendly Middleware with Strong Analytics and Security Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | NetSuite Administrator, Industrial Automation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Compared to its competitors, Celigo’s Integrator.IO provides a more robust middleware solution while still maintaining a user-friendly UI, along with a strong set of analytics and security tools for admins.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Approaching Integrator.IO directly without any prior experience can feel challenging and even a bit intimidating. However, the onboarding process, along with the extensive community resources and Celigo University courses, makes it easy to learn the product and turns the learning experience into something genuinely enjoyable.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has been helping our business connect our internal software tools, and it’s also enabled us to add automation to our existing processes.

 ### 19. Celigo lets us scale integrations without scaling headcount

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I appreciate the rich pre‑built integrations, intuitive flow designer, and the ability to monitor errors and retries directly from the dashboard, all while supporting our thousands of daily transactions.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The interface can feel a bit unintuitive when handling deeply nested fields or tightly customized logic, and there are still a few gaps where you must build integrations from scratch instead of via pre‑built apps.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is eliminating manual data entry and reconciliation between our core systems (for us, that’s [System A] ↔ [System B] ↔ [System C]), especially across order‑to‑cash and fulfillment workflows. It automatically moves orders, customers, and inventory data in near real time, which used to require spreadsheets and ad‑hoc scripts. This has reduced integration‑related errors, cut hours of manual work per week, and allowed us to scale transaction volume without increasing IT or operations headcount.

 ### 20. Celigo: Flexible NetSuite Integration to grow with your company - Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is a great platform to build out your integration to NetSuite with. It give a consistent user experience that can be simple to get started with through the pre-built integration applications, but has the flexibility to grow as your businesses complexity increase and your integration points change. Once you learn the basics of the integrations it is pretty easy to manage complex flows. Their help documentation and customer support is top notch. I have pointed it out to others vendors as a gold standard to aspire to.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

In the past, licensing and pricing could be confusing, especially when dealing with a mix of pre-built applications and their add-ons. Recently they have updated this pricing model to be based on connection endpoint and active flow counts. which have improved the complexity. It could be a little cheaper, but is competitive with its peers.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo integrates three separate shopify plus stores, Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace into our NetSuite platform. We are also considering using some EDI functionality in the future to consolidate platforms.

 ### 21. Easy-to-Use Integrations Between NetSuite and Magento with Great Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebaz F. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Easy to use and straight forward, we use this for our integrations between NetSuite and Magento and it has been really useful and the performance is great as well

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

it was a bit sketchy to get a hold of how to use and set up but i was able to get a hang of it in a reasonable period of time

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

integration and data consistency

 ### 22. Extensive Integrations That Keep Growing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Israq B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has many endpoint integrations and keep adding it over the time.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While Celigo is powerful, some aspects can be challenging. The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when building or troubleshooting complex integrations. Error messages and logs are not always intuitive, which can make debugging time-consuming. Additionally, advanced features may require more technical knowledge than expected for a low-code platform, and pricing can feel high for smaller teams or simpler use cases.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo benefits me by automating data flows between systems, reducing errors, and saving time. It allows faster implementation of integrations, improves data accuracy and visibility, and reduces reliance on custom development, enabling smoother operations and quicker decision-making

 ### 23. Celigo is an integral part of every Netsuite Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James A. | Manager of Business Applications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo offers a wide range of solutions for data challenges, making it my most valuable tool. We use it to connect with Netsuite and various other systems, but we also accomplish tasks that don't involve Netsuite at all. Overall, Celigo stands out as the GOAT when it comes to reliable iPaaS connectors, no matter what your data requirements are.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I honestly can't think of any complaints at the moment.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps me to solve e-commerce integrations, data transformations, and real-time data syncing across many platforms. We are also now using Celigo for EDI and direct credit card functions as well as a new Store Credit RMA option that we just implemented through Celigo.

**Official Response from Elyse Claxton:**

 ### 25. Stable and reliable platform for application connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We have been using Celigo for about five years, beginning when we first implemented NetSuite. It serves as the link between our core systems—NetSuite, BigCommerce, and PayPal/Braintree—as well as marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, which has helped us automate many of our workflows. Overall, the platform has proven to be reliable, offering a good selection of prebuilt connectors that helped reduce our initial implementation costs, while still allowing us the flexibility to create custom connectors when needed. Although we still make it a routine to log in daily to check for exceptions in the error queue, we generally don't need to spend much time managing it.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The main drawback for us has been cost. Celigo’s partner network has been useful for finding experienced integrators who can keep the upfront cost of new connections or changes more manageable. Support has also been solid whenever we’ve needed help.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo assists us in connecting our various third-party web applications, allowing us to efficiently funnel data to and from NetSuite, which serves as our primary system for managing our business operations.

 ### 26. One iPaaS to Rule Them All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan D. | Accounting Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I love how the connections between systems are visually represented, allowing even novice users the ability to build complex flows. From the very beginning, Celigo sets up its customers for success. After our initial implementation, we contracted their Advisory Services to help establish connections to our multiple endpoints, and we found these working sessions to be infinitely helpful to our users. At the time of writing, all of our flows are either realtime or scheduled to run nightly on a delta, and Celigo's built in error tracking and resolution allows us to identify and remediate issues as they arise. These flows have quickly become integral to our daily work routine, and we are constantly looking for more ways to integrate and automate using Celigo.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I genuinely don't have many things to complain about, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be that there is less transparency when a flow runs successfully to be able to confirm exactly how data moved without tracking the data down in the target system.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo gives us a platform to automate data and file transfers between systems that otherwise wouldn't be able to communicate easily and efficiently.

 ### 27. Flexible Integrations and Stellar Support Make Celigo a Standout Choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash K. | Senior Lead Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo’s iPaaS platform offers excellent flexibility for handling complex integrations. The error-handling, mapping capabilities, and flow monitoring tools are robust, making it easy to manage high-volume data syncs between systems like NetSuite and third-party applications. The support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike — the platform is intuitive and easy to use once you understand the basics.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us automate data flow across different business applications, reducing manual effort and errors. It has significantly improved efficiency and overall process visibility.

 ### 28. Outstanding Platform & Exceptional Professional Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben C. | Director of Special Projects, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Their Professional Services team stepped in at a critical moment when our initial consultation was falling short, bringing expertise, professionalism, and a true commitment to helping us succeed. Their guidance made all the difference, and we’re now in a much stronger position because of their support.

Beyond that, Integrator.io itself is an incredibly powerful tool. The built-in AI assistant, intuitive interface, and robust feature set make it one of the best integration platforms available.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I would like the ability to use 'Tab' when mapping multiple fields so that you don't have to click the next row on the mapping UI

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps our business solve the problem of duplication of records across multiple systems. The product has streamlined our operations by simplifying the data entry and processing times for each record by allowing our teams to focus on one system versus multiple.

 ### 29. Easy System Connectivity and Data Unification with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly A. | Head of Sales and Alliances, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo makes it easy to connect systems and unify data. Not only is the technology intuitive, but their team is absolutely wonderful to work with.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I wish they had a sales conference for partners to attend.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the quote to cash cycle across Saleforce, Certinia, and Netsuite for my customers.

 ### 30. Effortless Complex Integrations with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rnie M. | Netsuite Administrator and Inventory Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like Celigo's ability to handle high-level complexity without sacrificing reliability. We needed to sync Shopify and NetSuite, but our requirements were far from standard. Celigo managed to bridge those two systems seamlessly, handling our complex business logic and data mapping in a way that other tools couldn't. It has turned a potentially messy integration into a smooth, automated process.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is definitely at a higher price point compared to some of the entry-level middleware options on the market. While you certainly get what you pay for in terms of power and reliability, the cost can be a significant consideration for smaller teams. Additionally, because the platform is so robust, there is a steep learning curve to fully leverage the more advanced features required for complex integrations.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were facing complex scenarios that NS Connector simply couldn't handle. The native connector is fine for basic setups, but as soon as we introduced different discounts, complex returns and payment scenarios, it hit a wall.

Celigo solved this by providing a much higher degree of flexibility and 'low-code' customization. The benefit has been a truly automated Shopify-to-NetSuite ecosystem as well with our 3PL systems. We’ve moved away from manual workarounds and brittle scripts, resulting in almost 100% data accuracy and a much more scalable operations process. It took us from 'making it work' to 'making it work right'.

 ### 31. Effortless EDI Management with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like the great training tools Celigo offers to learn how to use it. I went through the Celigo University over a year ago, and when I started using it, I was able to remember most of the content, which made the learning curve low. Additionally, we haven't encountered any issues that we couldn't solve with the ability to script the transformations as needed.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Nothing

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps conform to customer requirements on file exchanges and provides great training tools that lower the learning curve.

 ### 32. Intuitive Platform with Excellent Support and Pre-Built Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Forrest C. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The Celigo platform is straightforward and intuitive with some fantastic pre-built integrations. They also work with some great partners whose knowledge and experience are a great benefit in the aid of developing flows. The support I've received from both the Sales/Technical Team and Customer Support is useful and friendly. Having full integrations with eCommerce platforms and an ERP system is essential and Celigo makes these integrations work seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Creating API flows requires technical knowledge that users without it will find difficult to achieve positive results in their integrations.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo integrates Walmart and Amazon Sales Orders with our ERP system. This consolidates our Sales into one system making management, reporting, and finances much easier to manage.

 ### 33. A powerful, reliable integration platform that scales with complex operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how reliably it moves complex data between systems without requiring constant manual oversight. Once integrations are set up, they’re stable, flexible, and easy to monitor, which lets us automate critical workflows between Shopify, NetSuite, and other tools with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

What I dislike about Celigo is that it can feel more complex than necessary for smaller or one-off use cases. While it’s very powerful, that power comes with a learning curve, and certain changes or troubleshooting steps aren’t always intuitive without deeper platform knowledge.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the problem of keeping data in sync across systems that weren’t designed to talk to each other. Without it, we’d be relying on manual processes, brittle custom scripts, or point-to-point integrations that are hard to maintain and easy to break.

 ### 34. Reliable Order Sync and Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hitasha K. | Netsuite Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is very helpful for syncing orders from Magento to NetSuite reliably. It simplifies complex integrations and reduces the need for custom scripts. The prebuilt connectors and flexible mappings make it easier to manage order flows, customers, and data updates between systems. Overall, it saves time, improves data accuracy, and provides good visibility into integration errors and logs.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Customer support response time can sometimes be slow, especially for more complex issues. Troubleshooting advanced scenarios may require back-and-forth communication. However, the support team eventually provides helpful and effective responses once they engage, which helps resolve issues in the end.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us automatically sync orders from Magento to NetSuite, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. This ensures accurate and timely order processing, improves operational efficiency, and allows teams to rely on NetSuite as a single source of truth. Overall, it saves time, improves data consistency, and supports smoother business operations across systems.

 ### 35. Exceptional Error Management and User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Error management and UI navigation are standout features for me. While there are many other reasons I appreciate Celigo, these aspects are what truly set it apart. I find it easy to understand and resolve errors across all flows, and the data editor allows me to quickly retry with corrected data whenever needed.

The user interface is both clean and efficient, making it accessible even for those who aren't technically inclined. Non-technical users can navigate and make edits with minimal guidance.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

They offer very convenient and straightforward premade integrations called IA's. My main issue with these is that they are not easily customizable, so you are essentially required to follow their setup or create a custom flow. However, this is a minor problem since there have only been a few instances where I needed to make changes. Still, the IA tends to make assumptions about your company's structure, and if those assumptions don't match your situation, you have to find ways to work around them.

At the time of writing, their b2b manager could use some improvement. There is currently no way to view the raw data source, nor is there a document view available. This means you simply have to trust that the data is flowing as intended.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us transfer data from more than six endpoints into our accounting software. Since it allows us to transpose and manipulate data within the flow, I can be confident that the information entering NetSuite is accurate and reliable.

**Official Response from Elyse Claxton:**

> Thank you for highlighting the exceptional error management and user-friendly interface as standout features of Celigo. We are glad to hear that you find it easy to understand and resolve errors across all flows, and that the user interface is accessible even for non-technical users.

 ### 36. Robust, User-Friendly Integrations with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sammi C. | Customer Success Manager and Solution Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo offers expansive and robust integration capabilities on integrator.io. User friendly and the support received is exceptional!

With the various data protocols in play, working with API, EDI, FTP connections allows for in-depth configuration to support various customer requirements!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I would only suggest more integration template flexibility. Sometimes there are certain features locked, but nothing that blocks major development.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo offers flexiibility in data transfer. When other integration metholodologies fall short with field mapping or scripting limits, Celigo offers the space to expand functionality.

 ### 37. Effortless Integration with Seamless Prebuilt Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like that Celigo's integration platform is easy to use. The prebuilt integrations make setup faster, and its flexibility allows us to tailor the integration to our needs. It definitely saves us a lot of time on manual work, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

none

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celigo to integrate NetSuite with HubSpot, allowing the sales team to access up-to-date information without switching systems or manual entry. I like its easy-to-use integration platform, prebuilt integrations, and flexibility, which save time and streamline setup.

 ### 38. Effortless Integrations and Full Control with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody N. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo makes easy to connect all your things. They offer a wide selection of pre-made integrations as well as the option to build your own if an integration does not exist already.

I like how Celigo gives the user complete control to edit the mapping details and handle errors themselves without the need reach out for support but of course if support is needed they offer it.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is very good when it comes to API integrations but on the EDI side they are lacking a bit compared to other offerings but I know they are newer to the EDI space and are actively working on making it better.

I would love for it to get to place soon where we could use them for all our EDI connections as well as API.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo makes it easy for us to integrate our various ecommerce marketplaces with our Netsuite ERP system.

 ### 39. Dependable, customizable and good customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It just works. Great customer support from day one. Honesty about functionality and what's required from underlying systems. Implementation was easy, as Celigo offers help with the implementation. As we use it daily, we've had our questions and requests for minimal changes at first, but Celigo is fast in fixing any issues and assisting with any changes that we wanted to make. Celigo is always able to go the extra mile to hear you out and see what they can do to get any issues resolved.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It's kinda pricey, since you not only pay for the base platform, but also for integration packages on top of that. However, it is competitive and it's been worth it so far.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get information from Shopify into Netsuite and vice versa. It has it's problems at times, but those are easy to resolve. Saves a lot of headache.

 ### 40. Celigo Makes Connecting Systems and Syncing Data Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mustapha I. | Integration Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The most thing i like about Celigo is the tools it provides it almost provide all the tools needed to easily connect the systems and sync data

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I dont think there are any downsides. as of now couldn't think of any.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an Integration Architect. I have been using Celigo for almost four years now to help our clients integrate their systems. and it has been the most powerful iPaas allowing us to build integrations easily and quickly with the tools, templates it provides.

 ### 41. The Best iPaaS solution I've worked With

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodolfo S. | Integrations Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Being a low-code/no-code integration solution.
From my perspective, Celigo It is robust while remaining intuitive and straightforward to use.
In my experience, many organizations place significant emphasis on the initial implementation phase but often overlook the long term operational effort required to maintain integrations on a daily basis. This is where Celigo differentiates from other platforms.
In summary, I consider Celigo to be a strong solution due to its balance of simplicity, robustness, and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I believe Celigo could improve the platform to have a more strong version control for development, where the developers could easily rollback or move between versions. In any other aspect I believe Celigo is one of the best iPaaS

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing System Integrations, Data Accuracy and Automations.

 ### 42. IT Director

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James F. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The interface is easy to use, making navigation straightforward. Implementation is quick, and there is a broad selection of prebuilt templates and connectors available.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Error handling, logging, and diagnostics. Error messages can often be vague or insufficiently detailed, which makes diagnosing problems more time-consuming.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the challenge of syncing thousands of daily Shopify orders into NetSuite, along with the related fulfillments, customer deposits, and payment applications. Instead of manually keying in data or relying on error-prone imports, Celigo ensures everything flows automatically and in real time.

This automation saves countless hours of manual work, improves data accuracy across systems, and allows orders to be processed and fulfilled faster. By having payments, deposits, and fulfillments tied directly to orders in NetSuite, finance and operations always have a clear, up-to-date view of the business. The biggest benefit is scalability — Celigo lets us handle high volumes of transactions seamlessly, freeing the IT team to focus on strategy and growth rather than repetitive tasks.

 ### 43. Connects to Everything Out of the Box and Eliminates Manual Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** martin W. | Director of IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo connects to just about everything right out of the box. There are so many connectors available, and they make it easy to transform data. If something custom is needed, the team really excels at helping you get it done. Training is also available and is a great place to start; it’s genuinely useful and impactful. When used correctly, this tool eliminates a lot of manual work.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Projects can be a lot of work to get off the ground. It’s not completely Celigo’s fault, but the first integration can take a lot more resources to implement than you might expect. That said, it gets significantly easier the more you do.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Celigo to ingest accounting data from acquisitions and to transfer and migrate off legacy accounting systems.

 ### 44. Powerful Integration Platform for EDI and API Work – Especially with NetSuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdallah Y. | Integration Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The flexibility and control it gives to developers. Celigo allows you to fully customize integrations through scripting (JavaScript), letting you adapt to any complex business logic. Whether it’s transforming EDI documents, syncing NetSuite with Shopify or Walmart, or resolving edge-case errors, you can handle it all without waiting on vendor support. The platform also makes it easy to monitor, debug, and deploy flows quickly, which is critical in high-volume environments.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The UI can be sluggish at times, especially with large or complex flows. Navigating between flow steps, editing scripts, or searching records can become slow and clunky when working with high-volume integrations. Also, there’s limited version control for scripts or flows, which makes tracking changes or rolling back updates harder than it should be. Reusability of scripts or logic across flows is another area where improvements would help a lot.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us automate and manage complex integrations between NetSuite and external systems like Shopify, Walmart, Target, and EDI platforms like Orderful. We’re syncing orders, inventory, settlements, invoices, and ASN data—all while handling edge cases like SSCC generation, packaging rules, and API pagination.

The biggest benefit is saving time and reducing errors. Manual processes that used to take hours (or break due to bad data) are now fully automated. We can build robust flows, monitor failures, and apply fixes quickly. It’s also helping us scale faster, onboard new trading partners, and customize logic without relying on external devs.

 ### 45. Easy-to-Navigate UI and Seamless Integrations That Fit Our Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The user interface is easy to navigate, although it does require a moderate level of technical acumen. It integrates well with all the products our business uses, which makes it straightforward to fit into our existing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

That said, it would be helpful if the error management were more user-friendly and easier to understand when something goes wrong. Pricing can be competitive but you have to monitor annual price increases and be aware of how many endpoints and flows the business requires now and the in the future to maximize contract pricing.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

integration among multiple disparate systems.

 ### 46. A solution named: Celigo!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Chief Financial Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Unique solutions and highly customizable. We haven't found a problem that Celigo can't fix, and to be honest that's a unicorn! We have NO in-house software or IT and we are not programmers. That said our team is able to effectively deploy, monitor, and work with the Celigo solutions to the fullest. Great interface!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Really haven't found anything yet. Been using Celigo for well over a year with no dislikes.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A number of problems. First --> Celigo imports EDI documents into a NetSuite environment with Cross Subsidiary fulfillment. We were told this could not be done by NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and a number of experts. Celigo said "no problem, what's next". Celigo automated our entire Amazon process including orders, fulfillments, invoices, payments, refunds, and inventory. Huge!!! Next up, Celigo is helping us connect with new integrations like LogicBroker supporting critical business growth!

 ### 47. Automation and Integration Limited by Your Imagination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom G. | Systems & Integrations Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The ability to automate business processes by manipulating and re-injecting data into other endpoints has been a game-changer for our company. I would highly recommend this for folks without script/coding knowledge as an essential building block for business process automation.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There are a couple of quarks in the user interface, but Celigo is continuously improving and expanding its platform/user interface.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are controlling pre-order launch times and inventory, purchasing package insurance, automating product creation, consignment inventory accounting processes, and much much more.

 ### 48. Solved Our Integration Issues Across Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breanna R. | Operations lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has solved a lot of our integration issues we were experiencing for operations, inventory, and accounting. We now have multiple flows set up for Shopify, Amazon, and our 3PL. Orders are flowing and we can see where they are.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It is quite expensive and they are not very partner-oriented, when it comes to programs, costs, refunds, etc.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for order routing, downloading into Netsuite, sending orders to our warehouse, capturing shipments from our warehouse back into Netsuite and through Shopify and Amazon. It is working much more better than our world without Celigo.

 ### 49. Quickly Links Customer Emails to NetSuite Profiles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I enjoyed being able to link our customer emails to our netsuite database customer profiles. It was quick at doing so.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Finding the right customer record was sometimes difficult, and repeated emails didn’t always link correctly. It’s been a while since I last used it, so it may have improved since then.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was nice being able to find emails across different users, instead of not being able to locate them because they were stuck in a single employee’s Outlook inbox.

 ### 50. User-Friendly and Easy to Use A Great Tool Overall
